it was good until i realized that another tracking which I have -- ParcelTrack -- often had results from parcels moving through the system at least four hours before 17-Track does. The good: 1) I don't have to open each individual tracking number to see where a package is located, because there is a summary for each one which can be seen without opening each record. 2) It tracked China Post! The bad: 1) It is slow to record events. 2) It does not say what the anticipated delivery date is.
The tool itself is great, tracks everything I throw at it with an abundance of carriers. The problem is, too many developers think their app deserves a monthly subscription. This might be fine for businesses, but consumers aren't looking to pay x amount of money a month for each app. I have no problem paying for this, or even viewing ads if it helps you collect more revenue, but I'll be damned if I'm paying a monthly fee to track a package when most of the carriers you list offer apps for free.
Awful. The app is clean, but the packages are too close together. The notifications/updates are days late. The fact that you have to have an account is bad enough, but you CAN'T even cancel the account within the app. You have to email them and it still takes days for them to close the account. It's just a shtako show. Uninstalled with a quickness.
I've used my app as my parcel tracking app for nearly 2 years now. 2 separate phones and I can attest to how it used to be amazingly spot on, but now is always at least a day behind, if not more. It can't even know to report a package delivered until the next day. Sure glad I didn't pay for any features. Update: My apps have improved enough to warrant a better rating. If Amazon purchases could be automatically added, I'd make it a maxed rating.
This is quite a good app to track shipments. But it could be better if the expected delivery date could also be pulled in. Then, there should be an option to sort your all the tracking numbers by the expected delivery date. Also, there should be a direct link to the specific tracking page on the shipper website (instead of the existing link to the shipper homepage).
I like the constant notifications. I just wish that they had a little more information within them. Their timing coincides well with USPS. I will go to the front door to check the box, see if they ran yet.. not quite 5 minutes will pass and I will get a notification that the package has been delivered to my door.. so I walk back to the front- there it is! Thanks!
This app used to be great. Now, the updates are at least a day behind. Even manually refreshing with a pull down doesn't bring the latest info. However, going to the shippers website from inside the app and entering the tracking number shows newer status, yet still the app doesn't update. He app itself has a great layout. Having to downgrade my review because it's just lost some of its usefulness.
Review Title: Absolute Failure – Lost My Shipment! Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Review: I am beyond furious. I relied entirely on this app to track an important package, but the tracking data failed to update for days. Because of this lag, I missed the delivery window, and my shipment has now been sent back to the sender. What is the point of a tracking app that doesn't provide real-time updates? This lack of reliability cost me my package and my money. Use this app at your own risk—it is completely unreliable
It doesn't really know what's happening with your packages, from China anyhow.. I have stuff I've received that says it's still waiting to be picked up by shipper, that we have received. Maybe because the rest of the order hasn't shipped??? And we were charged postage on delivery! Maybe not 17 tracks problem. But the seller, Faithsteps?
Keeps signing me out for no reason. It'll say it sent a code to verify so you can reset your password but I can't find it even checking spam. So I'm unsure how I'm suppose to be able to reset my password if they never send email with the code...
For some reason I am not able to add a tracking number despite multiple attempts. It keeps taking me to an entirely different tracking number that I have already been tracking for a while.
When Widget is used, app logs me out each day. Removed it and no logouts. Re-added widget - logged out in 2 days. Fix please. Update: seems to be fixed, thank you, if you did anything )
awesome tracking parcel(s) app easy to just copy from wherever your copying from and it automatically pastes it into app as soon as you open it from anywhere inside the app it is so wonderful to not have to paste it with this app... thanks devs 5* app highly recommend this app to everybody...
this app shows completly wrong information, the parcel shows delivered to completly different country, but the all other sites show right information. 17 track is really wrong. I'll not recommend to anyone for this site. uninstall this app. hate this app
I haven't get my packages yet now is going on on 26 days it keep on saying in transit off for delivery in transit send 26 days now and supposed to be United States and I never get the tracking number China tracking number what's that about.
Actually very handy! You can have every tracking number titled with a description or name of what item it's linked to, so every USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, YunExpress, etc, that I have to keep an eye on can be in one place to monitor while keeping straight what's coming from where. I don't have to go into and scroll my email and Amazon orders every single time I wanna check in on the shipping progress of an order. Definitely liking this so far.
I've been using 17TRACK for about 4.5 years now. I absolutely love the App because I can Track almost all of my incoming and out going packages, the only short coming is as follows: Incoming notifications can be and are slow to be received, sometimes up to 4-5 hours(that gives porch pirates a long time to snack & grab packages)! I need these notifications ASAP to call the person to let them know the package I sent them is at their door because delivery drivers will NOT knock/ring bells.
The phone number listed for tracking your package is a scam not working the whole app scammers use this app to make it look like you have a legitimate package coming
This app is essentially dead. I need to open the app and refresh manually every time for the update. It doesn't check for the updates in the background.
After tracking parcel for 6 weeks, I finally get a notice of delivery 'that "didn't" happen!' Message says it's delivered to mail box, but was definitely not there!!! Where's my parcel??
