Don't bother with the app until bugs are fixed. My experience with Bernicks's system lately been quite awful. They have a fridge/kiosk system at my work going and it's just as buggy as the app is! I created an account, which worked for awhile then it just forgot n wiped from the system. I tried signing in, says it doesn't exist. I tried recreating, says it exists. Had little better luck on the app, but I tried sending a code thru email and it won't send. I'll change the rating if issues fixed.
location services is requested but does not allow the app to work. When ordering you need to pick a time and if the time fills up before adding an item to the cart it forces picking a new time and your order is lost and have to start all over. It also reported failing to add funds and then double charged me and added money to the account more than the cost of order.
I get my orders in, but the app is awful! I am supposed to get a prompt/choice to scan and pay or shop online, but the scan and pay NEVER shows, even when I'm right beside their signal. When ordering - a sandwich, let's say - there's only partial info. So, if your optional add ons are sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, and sliced onions, all you see in the app is a checkbox beside the word sliced 3 separate times. It's like I'm always ordering a mystery sandwich in the hopes I get what I want.
The new update ruined the user experience. The cafe at my work uses this app if you want to order ahead or order from your desk and walk down to pick up, etc. However, since the new update, sometimes it doesn't offer all the regular menu options and sometimes it says random "uh-oh" messages and won't allow me to order food or add money to my account. Really frustrating since the cafe isn't in my building. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS!!!
Making an account is impossible on the app, it says it sends an email to finish the process but i did it 3 or 4 times over the past few weeks and didnt get any emails. Finally made an account using to website and then when i added funds to my account the system wouldnt recognize the funds were there when i tried to make a purchase at work. Took the system over an hour for it to finally accept payment
The app is well-designed and setup is easy. As Michelle Kimmes said, though, accounts must be pre-funded with whole dollar round number amounts. This means that you can probably never use the entire fund value to make purchases. There's apparently no way to recover funds should you leave the workplace hosting the micromarket, either. I imagine that if you called 365 Retail Markets and demanded a refund, maybe, but who's going to bother for a few bucks? Seems like a bit of a racket to avoid paying so many credit card transaction fees. I usually avoid this arrangement and haven't funded my account yet. In the end, a hangry moment at work may win me over. As Michelle said, "Well played."
the new re-vamped update made this basically unusable if the kiosk that you scan stuff from isn't responding. you can no longer scan the bar code of the product off your phone to avoid having to scan it from the not working kiosk. please bring it back cause it was so much easier. don't just say "it's the kiosks fault" when these apps are all linked from the kiosks themselves. so your kiosks are also terrible
I have been using 365 pay for a year without issues. however the company I work for changed vendors. that's when the problem started. I downloaded the 365 pay for the new company app. i added bills for a week, no problems . then I was prompted to log in , which wiped out my account. I did not get a satisfactory answer why but to only to continue using the account. where my money went, idk. neither will I use it until I know the problem is fixed. unhappy with this.
I currently have $10.19 in the app for the last couple of months. today I tried to use it in a kiosk at the workplace and the kiosk said I had .27 cents. So the kiosk asked me I inserted $4 dollars and decided not to complete the order and then the machine did not credit or refund me. this was the third time and the previous time I inserted $5dollars cash into the kiosk to add a balance on the mobile app it was never credited. I've just added $20. So I'm down $35. can I please have a refund?
Worked fine for a bit, but after like 3 weeks it won't let me add any funds to my account. It will load for 15 seconds before saying "uh oh, failed to add funds". I have deleted and reinstalled the app, forced stopped it and reset my account, didn't work. I tried deleting my old account and start a new one with a new email but now it says the password, the one I just made, is wrong. Tried to send an email to reset password, doesn't send. And even after deleting my old account it still exists.
Literally Unusable. Tried to setup an account in app, "no internet connection", tried on mobile and wifi, nada. Went to the website, and somehow my half way attempt to make an account meant that I already had an account but it was never set up so it doesn't actually exist... Try another email. Got that one set up on their website. Problem solved, no? Nope. It says that I've input the wrong password, just made it ten minutes ago. How? Try the required pin.. "invalid". Useless app.
Should have read the other reviews prior to downloading the app. Same issue as the others. Set up an account at kiosk. Tried to link the account however keeps saying incorrect password when I know I'm using the password and have changed several times. Not worth all this trouble to use. And, if you see the same consistent problem with different users then there must be a problem with the app.
Signed up and deposited money at kiosk, got a welcome email to get the app. Downloaded app but did not recognize my password and never get email to reset. So now I've got a balance of unknown amount that I can only use at kiosk without the ability to view or add more money via app. Won't be adding more money to this that's for sure.
I cannot link my account from the Avanti market app because it keeps asking me for a pin that I never made, the Avanti app uses a password. There is no pin attached to my account. And the new kiosk is extremely slow when scanning items, payments or processing orders, it also does not like tap to pay via a phone I have yet to see someone at work succeed in using the tap to pay except myself when I wanted to use the barcode on my Avanti app and then, for some reason it decided to use the tap.
Extremely frustrating app to use. It is slow and finnicky and often glitches out on me. On top of that it requires you keep a balance and instead of letting you pay off whatever extra you owe for a purchase, it requires you to replenish a balance.
when it works, its nice. but it rarely works. spinning wheel of death. always need to delete cache and data to attempt to get it working again.
Use to work well but after transferring $20 to it fir the week it now is unresponsive and blank screen. So now it has my money on the account with no way to actually use it.
Good app, works great with the restaurant in my building. Very convenient.
now they don't even bother to send receipts with the correct account balances a majority of the time, app demands more money when there's still sufficient funds, this month alone $5.11 unaccounted for the app says I don't have.
The app didn't even work for the stupid vending machine. So now I need to contact my bank in 5 days to refund the money, because I was FORCED to fund the app $10, with no way to refund it in-app. Stupid, and completely pointless.
