Accounting App - Zoho Books

Say NO to QB, This is the answer! I love Zoho Books! It is FAR better and way above QB. The phone app works fantastic, you can do PO's on the app, and also edit the parts! I don't get push ads to try to upsell me something even on the main home web page! I went from Zoho invoice to QB, and that was the biggest mistake of my life! I then I tried Zoho Books! Just like QB but a whole lot better, and a whole lot easier to understand, and NO ads, AMAZING! Try before you buy, you won't regret it!

I’ve been using Zoho Books for about a week after trying both MYOB and Xero. The immediate and most important difference for me is that the app and website don’t constantly log me out after short periods of inactivity. With the other platforms, I was being logged out repeatedly, sometimes just from leaving the browser idle for a few minutes, which meant logging back in many times a day. MFA was also required daily. That burden made me avoid using the other platforms and delay things for later.

highly volitile, fails to load, painfully slow, crashes, does not reliably link to bigins new data inputs, overall a complete failure of an app, do better zoho programmers

Great Software so far, easy to use, still haven't explored to unlock its full potential. Can't wait for continued growth with them.

please don't prevent going into the app if a new update is available. it's very frustrating especially if you're not on WiFi and need to quickly check something.

Usage is great, UI is fantastic too, but too damn slow , whenever I want to create invoice I have to wait 30 sec on the add invoice screen and then wait another 30 sec for saving the invoice and most of times it says problem connecting with server

it's really good...but we want field view in inventory for free plan...pls add field view for free plan also..

Excellent app, excellent features! One exception though: The Mileage tracking feature is VERY rudimentary compared to TripLog. I would give Zoho Books a five stars if it had an automatic mileage tracking based on bluetooth connection with the car audio (starts logging when connected, stops logging when disconnected). This is the only thing stopping me from using Zoho Books exclusively for my finances. If you are a dev reading this, PLEASE escalate this is your feature update pipeline. Thank you!

Can't log in. It asks for code from email which I switch to on my phone, then when I got back the login process has reset and it generates a new code in an endless cycle.

Great app. A great improvement for me would be if all my organizations could also be put together in a dashboard.

its okay and very friendly only that it has limited functions like the chart of accounts I can not view it.

Good accounting app. If you work on Totals (sum up) Sales, overdue, e.tc, it will be great

Great App for accounting and Bookkeeping.

This is watered down and definitely needs the auto matching that the desktop version has.

It needs a lot improvement to reports module as it could not pull reports for a year splitting data in month wise at a time.

It is an amazing asset for any businessperson. I feel like an accountant when using this app even though I know nothing about bookkeeping.

The app is really good and user-friendly. Feature required - dark theme. Sometimes it does not display the currency symbol in the invoice table and the total section (minor bug).

app limits you more than the online version. however it's still a great software to use.
