95% of the time the "scan receipt" portion of the app doesn't work and you have to do an inquiry, which also doesn't consistently work. What's the point of having it when it never works? Also, some of the stores I go to just use a store number and not an address so it tells me that the receipt is no good. It's almost more trouble than it's worth

App not wrkg. Scan issues - msg comes up & reads "Oops, something went wrong. Try again later." It's been a wk. I tried to email you at the email address you provided here, but it was sent back because my "name is not on the email list". I clicked the link to your website here & it took me back to the app. No way to get a hold of you. I had to make an unrelated receipt inquiry via the app. Edit: Thx for getting back & quickly. Actually a good app, thot the 1 ⭐ would help get a response is all.

It's unbelievable how this app decides not to give you miles for qualifying items on submitted receipts. E.g. you submit an inquiry for not getting Air Miles for the eggs on your receipt, later on you get the response that the receipt has no qualifying item on it and becomes a "case closed". I sent them emails 3 months ago, tried to contact them on the phone twice just to be disconnected after 2 h, used the chat with an agent and was also disconnected. There's no way to get in touch with them.

THIS APP IS INFURIATING & COMPLETELY USELESS AFTER UPDATE & gets worse with every update, opt in to get an offer while ur already signed in the app, it redirects you to a website to put in your username & password & then tells you it's wrong. If I'm already signed-in in the app it makes no sense to redirect, extra steps NOT NECESSARY. Tried to scan a receipt & then a permission pop-up to access the files & storage on my phone?? I can't upload a picture from there so why do you need access?😡😤

This app works well and is accurate with all the information. It is also very clean-looking, and easy to use. Only given 4 stars because for some odd reason, upon updating to its latest version, my screen widget disappeared, and is not listed anywhere on my phone (S23U). Has this discontinued? I hope not because it was a very useful widget for me.

Update, it seems to be fixed. Thank you. The app stopped showing "All offers" all of a sudden. If it click on the all offer link, it only brings up 3 or 4, not the 190 it says are there. This seemed to just start. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it, same problem. Very frustrating. Air Miles should find a new subcontractor to rewrite the app.

I'm happy I can get miles from grocery receipts but it's annoying that you have too enable notifications for receipt scanning to work properly. I absolutely hate that the only support options are a chat bot or telephone. I'm hard of hearing and hate making phone calls. Accessibility score 0

I used to be able to redeem in the app wherever I was. Now it keeps sending me to the website, makes me log in a few times and overall takes the joy of redeeming away. If I have to log into the website, what bother having the app? bring back the ability to redeem within the app please!!!!

since the latest 'update' nothing but errors and missing info. an "oops something went wrong....try later" message is unacceptable when this is going on for days. a once mediocre app that just about served it's purpose is at the moment just a bad, bug ridden app with no purpose! edit. problems appear to be 'fixed'...at least for the moment 9/01/26

Recent update of the app has made it almost unusable. When submitting a receipt the submit button is under the back and home buttons. Additionally I never get the points that are offered despite verifying that the store and items are in the offer. When I submit an inquiry I only get the points occasionally. Don't waste your time buying items for points when you don't get the points!

I forgot my password, now no matter what I can not log back in despite following the reset instructions. Calling them means waiting for 4 hours still can't get them, virtually impossible. The app is garbage, Customer service is unreachable. I threw away my physical card, as I thought the app would be sufficient, but now I am stuck. Since I can't get hold of Customer service hence I cannot even order a replacement card.

I've dropped my review even further to 1 star now that it takes 48 hours for Evouchers. It never took this long in the past and makes using them for store fronts more difficult. Good for checking account, horrible for using rewards. Trying to get an evoucher is a nightmare and didn't even work. App becomes pointless if I need to use the website.

Is it just me or does this app need major updates? Every time I open this app it kicks to the web and makes me sign in at least twice because it won't accept my password. Then it seems to stay on the website instead of the app. Am I doing something wrong?

Ever since the update, whenever I try to launch the app it says I'm offline when I'm clearly not ... I have reinstalled multiple times ...

The worst app. never works. can get to rhe last step of redeeming and it just says security concern. Air Miles in general has been garbage lately.

I scanned receipt for eggs and pizza which was on the qualifying list. they didn't give me points on pizza because they didn't recognize the brand despite submitting an inquiry. Eggs got denied because despite having 2 separate receipts with unique codes indicating its unique, they thought it was a duplicate receipt because it had the same time on it.

Just contacted airmiles and they have no solution. I'm done, I'll use scene rewards and journey from now on.... Since March 2025 this app keeps telling me I'm login credentials I'm signing in with don't match their records. Odd that is works on my laptop online. Nice that no one from airmiles has commented on her to help me.

There's a bug now on Android. After scanning a receipt, the submit button shows very low in the screen and the phone cancel button goes on top of it. when I try to submit the receipt, it exists the app instead of submitting the receipt.

Ever since they forced us to change our logins, they haven't worked for me. I tried changing my password and the website STILL didn't recognize it. My only option to rectify this is phone service, which - given the wait times - is a not-so-subtle way to tell us they don't give a damn about customer service. We need other options, including proper access to services in-app.
