Over the last year I've managed to use the app for a period of about 3 weeks. It constantly says 'network connection lost' and I can't watch anything. I'm beyond frustrated. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache. Anything I can think of nothing ever works.

This honestly has the potential to be such a great app. Unfortunately, lately, the 'Continue Watching' section has been removed. I've noticed this happens whenever Nine are covering any type of sports event (Tennis, Olympics etc). Also, it glitches when you are trying to watch live TV, often resulting in words or even complete sentences being cut out. This never used to happen. Please kindly look into fixing it. Many thanks

Downloaded entirely to watch the winter Olympics. asked for personal information that absolutely was not needed for a free to air service. Was entirely unable to watch the events I wanted. Honestly not worth the experience given how many ads were throughout the whole experience. Super disappointing

This is for their Chromecast app as I can't see where to rate this. Absolutely useless app that only ever shows, "We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred." And that's just trying to log in. Little wonder network television is dying.

how this app was allowed to stream the winter Olympics is beyond me. if you do not have the capacity to accept larger amounts of people streaming, don't accept the contract that expects you to do so. also in agreement with everyone else, buggy, ridiculous ads and the rewind /fast forward SUCKS.

I wish I could rate it ZERO for the WORST on demand TV viewing experience in Australia. When I watch programs on the ABC iview, Channel 10, Channel 7, SBS there are no problems. Using the SAME TV, and the SAME internet connection, it is impossible to view a program on Nine NOW, due to constant glitches, breaks in transmission etc. It unwatchable. I hope the advertisers who pay Channel Nine mega bucks, read these reviews from so many people complaining about the same issues.

Will not work when casting to my TV. Just get an all black screen, even though the phone is connected and mirroring. also unable to watch AO matches, advertised flat out but useless. Other channels have their apps working 9now can't get it together!

currently forced to use the app as a result of local fires taking out TV coverage. sadly the app defaults to general location(based in IP address from ISP) which sets us to watch Sydney news instead of local news Melbourne which is important to us atm. The app should have the ability to manually set location so people can take control when the auto set function gets it wrong.

ads, ads, ads, slow app, more ads, more long ads, skips through video, gets hit with multiple long sets of ads. More ad time than the video length. This sloppy app is just a gateway for ads which is ironic cause for the amount of ad placement they secure they cant afford a decent fix to it.

People here are complaining about ads, while I'm not able even to open any program. Network error message all the time and it doesn't load any program. The worst app I've ever used so far.

the app constantly fails to load the shows. they wont play through the phone or through casting. When it finally works, excessive ads play. Nine now is the most frustrating free tv streaming app there is.

App is well laid out, and connecting TVs etc is fairly simple. The streaming does tend to become unwatchable at times due to constant buffering but otherwise pretty good.

Of all the Freeview channels, the 9 now app is by far the WORST!! And by a long shot too! Constantly buffers and freezes rendering it USELESS!!! I can even stream American apps without a problem???

I guess I'm not watching the Olympics this year, since Nine have chosen to paywall full replays behind a minimum $32 monthly subscription on Stan. Damn shame, I usually love Olympics time, but there's no fun in watching whatever random quarter of a race they decide to show live.

Glitchy and tonnes of ads. even more annoying is that sometimes programs restart and it is impossible to fast forward to the most recent part of the program.

The Start Again feature is so welcome but the number of times it fails is frustrating. When it fails, you just lose the program. Sometimes you can start again (but only from the beginning, never from where you were). Other times, the program will not start again at all and you've missed it.

no ability to forward rewind or resume on demand. Ridiculous long ad blocks that show the same ad over in the same block. it's like they don't want you to even use it.

I've been using this app for years, it's by far the worst it's ever been! You have to log in every time you would like to watch, then so many glitches trying to get it started! please update and check your work!

2 mins of ads for 2 mins of Olympics is just not worth it! First time had to kill it too - would not start at all. Uninstalled within 4 minutes of usage.

When trying to chromecast, it doesnt load. Still very slow on my phone when other streaming apps work fine. I have given up on watching mafs
