7-Eleven Multicopy

Used it to print out new years postcards at 7/11 in Japan. Worked perfectly, allows for quick connection to the printer, QR code read quickly. No problems, and the Print Quality is nice. Only confusion was with the wording of "provided or own postcards" , cause I thought it was talking about the design, when actually it was about if you yourself brought the specific material to print onto.

I wanted to make a quick copy from my smartphone, but could not. The app needed a wi-fi connection. I tried to use the Seven Eleven wi-fi, but it needed a password. I asked the staff, but he did not know it. I could not use the app. The staff tried his best to help, but he did not know the printer system. He called the service center, but kept giving difficult instructions on how to connect to the printer. After twenty minutes, I gave up. Take this app back to the starting board.

Never connects to the printer via wifi. My wife has the same issue.

You know its bad when I leave a review. The old version worked fine, new versio. With QR code is nice but I keep getting connection error 002-001. After trying to help me at the コンビニ both me and staff could not figure it out. Also, no fixes online or on help button.

Every time I come to a convenience store to print something out, it never seems to work with my device. Some sort of error, without fail, always happens to come up. Most often, the staff, try as they might to help me, can't help me at all.

Always refuses to connect, even after scanning QR code, with WiFi and location services activated. App is broken and not fit for purpose. Go to Family Mart and use the far superior "Print Smash" app instead as it will work. 1 star until fixed. No excuses from devs accepted.

Surprisingly easy and quick.

Worked great the first time, then when I tried to use it again a couple weeks later, it couldn't connect to the printer wifi anymore. I had to reinstall the app but it did work again after that.

out of town attempts, it was able to connect once. I tried again, all settings the same, and it failed.

I'll give it 5 stars today. My first time using de app to print a colour pdf from my phone. It simply worked. Let's see next time when I try to print some photos.

Terrible experience with the app. It is very slow and I had to uninstall it for it to rework everytime something happens

It's not working properly. Always connection error occurred. I'll delete this app right now and I'm going to Family Mart. This app wasted my time.

I've found this really easy to use, and have had no issues whenever I've used it. I wish there was a function to show the nearest 7/11 with a printer, though.

Doesn't work for printing documents from a phone. I am able to active the machine with the QR code, but it stalls out on the document transfer screen every time.

Works fine on my previous Xiaomi device. But keeps breaking when I try to add documents in my Google pixel 6. It was a great app but the new app needs to be throughly tested before deployment.

Quick and easy to use when needing to print some in Japan with using an American phone.

Printing multiple PDFs didn't work for me, but I converted them to images, then used the "Print Settings in the App" option, and it worked.

can't print a pdf file from phone. error about some settings. Never happened before in others apps. just won't use it again

This app would have been great if it didn't freeze on the photo selection screen every single time.
