It was ok at first, but it wouldn't connect to manifold after the 2nd week of use. Fix your app or I will go to another company. ( Update ) I started the firmware up yesterday and it lost signal. Now it doesn't work with the remote that came with it. I'm a transport driver and carry various weight cargo. This isn't good for me. I've had the airlift system installed about a year now and it hasn't worked most of the time.Very upsetting to spend the money I did for something that doesn't work.

When it works it is great, which after a year is never. . When it doesn't, then you're a sitting duck. You're better off with a hard wired system. After 1 year id say it isn't worth the trouble. Update after trying everything from rebooting phone, disconnecting power to air lift, and reinstalling the app. Every time it fails to connect I have to go into bluetooth on my s23 and unpair to try again. This way it sometimes connects and works properly.

When I first bought this system the app and remote would connect pretty quickly. First update made the app not connect easily. Second update made the remote not connect almost at all. System was also supposed to have a motion sensor to top up the air when the vehicle started moving and this never worked. Was told by their support that some serial numbers of their system missed getting the motion sensor installed. Got tired of messing around, ripped it out and put in a Firestone. Works first try.

App loses connection constantly. (Reconnecting, bonding, can't connect errors) It keeps defaulting to Air Lift 1000. I have rebooted the app and phone several times. Same issues. Unit is brand new. I have the Load Lift 5000. The provided remote is connected and works. The phone app doesn't. Useless. No way to contact customer support.

Needs more R&D. WHEN the app sees the manifold, it will control the suspension pressures and allow you to change the settings. The app continues to not respond or closes while trying to use it or pair with the remote or manifold. Also, there is no update firmware option, and it won't allow you to update the display on the remote. Its possible there are no current updates. With a little more work, this could be a really useful tool since most people have their phone accessible, not the remote.

App is trash. I should of read the reviews before i bought the $800.00 compressor. It appears in the reviews that people have been complaining for a couple years now about the app but nothing seems to be getting done about it. AIRLIFT!! Dont put a big picture of the app on the box and your website and continue to promote it if you dont plan on putting the effort into actually making it work. Your not the only game in town. App wont connect to the manifold. Not even once!!!

The air lift support and products are top knotch. The only reason I give it a 4 star is when using the app there is nothing telling you the actual pressure per bag. I know it auto fills to the setting. The thinking of the designer isn't wrong, but no actual readout of current pressure isn't practical. If you have a bag that constantly leaks down slow, knowing the reading before refill would be nice.

I installed the latest version of the app 2.2.1 (11/12/24), and like so many others, the app wouldn't connect to my Wireless Air compressor. I sent AirLift a message through their website and never got a response. I tried restarting my Galaxy S21+ and was able to get connected to the compressor and install a firmware update that was hiding in the app. If I don't have any further issues connecting the app and compressor, I'll come back and update this review.

I strongly regret buying the system. Nothing but problems, from the app not working almost every use & needing to delete the app, unpair Bluetooth. Re-download, pair & re'sync. It is an absolute nightmare. By far one of the worst apps I have ever used. And with the compressor failing in less than 6 months (it was covered under warranty). I would have to say this would be my biggest waste of money in a while. Buy Firestone, or any other brand for that matter. This system is absolute junk.

when using app I have to shut phone off and restart sometimes to get it to connect. as well as when traveling with load and using Google maps if I switch between maps and app it has to reconnect and it won't most of time. won't stay connected. everytime I have a load nearly I have to pull fuse and re find the device to get it to work and restart my phone it's the only way main thing I wish they would fix is switching apps without closing them out shouldn't disconnect bluetooth

Bought the system from an installer. They said with the microchip shortage everyone is having, the system uses this app. Whatever; Bluetooth is dirt simple nowadays and shouldn't be a problem. Found the app and the bad reviews after purchasing, but since some people got it to work after updates, I thought it'll be fine. It's not. Dealer called today and said airlift will be charging $184ish for a remote now that they're starting to make them. Extortion for remote and bad product design.

Should have looked at the app prior to purchase. I would have gone a different route. Phone connected 4 times to the manifold and then will not connect again just shows the manifold # and then fails to connect. Tried the unplug manifold trick. Nothing. Tried to delete app restart phone and downloaded it again. Nothing. Had to drive 250 miles at night with a trailer and no air in bags, was highbeamed by every driver on the road all the way home. Air lift should be ashamed. Waste of money!

Had system (73000ez) installed professionally by an airlift authorized installer it worked for about 10 minutes. Now it will not connect to the app. The app can see the device it just won't pair. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (followed guide and pulled the fuse) nothing is working. I just spent nearly $2000 tonight and I am very quickly regretting my purchase. Fix this app please as it's the only way to use my new compressor and airnbags this is like a bad joke.

manifold was replaced under warranty for another issue, new manifold fixed other issue, and now as a bonus, reliably connects through app, too. Old manifold was successfully upgraded to latest firmware before it was replaced, but still failed to reliably connect. Leads me to believe intermittent connecitivity issue may have been hardware related.. either way, all works as its supposed to now.

Connects immediately- Read the reviews after I bought it so I was concerned. I bought the 73000ez. No problem connecting at all, very easy. Not sure why so many people had or have issues, maybe older models? Everytime I introduce power to the unit it automatically connects right away and pump responds immediately. I will update if anything changes.

The new firmware works better. If you have an Android and the app stops working for you unpair your Bluetooth connection with the manifold and then take the fuse out for 10 seconds to repair the phone. Load the new firmware and you should be good. Would be great to see this app appear in Android Auto so you can adjust from the screen on your truck.

At first it was pretty hard to connect to manifold but I kept turning my Bluetooth on and off and also I uninstalled the fuse a few times to get it in pairing mode. I finally connected it and it works great...I also unpaired other Bluetooth devices so this would be the only one it senses....no problems on my end..it works fine now

If i could give zero stars i would. The app can see my wireless air compressor but it will never connect. It just gets hung up on connecting then app crashes and force closes. What type of magic do I need to get this to function? Over 70 years in business and your apps are horrible.

This is horrible! I can't connect to my compressor 90% of the time. I have to uninstall, re-install and unplug power to put it in pairing mode and if I'm lucky it'll connect the first time. Half the time I'm pulling my trailer with 10# in the bags because I can't connect.

poor quality rating. this app will not connect with the manifold. Pulled fuse 5 times to force manifold into pairing mode and app will never connect. remote connects, but doesn't remain connected when using the remote to set the manifold up for pairing with app. Airlift- for the price of the manifold system, you should do better than this.
