10TV WBNS Columbus, Ohio

After almost 8 months I have yet to find the site as easy to navigate as the old one. Granted, it could be used error but I don't find it as user friendly just prettier to look at. I have customized it for my notifications & interests. I know I don't visit the app as often as I did before the "upgrade". Guess "it is what it is" and will just have to learn to live with it.

Went into settings and I turned off auto play on videos. Worked for the news stories but there are flashy ads and of course ad videos still play. Way too much on screen and movement. In the middle of a story I have to scroll past a video. I do not like it. Would ONLY use for weather alerts, but I can't choose weather only. Oh and yes an ad is on top of the radar flashing away. Way too much. How many ads do you need? Do not recommend at all. Website instantly made me think of Channel 6.

I used to enjoy the app but in the last 6 months or so it has changed and not for the better. The articles aren't fully loading OR the last sentence of most paragraphs are being cut off by ads. I end up going to the website. I have emailed 10tv about the issue but no improvement. I only keep the app for weather alerts.

Finally got the new app to download. It is awful. The display doesn't even fit the screen but you can't scroll left or right to read articles and can't view in landscape mode. It is not user friendly at all. At least with the old app, I could find what I was looking for pretty easily. I got alerts that there was a tornado warning for my area but could never find any details on where it was seen. Glad we didn't die. Thanks 10Tv. Uninstalling. Installed Fox28 but it sucks too.

I rely on 10TV for critical weather and local news, but after updating the app a few days ago it no longer will open. please fix or roll back to the previous version. would rate a 5 if it worked. p.s. first posted 12/5. now 2/24 and still broken! 2/27: updated. opens to home page, but can't scroll. app closes itself. still broken!

The old app worked and functioned a lot better than this current version. The interactive weather map is not interactive at all. You can't rotate your phone for a different view of it. Depending on what type of phone you have, you cant press play on the interactive weather map. The play button is in the same space as your home button...bring back the old version it was better and made sense thank you

The Weather radar "play" button is now located down too low into the phones "close" area so it's impossible to use. can you give advice on this or fix it? This used to be my favorite 'interactive'radar and now won't work. Reinstalling this didn't work.

Got a new phone. downloaded my apps now for whatever reason there's no radar to watch in the weather section. which sucks considering it was the only radar I paid any attention to. now I am looking for a new weather app that has a somewhat decent radar. I love watching and being able to use the app. since the update and 'bugs' fixed it's been about worthless!!!!!! fix and/or put the radar back and I'll fix my rating!!!!! so disappointed 😞😞😞

This app could be good, but due to the quantity of ads that load when pulling up stories sometimes the the stories will take 5 minutes to load. For example I could not see the snow emergencies but I could see the 9 ads on the page.

App hasn't worked for days. Just a general decline with everything WBNS. After 20 years of watching, I'm leaving for another channel and their app.

Where are the things we use a news app for? Live traffic cameras? The "breaking news alerts" aren't listed on the app even though the link from the breaking news takes you to the app. Things mentioned on the newscast aren't linked anywhere (the "lighter" side of things like recipes, local newsmakers, pets of the week...) - the newscasters trek you to go to the link, but nothing is there. I've attempted to give feedback with no response. Very frustrating. I love the news broadcast! Not this ap

Wish there was a chromecast feature. App keeps closing. I switched to another news app.

it's good to know, and makes one feel good during this cold spell. especially when you have no TV service.

Ever since I updated the app it crashes every single time. It never did that before the update

I've always had a good experience using this app. the format is pretty good and easy to navigate.

I've used this app to read news for years. This was one of the few local news apps that was user friendly and could see a list of articles and a sentence about each. Now you have to scroll through ads, and then it will autoscroll back to the top. Font is also small, even on the largest setting. Not happy. Wish this would go back to the previous format. And I don't need a 2 or 3 second 'good morning' or evening greeting when opening ap. Just open to the news.

Unsure of the new design. The old design, while not looking as attractive as the new design, was simple and straight to the point. Overall, not digging the new format. Also, make your setting toggles indicate on/off in some manner. Is the setting on or off? Left or right? It's the same color regardless of where the toggle is.
