Recent update seems to be more advertising not useful information. Reliable?

this used to be a good app. now all I get on my phone is a full page ad with no way to get rid of it and see the news. I will just delete the app and go with channel 11 news.

click on Live TV and it goes to Investigate TV, not the Local news. even when selecting the local news it goes to Investigate TV.......not useful if this is normal action

I did like your app until a couple of days ago when you started forcing this advertisement down my throat as soon as I open your app you force a 30 second commercial on me that I cannot x out of and I cannot backpage. Well guess what ...your app is now uninstalled from my phone. You will not force advertising on me in that manner. And the same thing goes for that stupid dealership that was the advertisement. You will now be connected to my middle finger.

Video automatically starts without the ability to turn off in settings. I just want to view the radar, and in occasion, news headlines. I don't want, or need the app to automatically launch the most recent weather broadcast. The app will be deleted.

Loved this app until it quit doing what it's supposed to do. Many times the weather just cycles & won't open. Now all of a sudden I can't click on the 3 dots at the top right of an app story to save it. And sometimes it won't even allow me to save the story using any method. Please fix these issues asap!

The 13abc app is the most attractive, easy to navigate, user-friendly news app I've used. News apps always have a ridiculous number of annoying, unignorable timed and pop-up ads— but 13abc does not. I wish that there were more customizable notification options regarding each kind of specific types of severe weather alerts (eg tornado, fog, flood) I want to be notified about. Such as the NWS provides, I'd also like to know what specific portion of the county and cities that fall under the alert.

Still like the news part, but now the weather is like your weather app and it's not user friendly. So for weather now downloaded Weather Channel app. Sometimes you want to read the forecast and you used to provide. Will still use your app for news unless you change that too.

Until last week I liked this app. I am uninstalling it. The home page comes in fine tap the news and all that pops up stories on a site called out brain. No news. Here it is May 4 2021. I tried it again. Same thing happened. I just uninstalled it. This was the last chance. I'm very disappointed in the app I put the back on my phone it worked great thanks now trying to add it to my new phone.

The weather portion is terrible. I have been relying on the extended forecast to choose days to be able to visit my parents outside (because of covid) and have just realized it is just a repeating forecast from the previous week. Very disappointing, I frankly expected better from 13abc. Don't put it up if its not actual.

The recent update has caused all of my preset alerts to stop working. They show they are set but I don't get a push notification for them. I don't want to use another app but I may have to unless they can fix this one.

The app is behind on reporting the news. Storm rolls through and cannot get updates until after the storm passes. All that was received was that it was raining. Looking out the window showed that, and I could hear it. Duh. Please get people who know how to write and report immediately.

Used to be pretty good, but lately when I open articles from push alerts, I get a pop-up that is suspiciously malware like. It's like the articles are in a web wrapper and are getting hijacked by someone.

Lots of crashes, videos and ads play automatically and even with my phone on silent the videos blast away! I don't know if I can keep using the app. Too frustrated with all the issues.

Automatic video add on launch, with sound. I get ads on certain features, but I refuse to watch an add just to launch the app and see headlines. Channel 11 WTOL here I come.

the best news app. had app on phone few years ago and deleted it because they changed it, for the worst. put back on phone a couple days ago. im so glad i did. It's great, amazing job to the changes. Hats off to the developers and everyone involved. would'nt change a thing. very informative. Thank You.

The ads that you can't get past/close out of have gotten out of control. It is practically unusable. I will need to get my news and notifications from other sources if it continues.

uninstalling again not watching predatory video ads for gambling just to open your app gray media

The notifications with a headline, simply lead to an ad and routes to the main page. Where's the article matching the headline? I shouldn't have to search for the headline.
