Love the background removal, the ability to put outfits together, the ability to choose items from online, and the gallery of other people's outfits made using items similar to yours. However, I came into this hoping for an AI tool that could make outfits for me based on my closet, season, and body type. But the tool is not able to make outfits for me despite over 100 items in my closet. It also seems to think I look "bulky" in every outfit (including tight ones!!) despite being average weight
I have been using this app for 2 years and it was exactly what I was looking for. But multiple bugs have not been fixed despite the fact I sent multiple reports, with no response. It got worse this week when the app now says it can't find images for any of the clothes I added in 2024, not letting me add them to outfits, even though I pay enough to have them backed up to the server! I will delete this review if ALL problems get fixed but I am definitely not getting what I paid for right now.
far better. than Whering but at least Whering is unlimited uploads. I'll use a combination of both to track my outfits. I like that this app actually gives you well coordinated outfits and can layer dresses. but it could be better at having variety. for a company dinner and for streetwear it keeps on suggesting the same exact outfit: a navy blazer with a horizontal striped blue and white v neck sweater. is that style formal or is that style casual? it can't be both, so the creativity is lacking.
Used to be a great app, but the switch to a subscription model was poorly implemented and the prices are beyond unreasonable. They say it's all to improve the quality of the app and support the cost of the AI features (the worst feature of the app, honestly), but even the "discounted" prices just come off greedy. I'm not sure where they'll find anyone stupid enough to pay for a subscription, especially when there are so many affordable and free options available. Good work alienating your users!
Loved this app, have been using it for probably less than a year. I am a low level user, and I've used it for free. I totally get monetizing the app, or even showing ads on the free version, but now you can't do ANYTHING in the free version unless you watch a 20 second ad, and you can't skip out. Want to schedule your outfit? 20 second ad. Want to create an outfit? 20 second ad. This app was meant to save me time, but by the time I'm done watching ads I could just plan my outfit on my own.
Bait and switch... I have been using the free app for over a year and loved it! I invested so much time uploading every piece of my entire wardrobe only for it all to now be unusable without paying for the most expensive subscription option since i have >400 items logged. Such a waste of my time and effort. Sure, I could delete 3/4 of my wardrobe from the app to use it for free...but that would defeat its purpose of helping me remember what is in my closet and how to pair them together. Sad.
Contemplating Deletion. Didn't anticipate a pay wall- a steep one at that, and can't access my closet, so now I'm thinking of going scorched earth and just ditching the whole thing. All that work cataloging my clothes/accessories, and using it consistently for about 6 months, to suddenly not be able to use it? I'm livid! What's worse is I didn't even use it for any of the other features! The outfit suggestions were horrifying, and I just can't justify the price.
Maybe im being stupid and missing this feature but I wish there was a way to search and filter your wardrobe by different aspects like style, hashtags, season, or occasion instead of only category. While you can add those things to your item, there is no way to search those aspects when making outfits or browsing your clothing items. For example if I'm looking for a casual sweater I would like to be able to sort by "casual" and "fall" and have all of the matching items pop up.
Edit: I haven't used the app in awhile but I went to open it and my items and account are gone. I've just started using it but so far I'm impressed with it compared to others that I've tried! That said, a few things that I'd like to be different are: When adding a new item and I press the back button I'd like it to ask if I really want to exit or if I want to save or continue working on adding that item. And secondly, I'd love the option to add more colors and fabrics!!
This is exactly the type of thing that I was TERRIFIED of happening. If you have hundreds of items it takes an ungodly amount of time and effort to log everything in, so I was choosing my closet app carefully, but I was still betrayed by a sudden switch to a payed subscription with astronomical prices. I wouldn't mind paying 28$ annually with unlimited items, but for that you have to pay 120$. You got too greedy, and now nobody will use your app, new users will look at the stars and nope out.
I have used this app for more than a year and really enjoyed it. The outfit generator has never been functional, but I still love being able to catalog my wardrobe. HOWEVER, today I tried to add a shirt and got an error that I'm at the 100 item max & must subscribe to log more. I already have 150+ items logged, so I don't know why I'm just getting this error. I go to delete archive items to clear space, but I cannot access the delete menu bc of the paywall. The app is now unusable.
Beware: I was liking it a lot until the most recent update when suddenly everything requires a paid subscription. If you add more than 100 items you are forced to upgrade $60/yr! I spent hours adding my clothes, shoes and accessories only to be told *after* I could only use it with the paid subscription. I would be willing to pay for this service but $60 is way too much considering how buggy the app is (like other reviewers mentioned, the outfit suggestions don't work etc).
I was enjoying the app until I was somehow logged out. I now can't access any of my data after spending countless hours adding my clothing items. Every time I try to log back in, it tells me my account already exists... obviously! That's why I'm using the log-in feature, and not the sign up feature... but after each attempt it has led me to a prompt to log in through Facebook. My account is registered through email, and I keep getting sent through an endless loop trying to sign. So frustrating!
Oh no! Ads! I haven't opened this app in a while as I was using another app. I came back to this one because I like that it separates outfit "ideas" versus outfits I've actually worn. But now there's ads and very pricey monthly memberships. Bummer! There are better apps for free or the same price. I won't be able to recommend this one anymore.
It was good until I reached the maximum amount of pieces. Now the only thing I can do is look at the pieces I have. I cant make outfits or add entries to the calendar. I can't do anything if I don't pay subcription. Now I also have lots of ads the interrupt me when I'm looking for clothing. Very dissapointed because when I downloaded the app it didn't mention anything about having a max number of pieces nor did have ads. If you don't pay and exceed 100 pieces, the app is useless! Dissapointed!
Over the course of weeks, I spent hours logging every piece of my clothing. This app was a very fun and useful tool! Now, they have updated the app to include a massive paywall (over $50 a year!) to view and use most of the data that has already been inputted. Introducing ads or a one-time purchase would have made sense as a business practice, but what the team chose to do instead is absolutely scummy. I will not be rewarding them for that with my money, and will be starting over elsewhere.
Used to be better, not worth it I've been using this app for years and have over 300 items. I added new items a day ago! I log in today and suddenly have to pay just to even VIEW my items. Their price point is ridiculous! And no way to download my data. I rarely used their AI suggested outfits feature because it often mismatch categories. I was not interested in their buy-sell feature and never used it. I recommended it just 2 days ago to a friend now I have to go take it back.
I'm impressed with this app, it's the best Android wardrobe app I've found. It allows you to add 5 items at a time, it's very smart in knowing what kind of item you're uploading, it has feature rich editing for the picture you've uploaded, and the options to tag and sort each item are well thought out and diverse. I especially love how easy it is to add my own tags and search for them. I would love to have the ability to upload more items at a time! Also, is there a way to support the creator?
Loved this app until they recently forced existing users to upgrade and pay for a subscription. They also now have ads, (which is ok) but I can't open any of my clothes or outfits without a popup saying I need to subscribe. That wasn't the deal when I signed up. I don't use the AI or purchase clothing through this app - it is simply a way to create outfit ideas, and I don't feel strongly enough to pay for it. Best to steer clear of this one.
EDIT: I used to love this app so much. Used it every day, logging my outfits and watching my wear stats. Then the devs moved to a subscription model (with frankly outrageous prices), and if you have the free version and have over 100 items (which is a very low threshold), EVERYTHING is locked behind ads. In order to get the data and pics that I ALREADY UPLOADED to migrate apps, I have to watch a 20-sec ad with every single click. This was the best app. Now it's worthless. Don't waste your time!
