Update on review... Sept 25 unable to login. I'm unable to enter code to verify. I tried a couple of times , plus uninstalled and reinstalled . still I am unable to login. Overall I like the app. Very convenient. But there's a glitch with notifications. Notifications of expiry pop up long after the date, and I can't stop them without deleting the app and re-downloading.

It was a decent app, until it wasn't. It unexpectedly cleared my credit card info and no cards can be added back. Every time it says the card info is incorrect, but that is simply not true. If it decides it is correct, it will still come up with an error code. I've given up for now, but I am hoping it will be fixed because the one significant advantage of the app is the ability to end your session and get a refund, as well the ability to extend your session anywhere in AHS buildings.

It would be nice if ALL AHS/APL locations were available to pay via this method instead of having to use Honkmobile, pay terminals or other methods. Currently, this is used in very, very few places. This could be a 5 star app if all sites were available, searchable by name, parking ID# and/or phone GPS location (but still optional GPS use). I look forward to a system-wide rollout.

It's nice to pay for parking from an app instead of using the machine, and so far, it seems to work (I haven't got any tickets, at least). Registering the vehicle and payment card was a bit clunky, but it's once and done, so that's okay. On the negative side, it notifies me every day for WEEKS after parking that my session is expired, which is rather annoying.

I couldn't get a credit card in. It's not connected to Google pay. I think it was missing my name. I put that in, but still not accepting my card at all. It doesn't know about my existing session I paid through the machine, so I can only extend time by leaving the appointment. It won't let you paste the security code from your text.

Credit card screen closes if you switch screens, so you can't get your info from your phone. Entire app closed when I changed screen size to do split screen. If you don't pay soon enough you get a "quote expired" in literal minutes, but there's no way to get a new quote. Instead of their system just.... Getting a new quote you just error out. Obviously designed by specifications rather than people actually using the app and zero focus on user friendliness. People are forced to use it so...

The app wants you to directly enter payment information. There's no integration with any external payment processors like Google Pay or Paypal. Having to enter payment card information directly into apps is rather inconvenient. I also didn't see any way to extend the time on my current payment I made with the physical machine at the parking lot, I have to start a new payment.

It initially worked great. Paid with Visa debt, since machines wouldn't accept But as I came for surgery and had to stay a little longer then 24 hours, it will not let you extend time. So your only options are to overlap your time, or hope you're fast enough making a new ticket. Bit inconvenient for an app, just saying.

App works great for payment and relieves the hassle of having to run to the meter machine. Especially since most no longer take change or debit. Low star is. Excuse of a nee glitch / bug in the app. Since September it has been notifying me of a session expiring even though it expired over 4 weeks ago. I've unissued/reinstalled. Signed out of account and as soon as I sign back in it starts the expired notification again. Anyways I hope it gets fixed

Absolute fail. The app kept crashing on my phone. I then installed it on my wife's phone where it started fine, but then it wouldn't accept any of the credit cards. I tried 3 and the app rejected all of them (yes, they were all valid and working). After about 30 minutes of trying diffent things and cards, I gave up and paid with a machine where my cc worked on the first try.

Using the app is easy and very helpful. Especially in cold weather. The App doesn't seem to give me notifications, unless I open the app. Having a setting for notifications would be great, as well as a time setting. Being in a hospital, it's not always easy to remember when the session expires.

Would be a great and convenient app if I could actually pay my parking. It has not accepted my card information with any of my cards, so it completely defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place.

Pretty good. Can't update phone number in profile - field is blocked. I'm in an active session. No one to call for help, tried the in-app chat, but no answer. Gave up at 25 minutes. Took screenshots of history, uninstalled, thinking data would be stored on a server somewhere or attached to the device. Reinstalled with new phone number and all my history and current session is gone. No clue if I'll get notice of expired time. Can someone else extend it? Wish the app defaulted to own country.

I cant get on the app to pay my parking. I can't enter anything and ot kicks me out. thank you I needed a ticket today. not happy your system sucks for us poor people who don't have the credit cards coming out our asses. I have an appt for my son and now im worried about a ticket. YOUR SYSTEM SUCKS! I tried 6 x and I still cant pay for my parking. real ideal. 😡😡😡😡

I have been using this app for four years now and it has been very handy. it's easy to use the only thing is I removed an old license plate and it is literally stuck as a quick park vehicle which I cannot remove or replace with a new plate. very discouraging at this point tried to trouble shoot but there is nothing I found that deals with this.

You have to keep starting new sessions to add more time after so long, so you can end up spending more than the 26$ maximum for 1 day. It's better to pay the max and check out when done so you don't have to deal with that or just pay in the machines instead of the app

Previous review was a user error on my part. The app now takes CC and saves it as needed. Make sure that you are on a good connection when adding a CC. If you get multiple notifications, you can force close the app to prevent further notifications.

This app makes my visits to AHS worse! Despite having to wait for the doctor (not app's fault), I was never able to use the app to start o add more time to a parking session. I tried to add several different credit cards, different banks. None works. It says "invalid credit card" even all data is good.

This app has never worked. Try to setup payment (it doesn't work off Google pay either) and it tells you the credit card is invalid. All the info was correctly typed, and triple checked. Go in and use the exact same credit card on the machine and it works fine. (Google Pixel Pro 8 - fully up to date.)

This app makes it so much easier to pay for parking. Just add your vehicle, payment method and that's it. Every time you have to pay it's just a few clicks and that's it and you can always add more time (if your session hasn't expired yet). No need to look for a working parking payment machine. Very handy, especially when you're in a hurry.
