THIS APP IS 100% UNUSABLE BECAUSE YOU CANNOT LOG IN. Ever since at /least/ the April update, the BankID to login opens in split-screen rather than swapping over to the BankID app… Doing that doesn't hand over the authentication from one app to the other. I've been forced to do everything via the mobile browser for two months, even after attempting to send this information to support, so now my last resort is a 1★ review, hoping someone reads and fixes this critical bug.

Terrible the app is not in English, or offers language alternatives on phone. Also, the booking system for covid testing gives the same information as the webpage, which tells you to download the app! Useless loophole, hard to navigate. Please sort , as now I have to call 1177 even though this app was designed to avoid calling!!

The app gets the job done, and integrates well with BankID. But (just like the website) fairly often I'm looking for something and it ends up being hidden in some counter intuitive area. Just to give one example, several months ago I wanted to book a time for a Covid-19 vaccination. I was redirected from help section to help section about geting vaccinated, until I *finally* found the area that let's me actually book a time.

Only reason I got the app was to renew a prescription but apparently I can't do that through the app instead it redirects me to the site and once there it is still difficult to navigate to get to the prescription renewal service. Very strange, this shouldn't be a hassle.

Its utterly garbage to renew Medicine Recipe. A TIP! Make it user friendly. Like some sort of save function if you renewed the recipy before. In this useless App you have to do everything from scratch every time.. You also get constantly redirected from the app to the site. Those who designed this are really, really bad at their job.

This is a very bad application and not even native Android. Use the browser application because this barely works. An embarrassing app really compared to the competition. The app ouzes scam because of the bad implementation. So for safety I would recommend to not use it because who knows what it might leak.

Haven't worked for months. ID-check creates dual-screen, login checks out - then nothing - demands another ID-check...and another...fix!

A national healcare app being the absolute worst to use with bad and impossible interface for login or checking messages. Not even available in other languages for international students and others.

App does only wrap webpage. Any additional value? This app is for people who need to have an app for everything and cannot use a webbrowser.

One of the most stupid, complicated app. & website vwey hard to navigate & thw moments you logged in you can't do an search! Swedish health care system consider them self "the best" & I don't know why they think like that!!

Called to book an appointment (urgent), got the confirmation message but when I went to the clinic I found out I had no appointment at all. Thanks 1177, good old prankster...

There is no option for English. It must be available as It is medical which all speaker should avail this app benifit

Horrible. Not user friendly. No language to choose from. Seems swedes are going back to early ages .. when entire world is globalizing

This app is not compatibel with my new Huawei device. The app has old information, wich are blocking any try to downlosd again. I could not even downlosd The app on my computer,. I only get i formation that it is alreFy downloaded, on ONE OF MY EARLIER MOBILE PHONES, AND THEREFORE IT IS NOT AWilebel again . Beware all of you Who buy new PHONES or computer. This app is forever lost to you.
