I do love the store, but the app needs serious work. I have had so many issues. in the past, it would show OTHER peoples' accounts (only names, points, etc) in the top banner instead of mine. everytime I refreshed, it was a new one. It will crash on me, log me out mid-use of the app, make me re-login several times, experience various errors that prompt messages, etc. I will continue shopping with them, but the app is poor. I will start tracking my points in case they don't add up correctly.

I am always having to reset my password because it "expired". I just reset my password 2 weeks ago, tried to login and it said my password expired again. So I'm trying to reset it so I can make a purchase, but the email still hasn't come through. Also, app is buggy when something may or may not be out of stock - I say that because sometimes I can add the item that's in stock, sometimes (most times) I can't. It pulls an error message.

There is ALWAYS something wrong with this app. It doesn't load properly, you can't look up past orders, etc. I won't stop using bc I love their clothes and the fit, but geez plz make it user-friendly without glitches. Otherwise, just get rid of it completely, and I'll just use my laptop. It's super inconvenient and frustrating. *One more thing - I was in NZ for a month in '22, and now it won't reset to the USA, so I don't get points when I order. Not a train smash but annoying.

I LOVE this store! It can be difficult to grab a particular shirt or pants because it's so popular it sells fast, but most times, it will restock. I've used this app almost every day for awhile now and one thing I wish the app had was a favorites bin or something so I don't have to locate an item again. I can save some stuff to buy later when I get paid, cause I live paycheck to paycheck. Klarna splits my payments which is why I order at least once a month. I'm a VIP until 2028 Or close to it.

Used this app for years with no problem. Now I can't order anything! Everytime I checkout it says Try placing order again. The payment info is correct. I've called customer service and was told to clear the cookies and it didn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't work. I don't want to order over the phone, I would like for my app to work! I have rewards to use and I'm incredibly frustrated with this app!!

Buggy and laggy. The screen freezes often when I try to select color options for clothing, go into another screen, check out, etc. It makes this app extremely frustrating to use. I also wish that the app showed when a size and color has less than 5 in stock, just like the desktop version does. This app does make shopping convenient, but it has a lot of room for improvement.

Great store and the app too, full screen pictures and friendly UI. One thing I miss - the ability to filter by length. As my jeans length is 36 and found only in a few models, I have to click into each one to see if that's available.

App won't let me go to UK store and buy things to ship to my UK address. I'm based in KSA but want to buy things from AF UK to post to my home in the UK. The AF App and Website simply will not allow it - they not provide any option for me to do this - they just defer me to KSA site and prices in SAR. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

very bad for returns the app hasn't let me generate a returns label on 3 occasions and the service to seek help is below average, inefficient and he didnt even know how to do the task. its pathetic.

I had a really good experience checking out Abercrombie & Fitch at Fashion Show Las Vegas. The store had a clean, modern look, and everything felt well-organized, which made it easy to browse without feeling rushed or overwhelmed 😌🛍️.

Tried to buy something on their site, but they have a discount code that works only on the app. So I install this app and guess what, it doesn't even fully boot up. It just brings me to a page that says #nevernotworking where I can tap a "retry" button over and over. Clearly the website still works which means this app is the faulty one here, not Abercrombie's web servers. I'm thinking okay, maybe they're doing maintenance. So I wait a day. Two days. Hmmm, no, not maintenance. Just a broken app.

I've had this app for years. Aside from it gliching and crashing all the time, never have I ever been so frustrated with it. Tell me why, when I need to change my password because I simply forgot it, it makes me type in my old one? And gives me no other option? Do you see the problem here? I have not been able to properly login without using temporary passwords for over a year now. This is such an easy fix yet they don't do anything about it.

added items in cart then about to check out then input pay method then bring me back to af home screen. i dont know if my cc has been charged or what, no conf my order was accepted. now im trying to re do everything but i cant put items in my cart.

The customer service is terrible and they lie awful, they dont honor promo codes that are going on. they ghost your emails. there stuff is extremely expensive... the app freezes. never seen such poor customer service... wait I have there sister counterfeit company comfrt. and there a 1.4 on trust pilot. you'd think they might want to put that customer service. Honor your promos!!!!

It's a good app, easy to navigate and shop and placing orders is no problem at all. The biggest problem with the whole experience, much like Hollister, is the pathetically slow delivery. I've had clothes from America come more quickly. It takes over a week to get anything which you wouldn't mind if the delivery was free. But it's a fiver. What service are they using that costs £5 and takes a week? Even second class post is quicker than that.

Terrible app. Often, when opening the app, it gets stuck on the blue A&F logo screen. I have to "clear app data" in order to get past go. Difficult to find the shop button as there are no words under the buttons. Have to search hard to find the categories. When you make a selection "size small, short" it blocks out the colors that are unavailable. You can't deselect the size or length. You have to press back and re enter the clothing item page. One of the worst clothing apps I've ever used.

The app LOOKS great, but as far a shopping app goes, this one leaves a lot to be desired. You can't easily switch between clothing categories so the app is really only good for looking at jeans, which is a shame because there's lots of other things to purchase at A&F, but you can't look at it! You also can't read reviews which is crucial for online ordering imo. Products include the review rating, but not the reviews themselves which is pretty dumb. It also glitches and fails to load A LOT!

It's impossible to buy anything using the app or website. I am stuck during checkout, I can't pay via any of the options as all the available buttons seem not to work. I have items in my basket, I want to purchase them but the app simply won't allow me to. What's the use of the app or website if I can't buy anything?

Edit: you introduced a bug to this app in your latest version - app is not opening if you force open it doesn't want to login, saying password is wrong. When u fight it for couple minutes. It will give you the screen #Nevernotworking. Please fix ASAP My app doesn't connect when on Data from mobile provider. Sometime the item is not available but it is showing on the list. I LOVE store pickup and scan your app for the points features. You changing for the better
