There're too many bad experiences on online shopping, but these are the worst ones: 1. The app picked a rather far store than the closest one. I live like 3 buildings away from Alfa, and the app always picked 2-3 KM away stores by default. Like, I passed 5 Alfa already to gwt there. 2. Delivery delayed for nearly 12 hours. 3. The app picked stores with less available items. I experienced this multiple times. 4. Features on the app are limited, like far behind other regional grocery stores.

The last 2 months, I have made 2 transactions in the app, but it was late on both occasions on the basis that there were too much order and deliveries. I am kind of cool with that, but what I don't like is how the operator respond, I ask the estimate and such, but they don't respond any of my message on the first time, the second time, I have to kind of berate them to get some respond. Very unprofessional and need some improvement.

Picked the stuff to buy, set the schedule, but can't choose the payment method, the screen turns all red, and then nothing. Fix this lads (or lass or whatever you call yourself). This happens after the latest update mind you.

I haven't been able to view my e-receipt for a few months now. It's just a blank page. After the update, it's still the same. Please fix it. I've DM'd you, but the answer wasn't what I asked for, and it didn't solve the problem. I'm not that stupid; if I'm just asking about checking my e-receipt, I could have done a Google search.

took too long to process my order, decided to file a refund dispute (cancelling the order WHILE they were still on "on process" status) and they decided that it's funny to send my order after I cancelled, while I already bought everything myself at the store (I ended up buying things twice).

I ordered at 6.34 PM and I still didn't get any of my purchases until 09.00 PM. I need to go to work tomorrow, and the reason I cannot go to bed because I need to wait for it. Ada fitur tertunda malah senaknya aja jamnya difreeze. Di sistem tertulis 1 jam tapi sampai dikita lebih dari satu jam karena durasi itu difreeze.

Alfamart should hire me as UI/UX Designer. I can design better apps. The current Alfagift apps, It's can't be run if your phone have VPN HC apps, even if you don't run those apps. There is no Filter mode for the cheapest products. Your Alfamidi has a slightly better UX than yours Alfagift. How much you pay for UI/UXD fired that person, he/she cannot doing jobs properly. I can do better jobs than your current employee

You cant choose a specific store, sometimes you ended up on a store with full orders that you have to wait an hour more than the estimated time. Please fix the system

The retail company with the worst online features. I placed an online order with a delivery status of 3:15 PM WITA, and till 8:00 PM WITA, I still hadn't received my order. I think the blue retail more better

It complains about the installed Shizuku and I am a developer. Its ridiculous. Klik Indomaret, Midi Kring, Superindo never complains about it. E-banking, e-wallet, e-commerce apps also never complain about it. CONCLUSION: BUY FROM KLIK INDOMARET OR MIDI KRING. The Alfagift developers already prohibit us to use this app. Anyway, wanna buy Le Minerale 600ml x 24 but the price tag is really expensive, its 20-30k more expensive from the original 45-50k marked up to 79.9k. Uninstall right away!

Cancelled twice by the store. Ordered items listed in the app. It said they were out of stock but they were still for sale. And there was no notification of out of stock. Then after payment, it said they were out of stock. The second order, there were items that were out of stock, after payment, all were canceled by the store. Quite disappointed... I don't know whether the app or the service needs to be improved, a bit strange!

very unprofessional. always out of the time estimation. if you can't deliver it within 1 hour, then don't make the "1 hour maximum" option. Also, I've make order by 6.00 PM, should be delivered on the same day bcs the service still available until 9.00 PM. And what I got is my order arrived at tomorrow. Promise this is mt last time using this app. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Make improvement if u still wanna keep this services

The app is slow to open, possibly due to a lack of optimization despite good network and phone performance. Sometimes Alfamart couriers delay deliveries without giving a clear explanation, so you have to wait and it takes quite a long time to send if you choose COD and chats are rarely replied too in the application.

APPS ERRORS.MUST TO FIX IT. I've been use this app very long time.it's very helping.But since few months ago it's weird.every time login it's ask verification into mobile with link and I have to input user&pass again.it's like third parties behind try to phising or scam user&pass. Recently app error,everytime I try to choose time for delivery,apps suddenly closed.I ask to customer service by email. they insist ask me if they can use my private data for my solutions.I think it's nonsense!!

I'm not using this app anymore. The user interface is really weird, I can't get the promo for buying 3 pocky, and the store employee service is really bad. no compensation or what so ever because it's just a promo. you should and remember that some customers bought your products because of promos and you don't keep that right. Moreover, I doubt the security of this app is good since you insisted on keeping and using my private data. so I would recommend not using this app at all. beyond fixing.

It used to be better, but lately, it's been more error-prone. Issues like empty carts after spending so much time selecting items, broken phone calls (the couriers mentioned they can’t see the customer’s number anymore, making communication harder), and delayed deliveries have become frequent. I hope this app improves to better support the people working on the ground.

Only the home screen is functional on the latest version of the app. Cart screen? Solid red (with just total). Product screen? Solid white, no content. Barcode screen? Solid white, no content.
