360 Mach Flight

connect to drone wifi, but still can not view video. App says to go to songs in app, but can't find a way to do anything but access saved videos or stream, and Steam is where it fails every time.

this does NOT work at all ive done it a gazillion times and it always shows me the stupid cant connect screen even though i did every last thing on the directions right

Took a minute but it finally works properly. I was having the same issue as others. Would not connect/looped back to same connect menu, worked after a few restarts of the app and possibly connecting to the drone before starting app. Once it actually connected and had drones cam on screen I had no option to record or take pictures. I don't know what changed, but thats working now also. I guess just patience?

Won't connect to camera - ive read some users have reported issues with this app on newer phones. One user mentioned that the app did not work with newer phones and had to use an older Samsung tablet from 2015 to access the video feed. Wish I knew this before purchasing this drone. Bummer.

the drones internet doesn't work its stubborn, and the drone and remote never connect, although when it does, drone flies in random directions.

it won't connect it's fla fun thing to fly but you can't use the camera

app nearly works AND WHEN I HAVE THE DUMB WIFI IT WONT WORK, DONT START WITH THE CAMARA

you have to download the app with "Chinese" it works just fine

There are 3 different apps all named very similarly, the one you want it called "360 MachFlight" (no space between mach and flight). The others that don't work are called "360 Mach Flight" (with a space) and "360-M-Flight" Giving 3 stars for confusingly naming their different apps for the different drone models very similarly.

Can't connect. I tried connecting to the wifi part and it says connected without internet. I open the app and it tells me to connect to the wifi and when I open the wifi thing, it's disconnected and doesn't show up again. If I restart the drone the wifi pops up again and says the same thing then the app won't come t to the wifi still. Drone works fine but can't connect t to video and it's frustrating

Won't connect to camera, we tried 4 different phones even an older one and nothing. The person claiming we just don't know how to read basically clearly got lucky bc when we hit stream it jumps back to the connect to wifi. It's a shame companies don't care to fix their products issues. Waste of money when the selling point was having a camera!

For most people, the camera dosnt work cause there not doing it right, this is how to connect to the camera: Turn on the drone, go to the wifi settings in your phone, connect to 360 Mach flight network that pops up. If it gives you anything about the network connect to it without Internet, go into the app, stream, and there you go. They should really add directions.

Works just like it's supposed to, for you that don't know how use it turn on your drone then go to your settings in your phone click wifi in the wifi your drone should pop up then click on it from your phone and it'll be ready to use. I got confused the first time i tried connecting it also but it's very easy and actually does work

To everyone who's drone doesn't work with this app, there are about 4 or 5 different versions of this app. Just Google search 360 mach flight and go through all of the apps until you find the one that works with your drone and your device. The one I used was "360 MachFlight" all one word, but I'm not sure it would work across all drones or devices.

Unlike many other people on here, this app is great. Works just fine take approximately 2 minutes to get started, frome there one takes less than 30 seconds to hook up. People out here complaining about the quality and connection don't realize when you get what you pay for and expect to get high-quality pictures and videos. For what it is, it's great, and people need to stop review bombing it because they paid absolutely nothing and expected movie quality videos

This app is since they will not connect to the camera on the. We have followed all the instructions and it does not. Fix the app this is useless! ZERO stars! We have tried different phones and all kinds of little tips that we found in the Internet after trying the instructions but nothing works.

Unfortunately this app does not work. However as others have stated the app without the space between MachFlight does work but only with older model phones. I only found this out because when I searched for it I couldn't download it on my pixel 8 phone. Luckily I had an older android laying around and downloaded the older app version and it works. Hope this helps some of you who like me wasted their money on this product.

The app said connected but with a ! In the WiFi fan at top of phone. But the app keeps telling me to turn on wifi and gives same instructions.... No camera at all.. useless app no menu. Even if I get the stream and a line to album and it keeps telling to connect to wifi.

Haven't tested, but your rating is concerning. Especially since you're still pushing your drones for a pretty penny still. Maybe you should look into actually hiring and focusing making a brilliant app that functions for everyone. I'll rate higher if it works for me, and I'll rate the highest if you're able to sway people's mind, because this is probably the only app that will work and it's sad to see that it doesn't work for everyone.
