The weather part of this app was once very good. Since the last update a couple of months ago, the weather alerts wont load when you click on them, the radar automatically generates in central US and isn't geared for the location you put in, and the temperature lows and highs have been consistently inaccurate by 5 to 10 degrees. I've used this app for many years now, and I'm thinking it's time to get a different weather app

Terrible app. Always issues watching, even when clicking "watch now" or when clicking a story from notification. When severe weather hits and I click "watch live" there's long ads that prevent me from getting important and urgent information about severe weather. Most of the time, the video at the top doesn't match the story I'm reading. Notifications that come up may not always load and then you can't find the story. Just terrible for breaking news, severe weather, and not user friendly.

I wish I could just have the weather app w/out the other stuff. On this app, I can't turn off notifications for the news. I only want push notifications for weather-- not all the negative news blowing up my phone. Also, everytime I try to access the radar on the weather, it closes the app, which is very frustrating during severe weather. And my weather keeps defaulting to another town, even though I've repeatedly reset it. 5News is the best weather station, so PLEASE fix your app!

The new app looks incredible now. Alot better, easier to navigate and find what stories are going on. Great Job on the looks and ease of use now. Only thing I would like to see is a few more options on the layer list in the weather, and to be able to add more than just 1 at a time. Percipation and lightning cannot be same time. Rain and clouds cant highlight both at same time. Other than that... beautiful new app and GREAT JOB on the looks and able to find stories easier. AWESOME!! GREAT JOB!!!!

App is not working will not open, can't in good feelings go any higher on the stars when I can't get on the app keeps shutting down. will consider upping the star if fixed. Have tried uninstalling and installed but app automatically shuts down PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!!!! JUST GOT A NEW UPDATE STILL DOES NOT OPEN PLEASE GET IT FIXED!!!!!!!!!

app got updated again today, i was able to finally open it and get past the "good morning/good evening" sequence... for about 3 to 4 seconds before the app crashes again. reopened the app again after the crash, it crashed again.

keeps dropping when I click on weather. This has been my favorite weather app for many years, and I can't use it anymore.

Good except it won't let me see the active severe weather alerts no matter how many times I update the app.

The app doesn't work anymore. It closes each time I click on an article or try to start it from the home screen... This is an ongoing issue and continues even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled it.

every time I go to put in my area where I live, the app keeps throwing me out it says. " close app" or "more info".

used to rate it a 5 stars but now the app crashes upon trying to open it. Havent been able to use it for at least a week. Please get it fixed! We depend on it for our weather!

the app isn't great and the only real reason I use it is because I grew up watching 5 news and I don't like any of the other ones

5news app has been great. But now it crashes when trying to open it. I just checked and all updates are completed.

Don't like the 12 hour radar past and present set up. no way to put radar in motion that I can find.

Used to work great, but ever since Garrett Lewis left the weather is wrong. Videos on articles auto play without sound and if you click on audio it either takes you to a different video or keeps replying the same truck add over and over again. I begrudgingly put up with that because at least the weather location worked decently. The latest update they did killed that. There's a manage location button but once you go to search it will not look up or let you manually add a different location.

Lousy app! Is anyone reading these reviews at 5News weather? It doesn't work right for people who want to Watch your Weather station. If u want to keep us FIX IT!!!! I agree with all the others if u can't or won't fix it give me my old weather app back. If I wanted the news I would have your other App. I just want to see the weather not Wade thru everything else. I have to constantly put it back on my location, it will not follow me when I go out of my location, YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS! 😡😠
