10-4 by WEX

I used this app for a couple of weeks and experienced frequent payment problems. Eventually, I was logged out of the app and could not sign in again. The app claimed my password was incorrect, even though it was saved in Google and previously worked. I tried resetting my password multiple times, but no emails were ever sent. There is no customer support to help resolve these issues. Overall, I wasted a lot of time on this app.

route tool returns route but displays no fuel stop along route. it worked the first time I used it. when it worked there was still no way to sort by cheapest fuel along route. third transaction was at road ranger. returned an error at the pump, fuel desk had the same issue inside. all they could say is that we've reported the issue up the chain. prices competitive with RTS. looks promising but it's not quite there yet.

If only y'all would put as much effort into the regular app for fleets as y'all put into this one, y'all would be an alright company... For what it's worth, Mudflap/A-to-B/and every other discount card app I have had doesn't crash like the Wex card control app does!

Never works, I've entered all the required information, spoken with customer service with the error code only to be told everything thing is fine. When requesting an activation code it again asks for payment details, just so the system can decline again.

I've only had luck at 1 truck stop. that was on here. after pulling off the freeway and pulling up to pump. I go inside for them to tell me they don't offer 10-4 only mudflap. would've been nice to know before y'all took my money and put it on hold.

used once about month ago tried to login didn't work reset password too. called customer service they told me 1st is inactive due not using it. when I asked what is the threshold for deactivating they had no idea, tried to login still didn't work so he told me my account was closed for violation of something question why again he had no idea. only think what I did used once as test if they punish users for not using it more frequently it is very bad and never use it again it is BD from any point

Theres no way this app has a 4.5 rating. Almost every rating is one or two stars. I was going to try it but not after reading the reviews. Thank god people can share their experiences. Like everybody else im strapped for cash and cant afford to have a hold on my money for a week and it takes them less than 5 seconds to take it out.

UPDATE: this has turned into a dumpster fire. at first it works wonderful for a few times then they keep closing the account and want new information, new email, and new phone number once you do that it'll work for one or two times then it shuts down again and they tell you to start all over. it's not only happened to me but other people. at that point in time you cannot get your quarterlies from anyone entity you have to try to keep track of all of them and then they block you out of the accoun

Several times I've saved as much or more than fleet comdata card. Plus no $1.25 transaction fee. Not always the case but I'm better able to control fuel costs.

This app does not even belong on the app store. not only did the station I selected not have the product that they tried to sell me. they put a $250 hold on my credit card and now I have to wait up to 5 days to have it put back on my card. I don't know about you but times are tough for me and that was all the money I had to get home. it says ultra low sulfur diesel forced me to put a hold for 55 gallons on my card. get here. it's biodiesel which is trash. avoid at all costs.

can't login anymore. everything was good, but once I can't login and when tried reset password, nothing happened. I even can't make new account, because my phone number already use with first account. I tried contact with support team by email, but that's doesn't work too. you have to work on customer support and your bugs

Code doesn't work. It's saying error when you trying to enter code at the pump or counter

The app simply doesn't give me the code to fuel anymore, I can't log into my account, I don't receive the email to reset my password, and when I talk to customer service, they don't know how to do anything. The customer service is terrible.

reset password does not work and there is no support when the app does not work.

it's not showing my location on a map. it centers in general but there is nothing mentioning my truck on a map

In Texas the app says Circle K stores accept it,got a fuel code they placed a hold on my CC immediately. The store staff said they had no idea what I was talking about and never heard of 10-4. I asked a few friends to ask at the stores the app said are in network & same thing. Nobody knew anything about it. I use Mudflap and all the stores in its network have Mudflap info decals displayed but none of the in network stores have 10-4 decals or anything.Possibly a scam. My money is still pending.

simple to use app that saves money on fuel purchasing

So far 10-4 is beating Mudflap and my NASTC fuel card. in fact, I will probably be dropping my NASTC fuel card.
