Please Update App User Interface and User Experience! The first page when I boot up the app does nothing basically. It is slow when going to the My Account option, which is the only way that I could check my trip/pass when I was actively traveling. Viewing boarding passes on the app is sometimes possible but it can work poorly too. I was worried I would miss my flight because I couldn't view my boarding pass at the gate. I got a pass luckily. Overall, poor app function and usability. PLEASE FIX!

frequent errors and won't stay logged in. If you're familiar with Allegiant you know they only give you points if you're logged in when you make the purchase, yet the app is CONSTANTLY logging me out. I've missed out on points several times due to this. Recently I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times before I could book tickets. I do understand it's a budget airline, but the app is atrocious.

Buttons on app to book flight and manage trip do not work. Disappointing that after 5 years & several updates, there is no improvement. This app is terrible. It will not allow me to check in on the app. I can do it online from my mobile, but not from the app. Since my mobile is not connected to a printer, I have to pay at the counter to get a boarding pass. worst app ever!

APP would not connect with my CORRECT information after 2 hours of trying every method known to me and the Allegiant staff. It is "User Unfriendly" and needs a lot of work, which does not help those of us trying to check in for a flight. STRANDED in LIMBO!!! I uninstalled the APP 3 times and still NO GOOD!! This has been going on FOR YEARS, it is not a new thing. I think it is time for a new "Technical Crew" that can actually fix this problem. How long till you do upgrades that actually work?

Too many bugs in this app. Cant check in, says not available at this time, one or more passengers are not available to use mobile app, etc, etc...it is not user friendly at all. Just to look at your trip you have to deceifer the info as the date and times are overlayed over other writing! Is this really the best you can do? Over 90 minute wait when you try to call. I tried emailing, and instantly received an automatic response saying they received my email, then all info leads you back to app.

Allegiant is a fine discount travel company but don't ever expect to be able to contact customer service. The phone number is perpetually busy, their online chat does not work and email, well...you get it. They are great to veterans, no doubt. But their customer service is awful. Case in point, no where in the app is there listed or noted any way to contact them. Not one.

I've tried to book the same flight on this app 3 times in the past 5 days and it won't let me get past picking my flights. I wouldn't be leaving this review if I hadn't already had issues over half the time I've used this app in the past several years. So many error messages! I've come to expect it when I open your app. Please fix your app. Maybe invest in your tech team more? I'm rooting for you and will find another way to book my flight through your airline. Looking forward to the patches!

Unable to check in. Every time we try to check in it tells us session timed out please sign in. Pretty hard to get your boarding passes when you can't check in to your flight. Next day, missed my flight due to a delay which wasn't announced until the plane had left via a mobile text. No, notifications, no emails, no update at all. They then would not reimburse me for my flight home which was an extra 1.5hrs away from my home airport. I'll be closing my Allegiant card and flying with someone else

Unable to check in via the app that is referenced all over their site to download in order to check in. Their website doesn't allow check in's either. If you call, you'll be put on hold for hours with 3-5 seconds to answer when they finally pick up. Otherwise, you'll have to recall and wait hours more for another chance. It was an absolute waste of time.

The app is constantly telling me it can't update the information for my flights, despite showing me the flight. It also won't allow me to check in on it anymore. Also, I can not book on it.I have to use the website, get my ticket and then put my confirmation code in the app. It still tells me it cant update though. It used to work. Now it's useless.

App does not work for booking flights. I get to the screen with the Bundle options then cannot proceed past the error message, this has been my experience for several months every time I try to price flights. I'm in Des Moines and I believe you guys are actually offering direct flights to places I want to go at prices I want to pay, but I can't get even a total price for any flights, let alone book, because your app does not work.

Dang this app was working fine until the recent update. Now it wont let me get passed choosing a flight to book it just says "there was an error try again". Also it keeps saying my flight information cannot be loaded which is alarming.. hopefully my flight is still happening.. general question: do they typically not show flights out past 2 months? Or does that mean they wont be flying those routes in the future? Please advise!

Awful! Constantly falling, giving error messages and don't try to manage your flight from the app! Use a web browser instead. And the fact that they will charge you to print a boarding pass but their app is this awful makes it that much more frustrating. I'm currently looking to book flights, I select available days and it tells me "error something went wrong, try again" and the error message keeps popping up. I was notified to update to the newest version, and it still doesn't work!!

Ever since the update, I have been unable to check in on the app. Its a major pain in the but because theres a $5 fee foe boarding passes. But the app is not doing what it is supposed to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and logged back in. I tried to chat and then I called the number provided for assistance and waited on hold for 1 hour before giving up.

The Allegiant app fails all the time. On more than one occasion, it would not let me check in for our flights. We had to check in on the website instead (what's the point of the app, then?). After checking in online instead of the app, it will show I am checked in, but then it will not show our boarding passes. We had to print them from the website as a result. I have un-installed the app. Restarted my phone. Re-installed the app. Logged in and out many times. Awful app with high failure rate.

This app is consistently inconsistent. I am always having to Uninstall and reinstall. Yet it continually says there's been an error. It cannot be relied upon. For example I'll have gotten my electronic ticket, gone through security and by the time I'm at the gate, ready to board, it says there's been an error. Also my tickets always reflect double type so I can barely make out what it says about boarding and gate. Terrible. For all the updates, you'd think some of these issues would resolve

Horrible app. Keeps saying it can't update my info. It allowed another family member to check us all in (thank goodness) but mine says we have to check in at the airport. Kept showing a previous flight from a month ago. Won't update to current flight. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now can't even get it to install...just keeps saying pending install. I have no access to a printer so need the boarding passes on my phone. Looks like I'm not the only one having this issue.

The app is junk. It will not let you check in for flights, it just says that there is an error and you have to check in with a gate agent. Of course then they collect an additional $5 from passengers. I used the web to check in for my flight. I still couldn't view my boarding pass with the app. I had to go to my profile, then scroll through all my flights to the one I wanted a boarding pass for, select that, the app gave me an error message and then finally showed the boarding pass. Poor IT

Always an issue with checking in on the app. Edited to add: They just upgraded the system and it's even worse. Now (after the upgrade) it says there's an error loading my information, so my booked flights don't even show up. I have tried everything I can think of to get this app to work - force stop it and re launch it, check for updates, uninstall then reinstall. Nothing works. I have excellent home internet so I know connectivity is not the issue. Allegiant, fix your app!

It's fine when it works. It rarely works. Usually you can clear cache or uninstall/reinstall and it will fix whatever is wrong, but this doesn't work with the latest garbage version. Constant "unable to update information", inability to use the app to check in, inability to use app to view boarding pass once you check in on the website. Better hope you have access to a printer. No chat support available to fix issues.. phone only. Just awful.
