I would give 5 stars because the app works well and the device is good for what it is. However, it only allows for 6 watch faces (which is fine) that you can only change one of. The other 5 are locked in and can not be swapped for a different face. I'm disappointed. I wasn't expecting top quality, but still more than that. EDIT: I was able to fix the settings for sleep and heart rate, watch faces are still locked and cannot be changed save for the last one.

There are some strong points about the device (i.e., heart rate, O2, sleep. However, it is a bit off from the data I collect simultaneously on Strava. The most annoying problem with the device is that I recently got a new phone and it won't pair with the new phone. I also can't download the app on my tablet because it says it's already on my phone. Frustrating

I want to give it a 2 because once Daylight Saving Time happened, my watch and app would NOT connect! The arrows just kept spinning and the "Connecting" bar was all red with an exclamation point but there was no clicking on it to find out why it wouldn't connect. So many workouts done but not tracked! So very frustrating. 😡 Also, we are supposed to be able to email for help or questions. I have sent 3 emails and haven't had a single answer yet.

I guess you get what you pay for. I switched to this watch and its app after I hurt my hand and the galaxy watch was too heavy for my wrist. The watch and my phone keep disconnecting, it doesn't keep accurate track of my sleep or my steps (which is really the whole reason you buy a smart watch.) At this point, after resetting and rebooting all devices and apps, the damn thing still cannot get connected to my phone. In the other hand, it's cheap I guess

I purchased this for the features like being able to receive notifications. I gave it 3 stars for the fact that it won't display text messages or who the text is from. All it provides is "new message arrived". It would be nice to see who is texting and read the text from contacts. The plus is it does display who is calling. If they can resolve the text message issue I will give it 5 stars. Not being able to read text messages as advertised is false advertising. Update: I resolved it on my own.

Watch says connected and paired to app. I don't get my phone call notifications or my text notifications. Everything is on and promissions given access. But I get none of my notifications. All it's good for is tracking my steps heart rate and blood oxygen. It was okay to use at first but now it sucks and doesn't work worth a damn. You guys really need to fix something with the app. That's blocking the watch. I have installed and uninstalled the app three times. Nothing's changed.

Easy to navigate app, nice little tracker. My only issue is I upgraded the firmware and it completely wiped my data for the day :( I also am trying to get it to connect with Google fit and can't figure out how to do that..I saw from another review they were supposed to be able to connect with Google fit but I don't think that happened.

Just bought myself the pro light.. not bad for something on the budget for no need to worry about if you get it dirty or whatnot. It does its job. I would like to have more options of faces that actually have more weather and battery percentage with everything else, instead of leaving out one of the two or both and other faces. But otherwise not bad..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. After sitting on hold for over an hour, the phone was picked up and hung up on me. After calling back, I was informed that ALL 3 of their (older) apps have issues and they have no idea when the problem started or IF they'll ever be fixed so that people can actually use them (but in the meantime, feel free to spend your money on the latest release of the newer tracker - why? So that app can go to the wayside when you make a new release?) Buyer Beware!! Zero stars!

I've had this app and the Vibe+ for a year now. Out of the blue, the watch disconnected from the app on Saturday. Deleted all data and restarted it on Sunday and it was working fine until the evening when it disconnected again. It won't reconnect, and I don't want to delete my data over and over again just to keep the watch and app connected.

I cannot get the weather to sync even though my location is on. I can't send a text from the watch, it won't even open the texting option. When I try to turn on notifications from the app it turns them back off. Can't make a phone call and doesn't show when I'm getting one either. Can't do anything from the watch except tell the time and date, and check my pulse and 02. Very disappointed. Now my phone won't link to the watch at all. It is a Vibe Lite watch.

As far as fitness tracking - it's a good deal! But as far as wanting to receive calls/texts - nah. 1st of all I don't get any call notifications at all. 2nd of all mine doesn't make any sounds for texts - only vibrates. I was hoping that with it I could do activities with my phone out of sight since I had my watch. But if I can't get calls, or it only vibrates texts instead of makes sounds - what's the point? But anyway, like I said, as far as fitness tracking it's good.

I have read the reviews and it’s sad that we all have the same complaint ! Your product does not work! It does not provide the features it says it does. I only get my incoming calls notification , nothing else . I had the 3+Hr and it was working fine then suddenly stopped giving me the text and other apps notification alerts. Emails got several replies but no fix. So I thought maybe the watch was broken. Ordered the Lite , guess what, same issue! Refund or fix!

My experience is different than many of these reviews; I have had no issue with the watch or app. Following the directions, I was able to seamlessly sync to the app and begin using this watch, right out of the box. The only reason for the four star review is that I would love to have a Blood Pressure and Oxygen level monitor added. During heavy workouts, especially running, these are extremely important to me. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Had this for nearly a year now all of a sudden it won't connect to the ap it won't connect to my phone. All I get on the watch is the screen telling me to download the app and the app tells me I need to connect the watch. I use the watch to track my heart rate and get my breathing in check especially when I'm having a panic attack. It's not worth the money you pay for it if it quits after a year. I should have spent the extra cash for a fit bit instead of this junk.

I love my watch , I exercise more , I'm getting much better sleep. It has improved my life with all the fantastic things it does. The company is also Great , when my watch stopped working they replaced it with a new one. A Great purchase , with a 3+PRO you can't go wrong. I highly recommend them , they have a variety to choose from. I purchased the least expensive unit and I'm very pleased , I can't imagine all the fantastic features the more expensive watch's have. I'm Glad they had a eco one.

I have worked at synchronization of the 3+ Pro for a week and am finally starting to make progress.it seems that the myriad notifications on one's mobile device must be accessed, for the Pro 3 to function. (I don't know exactly WHICH notifications/ access points are needed, but I am enrolling in a Device Sync Class at our local college, to get a handle ... LOL .. I AM TRYING !!!! ..

I do not find the gps connectivity to app to navigate as it mentioned on the box., also watch does not monitor the sleep .it's 3+ vibe lite watch. I already put it on while sleeping it couldn't detect , again with tightly no solution, also for maps trued with outdoor cycling running its doesn't show up . You must understand that customers drop queries after trying. May be some may not .rather most do it.

So I downloaded the app and connected my watch, but didn't use it at all. A few weeks later I check the app with the intention of using the watch, but nothing works. The app won't connect, the watch wont work (the power button only makes the screen turn on and off, nothing else), and there is zero customer support

I would give this ap five stars except it's been crashing today for no apparent reason. Nothing has changed on my phone for the two years I've used it, plenty of unused memory and so forth. I'm about ready to do a uninstall and reinstall but I don't want to lose the data it tracks.
