As a land manager for several properties in northern NH, I find it very useful for understanding the land ownership, size and context for where I work. I would have provided 5 stars except, since it is based on property tax assessment data from each NH town, it is only as good as the quality and accuracy of that data which, in some instances, can be unreliable. I admit, the latter is not really the fault of Acres app.
It's good when it works. More times than not, it's NOT working. When clicking on explore or insights, no additional information comes up. When it did show more information, it worked well, but it's rare that the information shows up. I hope you get it working right. FOLLOW UP: Since then, they started charging money for this. Wasn't worth free, since the update, it's A TERRIBLE app.
It was a great app for free. The amount they want per month now for basic information is out of line. I understand they can't improve on the app for free but $10/month is a pretty steep jump from $0/month. Maybe half that or some ads would be acceptable. I don't think many people are going to shell out that kind of money for something they can find elsewhere.
It was free when I downloaded it. Now I go to use it and the same information is being held ransom. So, I start the 7 day trail. Only now, I can't even log in. Not even a support option. Day 1 of 7 down the drain. Bottom line, apart from it just not working, your whole bait and switch tactic is shady and underhanded. The least you could do is make sure the thing works before you demand a ransom on what you offered for free. You clearly can't be trusted so I'll be cancelling and uninstalling.
Had it for a while. When I originally downloaded it as a free app there were things available that now have been switched to pay only access. I really don't see anything "upgraded" but downgraded and a pricetag attached. That's just like buying a car and a week later they take out the air conditioning and charge you more to put it back in.
I found this app by accident, and downloaded it. All of the features worked. Now 2 months later the same features I was using it is now prompting me to subscribe and pay. I hate when apps do this, and its happening more and more. I would have rather never been able to use it in the first place, never have been exposed to it at all. Luring users in by having the app for free, and then changing to a paid subscription later, is so scummy.
I can't really justify getting the paid version but I'm really trying hard to find a way to do so. I really like this app just don't use it enough to justify the subscription even though it's not very expensive. It's got an easy to use interface and shows detailed property boundaries which I use for hunting. I prefer this app over the x hunt app. I just don't use it for anything else so gonna have to pass on paying for it.
This app is entirely USELESS! I have spent hours of my time trying to get my property lines that I need for court and even though im still in my free trial period it won't let me do ANYTHING! I can pull up info on every property around mine but it won't let me do anything when I type in my location and address....my thing is JUST TELL ME THAT BEFORE I sign up for a free trial & waste all this unnecessary time! What the description says & what your actually able to do r 2 totally different things
The free version of this app used to be good. Now its trash and I'm not paying $10 a month or $80 a year for information that is freely available else where.

Zaccidental Zaccidentally
no such thing as free if you require cc info for a unfree trial. no guff about how if I cancel I'm not charged. that's to get all busy and forgetful people who foolishly do this are a guaranteed 1 mo subscription even if they don't like or want the app put ads in to supplement your greeds income
a friend told me about an app that had just the information I needed at the time when I started a New job. so I went ahead and started a Monthly Subscription. Unfortunately " ACRES - Decided to go stealth for the rest of the year on Google play. There is Nothing more Irritating when a Professional makes an agreement and the Sub-Contractor takes the money and RUNS. The Prospecting Treasure Hunter WILL Prevail. Words of Honor is what makes a Man !
A little difficult to navigate. But gives lots of information. Found what I needed without the hassle of going to my Township office which never gets me anywhere. Great app
I like the accuracy on the lots. Also the world view but then can zoom in to the state, street, county. The application moves around the globe 🌎.
Completely Unusable. Trying to sign up, be it with Google account, or email, does not work. The loading icon spins, but the app never actually proceeds.
App price is very high; perhaps if they had a lower or downgraded package for your designated state itd be worth it but not if im only using it 4 days out of a month. Aside from that one can do just about anything within the app.
Great tool to add to your investigative toolbox. This app combines several actions that were only available separately before. It makes research easy, and finding information has never been more convenient.
very very very limited if you don't pay for the upgrade. VERY LIMITED
Very interesting to see all the different aspects of the places I hike. I might be in the market to buy a house soon. I would pay the premium to use this as a tool to know everything about the prospective homes I will be looking at. things like flood zones and land use. It can all be found here. This could be an invaluable tool for investigating properties!
Easy to use and very helpful in finding my property in Borrego Springs area. Thanks for a great App.
You get nothing more than Google Earth without a paid account. I implore and encourage prospective customers of this app to simply learn how to use the already-available, FREE tools, provided by state and county governments, for the same results as offered by this greedy-grab app. The very same services offered to you for free, are exactly where this app gets its data. Ask me how I know....
