Dear aha, there is no doubt that we love your content. But that's not enough to succeed. You need to have better tools, techniques and technologies to deliver the content. This app doesn't stand anywhere near to other apps. Pretty flawed ,for ex: no support for mobile numbers with less than 10 digits, sometimes you don't even see the region isd code to enter the number, there is no option to delete the account by user, no gdpr consent when accessing from Europe. Awaiting for better version.

I paid for one year. The video got stuck in between and went to the blank page. I wasn't able to see the movies and series. I clear app cache and data as well, but no luck. I just paid 4 days ago, continuously getting this issue.

after this latest update there is always mix of telugu and tamil content. Even after I have set my preference to tamil, It still shows all the content. You are advertising 100% telugu or tamil but this is not working after this forced update. Always showing high traffic for support. Are anyone there to support this issue. Hey where is my watch history man all are cleared? Disgusting. I have paid for the subscription right but why you cleared all history and showing both language content

I am extremely disappointed with the streaming experience on your platform while watching a movie in TV it repeatedly gets stuck on loading and then stops with a blank screen.this makes it impossible to watch a movie continuously and completely ruins the viewing experience irequest you to look into this issue urgently Replied to mail also they not responding to me minimum courtesy they are cheating to us don't install this app.

TV app is not playing continiously. stopping for 2times a minute. app is upto date. internet is fine. other ott apps are working good, playing without interuptions.

Aha has been one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve used. The app frequently gets stuck and sometimes doesn’t open at all. This seriously affects the user experience. I strongly recommend reviewing the technical performance and investing in better engineering support to improve stability and reliability.

BIG SCAM😡😡😡😡😡😡 i don't like to give one star to aha , because there is a BIG SCAM going in AHA through auto renewal process they take our account details and charge the amount, while providing offers and we blindly accept the offers and our ACCOUNT details will be with them and all though I cancelled my subscription on aha , they have charged amount, i have contacted aha and they are saying once you take the offer even though you cancelled the subscription we will charge the amount.

Very bad application, I stay in different region it showed me payment option in INR once I made the payment, and try accessing it ,they are saying its not available in my region. The app is so bad that they let you do the payment and once your subscribe the money is gone and the customer care people keep saying FAQ bla bla. Just a scam for making money from people

The yearly subscription costs ₹300. If you wish to cancel the subscription, you will need to pay ₹400 for the NACH mandate, and you will also be required to watch ads. Each year, three movies and three B-grade films will be uploaded. It's better to use MX Player or Amazon Prime Video, as they offer everything at very reasonable prices.

instead of writing more than 2 emails to aha team there was no reply and I have taken the subscription of 199 and the movie supposed to play has not been playing and it's buffering and after waiting for 20 mins it's getting black screen and movie never started . I uninstalled and reinstalled the app same issues has been seen . atleast after seeing this review u guys reply .very worst app.

First of all the content is frivolous nothing to entertain. App goes blank at most crucial times Fed up with their poor quality of content. so finally decided to cancel my subscription. sent email not to renew my subscription and got an email saying my subscription is cancelled. but the very next day my account is debited for Rs.999 towards renewal. then I tried to send email asking refund. my emails got bounced. when I called their customer care, money will not be refunded is the response

I am extremely disappointed with the streaming experience on your platform. While watching a movie, it repeatedly gets stuck on loading and then stops with a blank screen. Each time this happens, I am forced to exit the app and restart the movie from the beginning. This makes it impossible to watch a movie continuously and completely ruins the viewing experience. For an OTT platform, this level of performance is unacceptable and very frustrating. I request you to look into this issue urgently
