99acres Buy/Rent/Sell Property

The app DOES NOT accept ANY LOCATION you want to search in the search bar. you try to type any location, error pops up. there are some 9 cities already listed as "popular cities" just below the search bar. even if I type those names also, the same error pops up. it always says- "please try again with location included", whenever I type any location in the search bar. what use is the app if it doesn't even let us search any location.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone planning to sell their property. The premium plans are highly priced, and the sales team makes multiple commitments during onboarding. Unfortunately, after the purchase is completed, there is little to no response to chats or escalation requests.

i rely on 99acres to find hidden gems. However, the app experience is increasingly frustrating. The search feature frequently stuck on a blank screen, especially after applying filters. Even on high-speed data, the UI lags and crashes, making it unreliable for quick searches on the road. For an app with such a massive database, the optimization is poor. Please fix the backend latency and cache issues. It’s currently a struggle to use."

I had a wonderful experience using 99acres to find my rental house. Data is being shared the moment you just search for a flat ..end no of calls ...the most unsecured ,non trust worthy, also has many fake listers in spite of reporting them nothing is being done about it ! Better to pay brokerage to your area broker than being enrolled in such apps where your data is compromised! Had this company been outside India would have been sued ! I am searching for some legal route as I am harassed with end no of calls I am getting from where my data has been compromised

Sales sharks make false claims to sell premium subscription. Post taking, they just made a video of property using 4 photos I had uploaded. The dedicated RM just directs all the calls to you without even checking the authenticity despite sharing your criteria. They post ads anywhere and count on number of impressions and not on lead conversion. They don't refund despite you unhappy with the services within a week or two. Please don't take premium service and waste time and money.

The App is not working from last two days. Whenever I try to open the App, I am getting an error message as 'Either our server is down or there is some limited connectivity issue. Please reconnect or try after sometime '.

The worst place is PG. While taking money for advertising, they only lure that they will get a lot of leads. I have taken their premium package for one month, 11 days have passed in it. And not a single lead has come. The manager who gave the package neither picks up the calls nor replies to any messages on WhatsApp. Even though the PG has been verified. There is no response from the leads. It is useless to invest money for PG advertising at this place.

I found 99 acres a very professional website and user friendly can access any one using different languages. other apps are just making money only. By using other's data. I am loving it.

Absolutely horrendous application. The pool of buyers is horrible. They value the properties extremely low than the value and area rates. Buyers either come extremely off time or they will ghost you last minute. Even tried their premium after their sales people basically called every hour of every day. They promised a 10x increase in response rate, rather the responses plummeted. Customer care was no help. Overall, only try if you're ready to waste your time on brainless & moronic buyers.

it keeps giving the message that i cannot get anymore contact numbers for the day and this is constantly there for last 1 week. haven't gotten any numbers yet also it has scammers who keep asking for refundable entrance fee and id card but there seems to be no way to report them

Sharing customers numbers to Property Developers without our consent; and they spamming our phones 100 times daily!! Illegal breach of personal data!! -- Can't view any contacts for Owner properties, but for Dealer/Consultants... The app is truly money minded -- Good, but App takes much time to load nowadays. Posted by and Updated by seem to be fake than the actual. Most of the properties available seem to be already taken but still listing of them is available.

it's a very nice app. in terms of visibility of engaged property whether for rental,sale or purchase without any brokers. the usability of the app. is very cool and fast access to any query is worth it. A totally free app besides a team of 99 acres is also helpful in the settlement of meeting parties for which they offer serviceable charges which is acceptable. I'm happy and very satisfied with this app.

This app is just utter nonsense. They offer you contact owner option for a property but these numbers are mostly switched off and you cannot contact with the property owner. Instead they publish your contact information to other brokers without your consent and all these brokers disturb you with unwanted calls. Nonsense app. This app should be sued for sharing your contact information with 100s of unwanted brokers. Absolutely unethical.

they dont have any privacy settings. you just click on a property and your contact number goes to thousands of broker and incoming calls makes your life hell. suggestion get a temporary number before using this app, and register with a temp number.

I listed my apartment with full details, photos, and videos. Within a week they cold-called to push a paid plan. After a month I subscribed, with a dedicated RM meant to coordinate visits and boost visibility. In 45 days, only 2 visits happened, both unaware of rent. At expiry, they removed my listing and asked me to re-upload to continue with free plan. Their paid plans are a scam—avoid them.

This app is super and helpful because , in many other apps if you want to call means you subscribe to call only in this app you not to subscribe and make free calls to enquiry. I love it.

it's very nice platform for buying and selling and even rental properties. Very widely used by people thus getting a good response for the individual need. I got very good response from buyers.

Lousy, stupid, 3rd Rate App. Previously used historical searches & search parameters not saved/retained. Have to start all over again for every search. Searches for LOCALITIES fail to work, does not display the locality fed in the search box in SEARCH PARAMETERS. Carpet areas not displayed. Building Exterior Elevation photos/videos not posted. Type of Parking & photos not posted. Whether FULL OC received or not is not indicated. Due to all these major deficiencies will not recommend this App

Traveling with this App since 2023. Though I couldn't complete my search for an individual house ( as my parameters ) varying this App is Very Helpful. Persistency in providing service to procure and possess. Kudos to the extended service at practically no cost. Thanks team 99.
