Not good, bugs on almost every step in the ordering process. Couldn't use my location to determine the nearest pickup location, error when entering my bank details, saying that it should only contain latin letters, which was the case, two separate bank accounts were rejected one after another. If it wasn't the good price of the item I liked, I wouldn't bother installing it.
There's no review feature, so you can't leave/read compliments/criticisms about clothes. Also, my package literally came delivered in an UNSEALED bag. the adhesive strip was unpeeled and the bag was absolutely wide open. Thank god DHL handled it well so nothing fell out in transit
Very Good quality, delivery and ESPECIALLY QUICK + NO TROUBLE RETURN PROCEDURE (all docs ready in received package >> very convenient !!!!!)
there are issues with the latest releases, the app slows down and ui starts to freeze after 15 minutes of usage.
The app is easy to use, they have great variety of products, in size as well as type. I have ordered from them countless times, never had any problem except for once when an item was missing from the package. They worked this problem out extremely fast (within an hour from me reaching out to them in email, to them solving the situation) and I even got a 20% off from my next order, what I can use for like 6 months or so. I'm really satisfied with this app and how they handle things.
The app works pretty good, but you could add a return button on every order, so we don't waste more than half an hour by trying to get in touch with the courier so they can come and get the package. The customer service it's horrible, to say the least, almost a month has passed, I still didn't got my refund, send numerous mails to resolve the issue but nothing has happened.
They did not refund me for a returned item for weeks although on the phone they confirmed everything was OK with it. They made me fill an extensive form on paper with all details possible. I spent 20 minutes printing, filling everything, sigining and scanning. I am waiting to see whether I will actually receive a refund. Update: they created even more difficulties for me, one CS person hung up on me and 2 days later still no notice from my bank that About you indeed ordered a refund.
I wanted to buy but the app did not want me to. Selection of clothes and structure is really nice, but I had a really bad experience during the checkout process. In the delivery address I cannot select a country, so I get errors when entering my zip code. When I go back to billing address I can enter everything, every box is checked green. Then I see a small info that I cannot order to Austria. No further info whatsoever. For me it was a waste of time 🤷♂️
Product price is 5X. There's a sale, I buy it at X, one of the last articles with a specific size. I got delivered a different brand, model and size... (oh well, that's the norm in 2022 for the e-commerce world - 50% of the time you get something else) I fill in the return form (there is no replacement form). 2 hours later I get a push notification, something along these lines: "Hey, your article is back in stock at only 3.5X" Awesome experience! Go check your user flows...
Sometimes I'm scrolling through products and all of the sudden the app decides to bring me back up to the beginning of the page, making me have to go all the way down again to find where I left off. Quite annoying. Other than that, app is responsive, easy to use and has a buuuunch of items. Just wish it had a dark mode available (didn't find it at least). My eyes hurt regardless lol
I don't recommend really this app at all, on my first purchase only 1 out of 3 items arrived, I complained and they said that it was delivered (of course it was, I got the package), after that I complained again because they did nothing and they now told me that because more people had the same problem, they won't be able to do anything because "there's a pattern" on those complains (?), so they're making the same mistake over and over and because od that they won't solve the situation.
I installed the app, tried to order, doens't work. Even if the fields are filled in ok, a message appears to verify them again. WHY? They are validated as ok. Even the postal code which appeared initially to be optional, in fact it's not optional... But I filled in also that. Unfortunately, I cannot proceed with the order, the ordering process is not working properly, needs to be optimized... you have nice products...but I will uninstall the app. Sorry 😔
Over all, the app is great, pretty easy to use, the built in measurement thing was quite accurate with my first order. The issue is, that 1 of 3 orders actually got even processed.. The other two after a week, one of them not even processed yet, the other half of the stuff deleted due to being "out of stock" although when I ordered it.. it was available, for 2 days after too.. yet I'm not surprised it's out after a week damn, no compensating, just a straight "u ain't gettin what u really want"
The choice is good, there are nice offers quite often. In-app purchasing is easy and fast, and the delivery\return is fast. What I absolutely HATE is the inability to search by detailed item descriptions, styles, or tags, e.g., a search for "pin up" will only show the items named so. For me, it means they make you spend more time in the app, browsing [and buying!] less relevant items.
Fix those nasty issues with partly fulfilled oders. Two orders in a row which end up in some items not delivered due to stock shortages. So, why do you allow ordering them. Just fix this or users will hop on other platforms simply. Btw, one of the orders has been deleted, while some items still delivered. Bug? Also, 1st level support is not amazing.
Made 3 orders on August 1st around 2pm. Paid all of them with card. Money were withdrawn. In the evening they canceled two of the orders without any explanation. Today, on August 2nd they canceled the third order also with the reason that they don't have enough stock. I had 5 items in the last order. Very very bad experience. Money not available for 7 days, and 2 hours of my life lost searching items on Aboutyou...
I really love this site. My only complaint is that they don't offer a version of the site in English with a selected country. Since I'm a foreigner in the country I'm staying in, I'm not very fluent so it makes it a bit hard to navigate. If I chose English, those articles may not be available in the shipment country. Other than that, this site is the one and only clothing site I will ever choose. They have a vast selection, shipment is fast and precise and they never made a mistake. ❤️
I have bought many and although it takes quite some time for the parcel to arrive, the quality is always good. I have also returned items many times (not everything in my preferred size fits) and when I had issues it was afterwards resolved. All in all I am satisfied with the service and I hope it remains so. I hope the discount codes can be in the future stored in the app, wherein you dont have to manually add each code.
Wanted to spend the evening shopping on but ended up writing this review here. Their customer service is terrible, nobody seems to actually read what you're writing, they prefer sending you standardized replies. It took me 10 messages in which I copied the messages from before to actually get the answer I needed. Horrible. They didn't seem to actually speak my language either. In addition, their app and website do not match in terms of user data and passwords. Ridiculous programming...
If you access the app by link from another app, eg facebook or instagram where you click the 'buy' button on the specific product, the application opens the last product you were looking and not the product you clicked on. Then, when you exit and try again, it works 'properly'- little bit annoying. Search bar/search results could be better, when you enter a term/product name, there's that "no results" text next to it - and it's confusing because there are valid results. Other than that its ok.
