Tried to subscribe for a monthly package of 279/- from the payment page. The money got deducted on gpay and the activation never happened. It's been more than 24hrs. absolutely no support from the AI chat customer care, it's just asking repetitive questions and checking if I am frustrated enough to let this go and moveon. They dont have any human support system no customer care number. Literally got spammed by the India's largest network 💔 this is not about money. It's the standard of service
worst app. it plays ads more than the content that we are watching. while on Move if the network gets solved it plays ads. for ads there is no network problem like buffering. Sometimes in between it automatically shifts the episodes after the ad. Even though aitel has given so many OTTs free with it's Xtreme box but it's a waste until this ads problem is taken care. in half an hour time my journey I have to watch more than 15 mins ads, after ads network problem, then auto shift of episodes
Paid ₹149 to see what's latest in the world of ads. I was disappointed to say the least. There are just 6 consecutive ads coming up once every 5 mins. So, I could just see 30 ads in 30 mins. Idk why some content is included in those 30 mins. I am not sure why they don't mention this when buying the subscription. I got free money to give out. Give me all the ads all the time.
The app is good but major issue is: While watching content on Airtel Xstream, the next video automatically pops up as soon as the title card starts, and there is no option to go back to the previous screen. This is inconvenient and disrupts the viewing experience. Please provide an option to disable auto-play or allow returning to the previous screen.This is really-really frustrating. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
Overall very good for watching eweb series and movies. There is a little bit of a problem, whenever I added a movie or series into watchlist some movie or series the next day I can't see it. it somehow removes and I can't find my movies or series that I added into the watchlist. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
I had a very bad experience, when I have subscribed to Airtel Xtream then why should I subscribe to other OTT platforms.They show so many advertisements that it seems you've come to this platform to watch advertisements, not shows. Airtel is truly a crapshoot. Don't download it.
Airtel Xstream Play works well overall. Streaming is stable and the subscription feels almost free with prepaid recharge plans, which is a big plus. However, while watching movies from integrated OTTs like Lionsgate Play, a fixed on-screen element keeps showing during playback. This is distracting and ruins immersion. Worse, static elements can cause AMOLED screen burn-in. The app should auto-hide or remove such overlays during playback. Even the paused, resume, going back sometime don't show
My experience with the Airtel Xstream app has been really good. The app is smooth, easy to use, and works perfectly without lag or crashes. The best part is that when I recharge with ₹449, I get access to multiple OTT platforms for free, which is an amazing bonus. Netflix, JioHotstar, and Zee5 are not included, but that’s not an issue for me because I already get those subscriptions for free with my WiFi plan. So overall, Airtel Xstream gives me more than enough entertainment without paying
After buying premium i thought they would have hotstar integrated into the app and i was ready to cancel the subscription if it is not cause the hotstar app is filled with too much ads. but the subscription turned out to be ad free in the hotstar app also. so it is worth keeping. i haven't tried netflix yet but i hope it will also be ad free. if it is the case, then i think i will keep subscription going for a long time...
even on recharge of 3599 ₹they don't give any facilities to call banks an important number, in case of fraud you suffer for being an airtel customer. subscription plan for extreme play, we get what the general downloader gets to watch free content. Airtel always gives fake giving information. Adobe premium also has 260 credits and it's not completely free for use. but information always misguided and misrepresented. 5G doesn't work in any city, if your daily GB over then you can't use 5G.
This app is good but the series which contains ads play the ad almost 10 times while switching to the next episode!! This is soo frustrating. i don't have a problem with the ads but the same ads are playing multiple times,the ads get stuck in between and start playing from start and the next episode is not coming.
worst app. worst customer service. I'm trying to get a monthly ott subscription via credit card, but credit card payment option is missing and customer care aren't responded on the app help section as well!
Worst experience. I recharged for ₹279, which includes Netflix. I tried logging into Netflix from the moment I recharged. Even after almost the next recharge date arrived, I still have no access to Netflix. When I try to claim it in the Airtel Xstream app, it shows an error. Airtel Xtreme I have also recharged your customer service where I got response from chatbot or whatever with all automatic response. poor customer service. Scammers!
After taking subscription here, you will have to take a separate subscription to watch without ads. On Airtel Xtream app, you get to watch only advertisements. Whatever movies or web series you watch, you will have to watch more advertisements and if you do not want to watch advertisements, then you will have to take a separate subscription for it, which means you will have to pay twice or thrice. Great 👍. One app with popular multiple OTTs. convenient and cost effective. picture quality in most of the OTT is min.HD. when it comes to audio quality Aha, Sony liv, Lionsgate play is providing only stereo audio. whereas Netflix, Zee, Sunnxt and Hotstar is providing 5.1.
Always streaming and buffering error, Sometime blank screen, auto restart in between the channel change. Already complained many times through in the app chat section. after Telephone call it works fine on temporary basis, Restarts the WiFI device again and again, reboots many times, everything but nothing worked. Terrible customer support. Advice - Please do not recharge any plan for getting airtel xstream. Total waste of money. Can share the video streaming but no option available.
So much annoying app. I reached to their help centre where this app give me option of only few points that I can ask. I sent a screenshot where clearly mentioned that if I did recharge of rs349 then I got xstream play premium. Instead of 349 I do recharge with 399 but I didn't get premium. And this app's help centre give me only a few questions. I mean I can't ask my choice of questions... too much annoying and bad app 👎
I have requested for wifi & tv connection 5 days back and did payment as well but still they have not installed or provided the connection. it's really very bad experience for me from Airtel. I requested for money refund but they are not doing that as well. Really very worst services. don't go for Airtel.
Very poor customer service. There was an issue regarding my IPTV I contacted many times regarding this but there was no rectification from their part, the only dialogue from their part is we will escalate this issue to the higher authority , still after 3 days no technician came to resolve this issue. Very bad experience with the customer service.
