Terrible app. Very difficult to use (on newest Samsung). Could not access boarding pass after numerous attempts. The screen would show step 4 for boarding pass for a split second then go "exit check in". Every time you try to go back, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. Also doesn't remember your infomation so you have to input it every time. Tried at least 50 times in a 24hour period. So much for avoiding the line up at the airport.

Downloaded the app for my flight which is less than 24 hrs away, but there is no option to check in for my flight. Had to use the website instead. Friend on the same flight had the same problem. What's the point of the app if I can't check in for my flight?

The app is pretty standard but not very intuitive. Alerts only come in at 7am any day of the week or weekend. Clicking on the alert only opens the app, then you have to go searching for something new in the app. Pretty simple fix but annoying to go through

Frustrating to use! Did NOT work for our check-in. We tried to check in for our flight and the app got stuck on a page that tried to sell us upgrades for seats or class of service. I mean STUCK. NO ability to continue. We then tried the app on my wife's phone - same problem. The only way we were able to check in was on the Air Transat website. It took so long by then, the seats we wanted were gone. An awful, stressful experience.

I would give this stupid fu king app less than a star if I could. It is not user friendly and errors out multiple times during early check in, I have tried to do it over 20 times and the errors are continuous.

so far this app is super helpful for tracking our flight and providing any info regarding tbe trip, baggage, seats, meals , etc. Apparently I can check in with the app when the time comes, hoping that is really quick and easy too.

Unable to load my boarding pass in the app (but my partner could load theirs), although I can have it texted and emailed. Since that's a primary reason for the app, feels kinda useless then if it can't even load a boarding pass.

I used Air Transat in the past (2023), but the app is not helping me do basic things such as add the flight and train info for my registered trip into my Google Calendar. Even the confirmation email about my trip doesn't have links to set that up (this is pretty standard stuff, so I can only imagine this wasn't added on purpose, maybe to keep me in the app?). However, the app has lots of promotions to get me to upgrade to a more expensive ticket or other things I don't want. Super frustrating!

App looks great but... a couple of things not working and/or user friendly. Tried filling out the CBSA Declaration but just get a blank lower half screen popup - had to do via browser instead. Once you've checked in the Display Boarding Pass Option says available but hangs and you don't get it - I used SMS instead. If you go back to the booking it still prompts you to login and you have to go through the first couple of steps to get back to the boarding pass page. Not a great experience so far.

We tried to get our boarding passes from two phones. Got a confirmation by email but couldn't dl the boarding pass. We got a generic error message. Had to redo the process using the "desktop version" of the webpage in the browser and it worked (didn't have to upload anything for it to work). Same bug again on the way back. We also got a notification to reserve our seat, something we couldn't do by following the in-app instructions. My experience w/ AT would have been better without this app.

The Panama Customs form demands a picture, but this app doesn't allow my camera to activate. I can't use it to fill out forms on-line. Very frustrating!

New Zealand doesn't exist as a passport issuing country in the visa requirements section. It's an Air Transat App, not someone else's, passing the blame is a cop-out.

App keeps asking for name, and confirmation number when I go to pre-order meal. If I put it in to "add my trip," why do I constantly have to reenter it. It added my trip, had all the info. Then I went to pre-order my meal, and it continued to tell me, "Booking cannot be found." I question using this app, so now feel I have to print everything, even my boarding pass. Frustrating!

Horrible app. Paid for checked bags. An Error was shown, not allowing me to purchase it. However my credit card was still charged. So I'm out $100 for a checked bag that apparently does not exist. Only way to resolve is to pay additional roaming charges while on vacation, to call long distance and be put on hold for an hour. Don't bother paying for extra options on this app.

Doesn't give you boarding passes, i.e. it's only purpose. Edit: Validation at airport should be specified in app. App glitches and says there's an error when trying to view it. If validation at airport is required at airport, that means there is another line to stand in before security, and due to the increase of travellers time is very valuable. Arriving at the airport early doesn't help because the desk agents don't open until 3 hrs before departure. AC app gives you boarding pass.

The app doesn't display the correct information about the terminal from which the plane will depart! I had to travel 4km extra because of this. In the middle of the flight this app requires access to internet to be able to download a DRM plug-in required to watch the movies, series, etc the plane offers. I couldn't see anything! The app plane route was also wrong, displaying another flight that had a different departure and arriving airports.

App for Android doesn't tell you information about your airport-resort transportation, but the Apple version does... very frustrating. Android users are left in the dark.

The app is useless since you cannot use it for the most basic service of flight modification / cancellation. You have to call their call center and wait minimum 3 hours (and if you are on long distance call you will most likely end up in more than 100$ charges) Briefly , don't use this airline if you need to manage your ticket as you would do with other airlines . The customer support is helpless and cold blooded (if you ever make it through the long call)

1. When checking in online, in the confirmation number field a number is not accepted. I tried the booking number which consists of capital letters and it worked. 2. There is a box that has to be checked in order to continue. By the box we are given information about travelling with a non-canadian passport. It is better not to have to check that box. Rather have a question about the type of passport we use and us to choose: canadian or non-canadian passport, and then continue.

Great app, with everything easy to find. However, I don't like that the pop-up notifications immediately disappear, and don't seem to stay flagged anywhere in the app for re-review. There should be a notifications , or important messages tab.I missed a couple, and had no way to see what they were Update: responding to developer, once the messages have been previewed , they disappear, and De no longer visible @ the bell. It would be helpful to keep notifications there, and highlight once read
