2nd Line - Second Phone Number

what a scam!!!! First thing it asks you to do is pick a number and pay $7/week. I thought that gave me access to texts and calls. Then it says you have to upgrade to get a phone number to use even though you already did this. but then it charges you an additional $10/month for that. its worthless if you don't do both steps. so i just wasted $7. avoid at all costs!!!

Warning ⚠️ DONT DOWNLOAD APP!!!! When I downloaded the app and paid the $10, I was under the impression that paying the $10 would have given me access to send text messages and make calls. There was no advertising about any credits until after I paid the $10 and got on the app. Then, only then was when I found out about the credits. After paying 10 dollars. Waste of money! Waste of time! I should have read the reviews before I downloaded it, so that is on me.

I wanted to try out this app, so I signed up for the free trail. However, I didn't like it, so I unsubscribed from the trail and app. But after the last day of free trail, I was charged $30, when I requested to unsubscribed from it. I tried contacting the developer and Google but both wouldn't refund me back the amount I was charged. Very disappointed with this app. Do NOT download it and use the free trial. They will only end up charging you.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! $47 FOR TRYING THE FREE TRIAL?! I signed up for the 3 day free trial, was charged $32.42 the same day, as well as an additional $10 for something about a premium second number? I just wanted to try it out for the 3 day free trial, plus the $5 for credits. Reached out to Google play and my request for a refund was denied. I have written an email to the developer, I better get the $40 something back! I expected the $5 credit charge.

First let's start with false advertising. The app does not give you a free trial for 3 days, they give you "15 credits" without explaining what they are for or how they work. Second, the app does not work. I tried texting from the app to several different phone numbers and they never went through. Also tried to receive texts from several various sources and either they take to long to receive or never came through. DO NOT USE THIS APP. GOOGLE NEEDS TO REMOVE IT.

Truly the worst app I've ever used. It is ad supported but still forces you to subscribe. Okay whatever, I subscribed. Then I find out I can't send or receive messages without "credits". What was the subscription for? So I am subjected to awful ads and all kinds of bloat to scrape by and get a couple credits to send a text message. Uh oh. I ran out after receiving a message and now it's holding my messages hostage. Watching videos oftens fails and doesn't grant credits. Rip off. Unsubscribing

Way to expensive. You got to pay 5 or 10 or more dollars a month plus expensive credits. They run out fast. Plus the calls keep hanging up, barley signal, many times the calls even do go through, then it's just showing missed calls, and the quality of the calls is the worst. I wasted so much money on this app! Don't install this app!!! Customer service is never helpful, it's only sending standard answers. Plus I never got my money back!

You have to pay. I looked up second phone numbers, that are free to use. This app, Second Phone Number, showed up amongst the top searches. Upon selecting a number, I was then informed, via the app, I would have to pay to use a line from them. I don't mind having the ads, in order for my usage to be free, however I am not able to pay as money is tight.

Downloaded this app to see if, with the free trial upgrade, I could use the number for verification codes. It didn't work so I immediately canceled the free trial. Well, guess who was charged $32 the moment the free trial (that I canceled) ended? So I reach out via email as soon as I see the charge and I have not gotten a reply. It's been two days now and nothing. So rotten. Basically thievery. They're mighty quick to charge my card but have no time to answer emails.

app doesn't work even when you minimize it. looks like it's running on 2mb or something. can't signing using username and passwords. unless you login your playstore in another device which makes no sense to me. logging in is the real problem for me. I have to keep buying new numbers and creating new accounts because I can't access the one I had.

I have made the payment, but it is showing “invalid number” after the transaction. The amount has already been deducted from my account, and the service was not completed. I request a refund of the paid amount at the earliest. I have paid to use this number on WhatsApp, but it is being shown as an invalid number. Since the service does not work at all, it is of no use to me. I request an immediate refund of the amount paid.

horrible did two or three of the videos and the little gift boxes got no credit didn't know that he had to pay to use it no matter what when all the other apps there are out there that you don't pay nothing to use... just a scam

changed my smartphone and now can't get back into 2nd line even though I m using the same google play account I used earlier. No option to restore. update: you are asking to email us when I already did that 10 days back, followed up on my earlier email and you guys just do not respond update: you are asking for logs when I am saying I cannot even login on the new smartphone..just leave it guys..don't think u can do anything update: will u b able to provide a fix..my subscription renewal is due

The app says I have a text message, but won't let me read it! I am waiting on a very important call!!! I hope that's not it, because it won't let me earn any credits either! I have to go and buy a card somewhere and I don't drive... I'm 58, I just had my hip replaced and rod put in my leg... I don't know what I'm going to do if I miss my call! I wish somebody hadn't stole my phone, I'm just an old lady well, I've invvited friends, checked in and it actually let me watch 1 Video... AND I GOT 0!

This app is great. They let you chose the area code, any area code. Never a problem. Thank you 2nd Line

What's the point if I can't activate my number on WhatsApp? I paid and activated the SIM card specifically to activate a WhatsApp number, but it's never accepted. Please give me a solution or a refund.

Unauthorized accidental purchase reported within 1 hour and no services used, yet refund denied. Requesting the developer to review this case urgently and process a fair refund.

they are scammers don't use them, all the services they offer are fake don't waste your money, you can't send text or even make calls with it. don't fall for them, lastly they have no customer service

It's a very nice app as well, but! the numbers available is only Belgium, USA and Swede why?
