Will Not Connect and No Customer Support. I have had this app for a couple years and it worked great. With the last update, I can no longer access anything. I keep getting an error message stating "no internet connection". I've tried to get on while connected to wifi and get the same error. I sent an email to the listed email and get a return message saying the address isn't found. If I can't get in to the app for what I need it for then there's no reason to keep it.

Android Note 10. It's clunky to use. Poor design. Who's dumb idea was it to put the profile link in the same location as the sign-out link when you are toggling between different profiles? I don't know how many times I accidentally signed out while trying to switch -- so annoying. And it doesn't always save the info for the other profiles. Only the first one says it was submitted. Only using this app because I have to. Also, the app is stuck at 88% for the update.

Used to be very useful. They just updated it and now all I get us steroid messages. Even in the past it was a bit annoying. I'd save a schedule, come back to check on the next week's schedule, and what I saved was gone. No biggie just reenter the same stuff. It was also set up a bit strange, but once you learned how to find what you wanted no problem. But now it doesn't work at all.

When the app updated, it logged me out but said that I was logged in. Logging back in after this happened was an absolute mess: The fact that there are two places to log in (one through the school option and one through Rst itself) isn't a huge problem, but the fact that they are separated is misleading, the app kept bringing me to the email verification page every time I tried to log in even though I had already signed up with that email. Update: The UI is even more annoying to navigate now.

This app is horrible for the parents. I'm a computer tech so I'm not just someone that isn't familiar with computers, apps and coding. App doesn't recognize students account profiles at random, just blank. Gives null, null notice at random. Doesn't log in and verify parents at random. All which are solved by uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I run the latest phone with latest firmware, its not my phone. So sorry to all that have to use this undeveloped app.

Terrible App. I agree it's clunky and navigation is not user friendly at all. You would think it would be helpful to be able to get to the same page via two or three different ways - but it just confuses things. I have my first try-outs today and can't even access my roster (on Android).

Garbage app. Schedule works. But that's it. Signed up for live games, went to watch the first game and got a message saying technical difficulties so the event won't be streamed. Horrible service. Will be asking for a refund or charge back from my card if they fail to refund me.

It gives me the same "no network connection" notification that others are seeing. full mobile data and wifi. tried toggling between the two, restarting phone, reinstalling app, etc. Nothing works. it was fine until the last update in July. no response from support either.

Barely functional. Saving a schedule is only shown when you look at one and hit the "close" button, not an obvious way to do it. Also loads you back into the first day of the season rather than putting you at today. No subscriptions to activities so you can get notifications. If it wasn't the only way to get info for my son's school I wouldn't use it.

Crashes consistently and poor functionality - easily the worst app I've ever been forced to use. I HAVE to use the app as a coach and it is awful. Constant crashes, features that do not work (ie nothing happens) or do not work correctly. Unable to export data in a useful format for team mom. Having to use this app makes my job much harder than it was before - I cannot believe the app designers actually worked with end users in the creation of this mess. Simply terrible.

This is extremely useful and we love the ability to know about other games as well as our kid's games. The only area that needs work in my opinion is that the schedule always starts at the beginning. There should be at least an option to start at today's date. Too much unnecessary scrolling. Could even highlight closest game to the date.

I've used this app over the past several years. It was super, but it did the trick. They did an update and now I can't use it at all. I am trying to choose my school and it keeps telling me that I'm not connected to wi-fi. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and I still can't make any selections, other than state. Very frustrating!!

I would give a 0 if I could. Constantly crashes and says no network connection. Every other app on my phone works perfectly when it tells me that. Ever since the last update this app stinks. Please fix the bug so I can see new info since I'm forced to use this app.

I wish I could choose a sport and it would stay filtered that way. It's annoying to have to do it repeatedly. Also it would be nice if it opened to the current date rather than having to scroll through all the past dates. I know I can choose a date, but it's tedious if I want to see more than one.

Had my teams and schedule all set up and was just fine, but after update I've lost what I had, instead I now have a team I coached last year. And to top it off, can't find my team now. Great update.

I really enjoy this app. It has saved me alot of time and ect. Because without it I would never be able to keep up with my teenagers and all of their activities because information doesn't always flow well but at least I can empower myself and your other parents and even my students to be able to be on top of what's happening. Thank you for making this app possible. Its a great tool for parents and others who like to support their young people in school athletics and other activities.

Never installed and yet it was somehow on my phone and than today I get a call from the bank about possible fraud (it was) not sure if the was the App that stole my card number but it is the only new thing on my phone. How it got there is a mystery noone in my home plays sports or pays attention to them so suspicious for sure.

Terrible app. Other than the fact that it gives you what is already on the web site, the filters for athletics doesn't work, you can't integrate it with your own calendar and you can't filter based on the type of sport.

Unable to use it on Android. I have tried several phones and always get no Internet connection even though I am able to access the internet. It doesn't matter if using WiFi or cellular. I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find online.

Most of the time this app works great. But on some certain schedules you're unable to upload them to your calendar on your mobile phone. Not sure why this is happening all of a sudden with an Android phone
