Don't waste your time downloading!!!This app is shocking, it's the only one that consistently freezes and then plays way too manys ads which freeze aswell. Most the time when the ads freeze the app then says it's experiencing issues with the episode and closes. I'm over it, it's makes me get angry to the point where I want to throw my phone or laptop so for there's reason I'm deleting now. 7plus, sbs on demand and 9now don't have any of these issues, no more catch up from 10play I guess 😡

This is honestly the worst app I have used when it comes to streaming. You will be watching a show, the ad break will come on and it will get stuck on an ad cycle not able to load the next one. It then becomes impossible to exit it or to get out of it, the functionality is so so poor. Constantly getting stuck in loading loops, absolutely terrible app.

Using this app is beyond frustrating! it should say contains an over the top amount of ads. While attempting to watch the F1 Australian GP, each time the connection lagged or dropped out it would start again with the ads. It did not sense that it dropped and reconnected. I know its free, but I had already watched them several times. Thanks to that, I missed the finish. Also, the closed captions do not work properly.

It's so incredibly glitchy and slow and constantly freezing. I swear this is on purpose so you will pay for paramount for the exact same shows out of pure frustration since they are linked and paid paramount funds "free" 10 play. Episode 1 of anything that is on both 10 play and paramount works fine, then you spend 2 hours trying to watch 43 minutes of the next episode. exactly the same experience as all the other reviews re repeating ads, glitching during ads, not being able to resume a show...

Edit: Still terrible. Now if you miss something and rewind for just a second, it starts ads all over again. I can't believe I tried it again ................. Unless you're happy to watch a few hundred ads when you're trying to find where you've watched up to every time it crashes, it restarts because you pause or turn the screen around, or you run out of time ... STAY AWAY. Incredibly frustrating and painful to use :(

this is the most frustrating app of all. so hard to find where you are up to, especially when you fall asleep watching a series! Go forward, watch an ad. Rewind, watch more ads. Gone too far... watch another ad! I do wish that you could download an episode and watch it offline, would make this so much easier. If you go to continue watching, and you want to watch the previous episode, forget it. You need to go back to the main page and start all over again trying to find where you are up to.

No "continue watching" or watch list... basic stuff here. can't find your place in the show without having to watch a prohibitive volume of adds. Gambling adds out of control. crashes and freezes frequently. 10's responce? a bog standard request to send them a "detailed report" in otherwords, "we don't care to listen, we just want you to feel like we do." How dose it makes business sense to have an advertising platform that no one wants to use when all the other free channels have usable apps?

i dont know what seems to be the problem with their technicals, but I cant even play a single catch up neither in our TV (amazon firetv stick) nor on my phone (app itself) I have an sbs demand successfully logged and activated without the need of downloading an app. The customer service team were not very helpful though, they will try their best to put you back in the loop of 'FAQs' and other poor informations they had.

If leaving no stars was possible I would. How can every update just make the app more unstable and unusable?!? It glitches and crashes almost every ad break, not just a small buffering issue, it fully crashes to the extent that I need to close the app and go back in. Of course every time I do this I am treated to even more ads and then it might work for 5 minutes and repeat. It is officially beyond a joke. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and done every update. Fed up!

Can't even find the app on my phone and doesn't play videos on Chromecast. I contacted the support and no answer just a no reply email saying the same as the support page on the website. No actual help and I don't think anyone actually works there. It's the same as the Paramount plus app. I don't think they like money or audiences. I guarantee this will get an AI bot response about contacting support which isn't there.

Absolutely hopeless app. Won't play a video because it says you're running an ad blocker (no, I'm not), won't cast to a laptop (just gives me a blacked out screen), the troubleshooting suggestions are useless (tried them all, still can't see a damn thing) - well too bad then, I'm not watching any of your content!

The app is fine but the service shows exactly why commercial TV is going the way of the dodo. 3 minutes of advertising every 10 minutes is ridiculous. I installed and used it for the first time in about 8 years to watch just show so that I didn't have to subscribe to a streaming service and was sorely disappointed by all the advertising. Even YouTube isn't this bad and you can skip them after a period of time.

live tv does not work on android tv, phone & tablet, or iPhone. people don't bother submitting tickets as the form requires far too many details, which is frustrating after spending time trying to watch tv. there is a reason the other free to air apps have a higher star rating in the Google store, and these are 2 of those reasons

It never opens, opps something went wrong. I reinstalled, takes a long time to open. Plays one show, stops and won't reopen. If lucky enough to get watching going back or forth to find where your up to, have to watch all the ads again. There worst on demand app.

ThIS APP IS STILL UNINSTALLING 7 DAYS LATER. app doesn't show up on my phone. Yet it says it's Installed. Trying to uninstall it and it's taking forever. So it's obviously not on my phone. I can't uninstall and reinstall an app that is not on my phone. I'm still waiting after ten minutes for this app uninstall so I can reinstall.

The app crashes frequently. It says shows aren't available but plays it when I cast. It only casts one episode at a time and doesn't save your currently playing list. It doesn't remember your login. In short it is horrifically designed and borderline unusable.

Don't exit the app or pause and lock your phone while watching something because when you re open the app to continue watching, you will have 7 ads to watch, and then the show will start again. Then if you try to skip to where you were up to its another 7 ads to watch. This happens regularly. Makes it so infuriating to watch channel 10 shows.

30th Oct 2025. 10play why doesn't your app have the "Picture In Picture" option in your 10play app?? It makes me not want to bother watching anything on the go or where I have no access to chromecast or smart tv. & I'm away from both those options allot, it would be especially needed when there's a power outage & mobile devices are only things available to watch programs on 10. Please add the PIP mode to your app.

This app rarely works. It has all the shows to select, but 80% of the time the wheel just spins and doesn't load. This is only an issue on Android. The iPhone app always works fine. Get your act together ch.10. I know you don't have much money, but this app has had issues for over a year.

app keeps crashing and then in order to resume the show, you have to watch every single set of ads that you would have watched to get to that point naturally, so when it crashes with say 8 mins to go, I have to sit my kids through 3 sets of all the ads that they've already been subjected to before it crashed. if it crashes again they have to watch all those ads AGAIN, so we end up with 15 mins of ads and a 25 min show, ridiculous.
