It works I guess. The experience leaves so much to be desired. Biggest problems I've had are calls not ringing or if they do ring my entire phone audio output is stuck as call audio until I release all Bluetooth connections because the app doesn't communicate with the Android Audio APIs well, which is I guess the jist of this review: the app doesn't work well.
Went from usable to terrible. I get multiple instances of the same one incoming phone call, then the call drops completely. No matter the setting, none of the calls ring. Even if you have the application set to run in the background, and set to use data regardless, the app disconnects completely everytime the window is minimized. You can have the app open, staring at it, and you'll get an automatic missed call when it never even rang. Don't waste your time or your company's money.
There are so very few things you can adjust with this app & I dislike the layout, the fact that my phone can't control the settings, and as of a few days ago I don't even get the whole screen to come up when a call cones in. On the tiny ribbon I get, it takes forever for the data to scroll so I can see who is calling. If I had another option, I'd use it!!!
I've tried this app and the legacy app on several different phones and it just won't connect. It registers and shows my name but can't answer calls, or make calls, only see who's calling. One if my coworkers has the legacy app on his phone and it actually works. The rest of us can't get it to work in any of our devices. It seems like they need to make it a little more universal for more devices.
This app is just a nightmare. Calls drop constantly and it messes with my phone settings to where I don't get notifications for text messages or phone calls anymore. I have my email notifications turned off but when I am on a call through 3cx and receive and email or text message, I get a series of loud beeps that last about 4 seconds in which the call is dead until the beeps are done. I wish I had another option.
It works, and works well when it does. I currently have issues with this not ringing while DND is turned on, even when I have calls bypassing DND mode. Not sure why, but they just won't ring. Notification shows up, but no sound. Not even a vibration (with the setting on). Please, PLEASE fix this! Also, please split calls to queue calls and direct calls, if possible. I want queue calls bypassing DND, but if I'm not working and have DND on, I don't want people calling me directly and making my phone go off.
Works okay as an app while the phone is unlocked. Difficult to use when the phone is locked, as it requires the phone to be unlocked to pickup or answer a call. Handsfree via Bluetooth doesn't work to pickup as the app requires the green button to be pressed directly on the phone. I also get late notices from missed calls as push notifications don't always work if the screen is dark on the phone. Notifications are eager to pop up the second the screen is lit or unlocked.
Very intrusive, little options. Trying to use this when I work from home, but when I'm in the office near my desk phone there's no way to turn it off. Even when I force stop it sometimes calls will still come through. Also the interface is NOT user friendly at all. You can't even see a list of internal numbers when transferring calls, better know them by heart! Edit 2/25/25: The developers comment below is false. I changed it to silent, still causes my watch to vibrate and show up on my phone.
Very buggy. Bluetooth issues. Cell call interruption issues. Public IP changes while moving and registration does not recover. Volume control issues constantly; microphone too quiet and can't adjust. Two way audio intermittently fails yet Firewall passes all tests. IP required ports reported by 3cx do not match actual ports needed to pass traffic; "figure it out yourself" approach to support. Other than that it works great.
It could be a lot better. The biggest issue I have is hitting the login/logout button without noticing. There's no confirmation or anything. It's in the perfect spot to hit it with your face and unless I constantly check that it's blue, I don't realize that I'm logged out.
This app SUCKS! When this app is open on my phone, it overrides everything even other calls. It freezes while using so I cant use commands. if I Bluetooth headset for the day, I often have to close the app sometimes reopen and reclose the app to get audio back on my other apps. its like the devs have never used the app. if I could give no stars I would. Hopefully my company stops using this soon!
Calls always come very late, giving only 2 seconds to react before the ringing stops. Turning on 'Keep Active' fixes this, but SIGNIFICANTLY increases battery usage. Today, it used about 31% of my battery, and I didn't receive a single call or opened the app once. Every other app can do calls normally, why can't you?
terrible app, can't use it on my cell phone anymore. it says to reach out to my administrators and they can't figure it out either. very frustrating and not feasable to have to be in front of my computer to get calls.
no more connection after update, even though the server is on its most recent version as well. things like this can't happen with the market leader. I will switch to portsip, microsip or vitalpbx, cheaper and I'm in control of the system.
Worked perfectly until this morning. Now I am getting the following message: Update required. Your server version is too old to connect to via app. Please contact your administrator. UPDATE: My system administrator says they have updated to v20. But I have no way of knowing if this is true, other than my app still not working.
Unreliable. Many calls are missed without ringing my phone. Call quality regularly unusable. Wouldn't recommend. We upgraded our wifi to enterprise access points. New switch, gigabit fiber so that's unlikely to be the issue it seems. We're having these problems on every phone in the company on a daily basis. Update: countless queries with IT and a year later it's still as bad as it was on day 1.

keep getting pop up notification on the mobile app " update required! your server version is too old to connect to via this app." and to contact the admin, which i did but they cant find any solutions either. my app version is 20.4 and i have android phone and its version is 16. one UI version is 8
Almost there, but not there yet. Will give 5 stars and recommend, if it is "fixed". Problem with the app is that it closes in the background rather rapidly. When phone is disconnected from the internet and the app is in the background, it doesn't reconnect. It does the same on Roaming WiFi, LTE and Mesh WiFi. The app is more for stationary phone and not one that moves about.
can make calls but cannot see any contacts, cannot see recent call log. only get spinning circle when trying to use any features other than dialing numbers.
On incoming calls it switches my xiaomi poco x6 to silent mode, resets all 3cx notification settings to ringtone=none. As a result I am missing all incoming calls. I have done 3 updates without result. Please fix this.
