Unable to download or share the electricity bill. I tried to lodge a complaint through the app, but I am unable to scroll down the complaint window to select the options and lodge the complaint.
it was fine before; for some reason it's getting harder to login. I forgot my passwords and it ask me to use new password. I use the password I always remember; for some reason it doesn't approve it, meantime in... anyway I hope they make it simpler.
Your App is not working since last few days. I am unable to review my electricity consumption. Pls check and resolve this problem. Even I cannot login to your website. What is going on. Kindly solve these problems.
I cannot access my Account and everytime I request to reset my password it always says try after some time. your system is worst.
Awesome very easy to use and pay
This is a waste app now. Even after giving the meter number and click next, I am not able to see the amount of my bill. I don't know who is developing this app. Apps are supposed to makea customer user friendly environment and easy access to their data. Here this app is becoming worse to worste !!!
Starting with regestering a new account to verify it then to track my consumption, this application is very useful and easy to use , you May not need to talk to a customer agent if you just follow the instructions, I even reported a blackout via app and it was solved in just ten minutes. Thank you.

update: it is now fixed, thank you for your support when trying to sign up it says please enter the correct date of birth (it is correct of course)
When I tried to pay the bill by Visa, the app went to an endless loop. It's extremely bad. Pervious App was OK. Fix the issue please, you are charging very high, and customers deserve good service and quality app. Other service providers like communication provide award points for those who pay bills, you are not?!!!

great application, fast and easy
this is a good application for your all electrical expenses. most importantly is ,there should be a option to change the mobile number. In corona time I have lost my number which was registered in this apps, all otp going to that number and there is no option to change the number. please make some changes through email id to change the number,even email id also cannot verify for other number.
Previous version was so easy to use. I am not able to sign into my account and when I try changing password, it shows error. Please help asap. Update: Okay So I have updated the app and now I cant sign in as it wont send me the OTP that its requesting. Also, for some reason, i paid my recent bill and got the thank you message and just after an hour, i get a new message that I need to pay my past dues?Im trying to connect through live chat but again its asking for an OTP.

I want to see the previous payment records + the previous billing receipts? Where can i see them. It is easily available in previous app. Can you show me how to see in this application? If these things were gone in comparison to the old app. Kindly include them back. We need them so importantly.
i am trying to login with my password but app does not allow. then i try to login by choosing forgotten password but it does not accept any new password i create. so much time wasted
The last upgrade killed this app in terms of usability and functionality. If it works, why mess up with it? The previous version was great and easy to use. I don't know why do they keep doing this, over-complicating simple things. The major feature I miss is the ability to copy account number. Why would you remove that? Also statistics in the new version are almost invisible and hard to preview. Till they do something about these issues, it doesn't even deserve one star.
The app sucks and is unaccessible after the update. Cannot log in using my details, and even prompted to change password, temporary password sent by AL KAHRABA is not working, and problem still exist. Fix the issue and maybe we (consumers) can give you a good rating.
worst app. doesn't accept the password . user must reset it everytime wants to log in.
