I love this app. This is my favorite fitness app. I don't need a gym membership with this. There's a demo of each exercise while you're doing them. There is a progression of the levels for each day of the month. Plus there are workouts for whatever body area you're targeting. There's every level from very beginner to well advanced workouts. There's a timer and you can pause the workouts if you want. I can't say enough good things about this app.

I used to like using the app with just the 30 day challenges, but I hate the new update. I don't like the new suggested workouts and the meal plan is a joke. I signed up for the free trial recently to try out the paid functions. When I tried to cancel, I searched the entire app, but I couln't figure out how to do it. Days later, I cancelled it through google play, but I had already been charged for the whole year. I emailed their customer service and never got a reply back. Don't get this app!

I've been using this app for 8 days now and so far love it. Very easy to use, it has a voice that tells you your exercises and how many when completing your workout. There are 5 workouts a day, and at first I thought that was small but doable. I have learned that those 5 workouts a day is perfect. Between walking a mile, on my own, a day and then doing my full body challenge my body is pushed at the end of it all. I love how it gradually adds more to your reps and mixes it up.

This app is great for giving workouts that actually make me feel like I have accomplished something, and, the more I use this app, I'm sure I'll start seeing the difference I want. However, what I don't see, as with all fitness apps or the such, are stretching exercises that are just as important as the exercises. As, most people who use these types of apps don't know about stretching--something not taught in P.E. or otherwise. Please add this to decrease injury risk while using your app.

I love this app! It's so easy to figure out and keeps me motivated to work out. You can choose types of work outs, what level you want (easy, medium, hard), it doesn't require weights, it gives you examples on an exercise if you don't know it, gives you an option to pause the work out or add a longer time to the resting period. Seriously great!

This is the best app for me. I've tried gyms and programs.and they all failed, due to my busy life style. I roll out of bed and do the workout. Sometimes I do a second one the same day. It's well paced and easy to follow. It focuses on consistency, which is key to get in shape. However, I am not too keen about a recent update. the weight graph and the calendar tracker are on the fritz. Since I use both frequently it interferes with my tracking.

Great Excercise App. I love that you can do it while watching TV, listening to audiobook, etc. Most of the apps requires undivided attention while exercising but this one allows to do whatever you want while completing the daily routine. I'm not great, I only did one 30-day challenge at medium level but I can see the results without making any other dietary changes in my daily routine. Definitely recommend it to try.

This app is awesome! The only thing I do not like is if I exit the app for a brief moment to answer a text or change my music, the rest timers do not continue to count the time between exercises. It definitely works if you stick with it! I love how they change up the exercises each day to target different muscle areas. I finished the medium 1 ab work out and I'm already starting to cut out. It's an amazing. So glad I found this app, it's changed my life.

The ads come on before the exercise routine has ended. This is really frustrating when you're doing a plank, and need to hear the countdown, but all you get is an ad. I'll pay a couple of bucks to go ad-free. That should be an option. The reminders are glitched. Only one reminder is allowed at a time even though you're allowed to set more than one.

-2018: Wounderful short workouts. Did not expect to be challenged by the app but I was wrong and definitely feel the burn everyday. It progresses at a reasonable speed so the workouts are progressive and sustainable as long as the correct difficulty is chosen. Medium is harder than it looks. Don't be afraid to try the easy level first. 2020- Still using this app. Missed a year of working out. Back at easy level. Still a great app for 30 day challenges.

I got this app, and even paid the $9.99 for no ads and such, cuz I was thinking it is pretty much worth it , (if it works). Three days later and things are going great! Already lost a few pounds! Anyways onto the cons... So when I did the chest workout today it made me do backward lunges.. Now I am not a physical therapist by any means but last I checked that didn't have anything to do with chest? When I first started using this app it didn't warn me how fast things would be moving forward. You go through these exercise sessions within 10 or less minutes! There was no warning as to how fast and intense it was going to be. Granted, three days later I got used to it, and it has probably helped amazingly! One thing I would change is to at least let people know what they are getting into. I love how there are animations showing how to do the exercises, and videos if you need more detail! I think this is the smartest and most amazing thing the devs have done! This app also has a meal plan, and the diet may seem barebones at first, but then I realized this is probably what an actual normal person eats lol. I would give 5 stars but there was that issue with wrong exercises! 8/10

The first 2 weeks were great! I like that the exercise routines changed daily. After the 2 weeks or so, the same 2 exercises are repeated every single time! Those are butt bridges ans superman. I am so sick and tired of those exercises. There isn't a day that doesn't go by that those 2 exercises don't show up. I will finish the 30 day challenge, then I'll be done with this app.

This app works great. The workouts are straight forward and we'll balanced. I haven't tried the paid service yet. But I really like what I have done so far. The ads aren't too intrusive and don't bother me. They seem pretty well targeted lol. I have been getting some good results and once I do all the challenges I am considering the paid option that makes a special workout plan just for you.

Perfect. And it works. If you want to do your own kind of specific workout, do it in the time alloted. Its perfect. Very customizable. Great for building muscle and gaining weight. Ive been using it for a week and a half and I am already seeing results. Dont forget to eat right and push yourself. Totally worth it. And not as many annoying ads as every other app. Its great

Exercise is my hobby. I'm an avid with weight and cardio. I downloaded this app because when it's cold and snowing outside it's hard for me to motivate myself to leave the house - even for the gym. I'm very happy with the selection of workouts at the hard levels and think the ease of use would be great even for a beginner at easy levels. I enjoy the experience of having another day highlighted as finished - it motivates me to do it more often, even when I don't really need to.

the app is great and I love the exercises, however I just recently got a new phone and when I went to download the app on my new phone I noticed none of my progress switched over so now I have to start all over again smh. There should be some kinda system that saves ur progress in case of situations like this, seems like a huge oversight...

I highly recommend this app to the person who is ready to start a habit but struggles with the high expectations of other options. The easy plan starts out soooooo low. Then it increases weekly, but only by a little. There are pictures and timers to help you. You can redo any day, if you aren't ready for more. It literally took 2 or 3 minutes to finish it. I had a huge mental block of exercise being too hard or taking too much time. This was exactly what I needed to build success!

The increase in difficulty during each month-long routine is too aggressive. If you find a level that feels right for the first week, the second or third week will be much too difficult for someone who is making realistic progress. I love the premise of this app, but I think it will discourage people who are working on getting back in shape. By setting an excessive pace, I think the app will cause most users to give up in 2-3 weeks.

I love this app actually!! But a big negative for me how it sort of ignores where I'm at in terms of fitness level. I'm on easy 1 and it still makes workouts, specifically pushups extremely common. As if they're super easy. I put the option that I can only do 0-5 pushups (I can't do any) and it stills gives me tons of pushups to do even though I can't do any. I wish it ACTUALLY took into account "Hey let's give this guy some inclined pushups instead" or tested to see which type was best for me

A workout I can actually do! I've been really wanting to get into fitness more but honestly have had no idea where to start so I always just end up doing cardio. With this app, you can set your own difficulty level, and since I'm a beginner I picked easy. The workouts are just right for my level! I've been so intimidated to start working out because I know I'm not that strong yet, but this makes me feel confident. The workouts get a little harder every day and it's cool seeing myself improve!
