App won't accept the verification SMS code it has sent my son on his phone, so he can't set it up on his phone and I can't transfer the ticket for the match tomorrow. Has been failing all week. First time I've seen an app verification fail like that, ever. EDIT: app update and now it works, last minute, 3 days of trying, thanks for nothing Allianz.
Shockingly poor app. Name initially typed incorrectly with no option to go back & correct. Have to install incorrect details then still can't change. Then leads to RFU website enquiries which is also poor. Then a terrible form to decipher which STILL doesn't offer correct option of correcting account details. Terrible. Beyond belief in this day & age.
A woeful app. Takes all the joy and excitement out of looking forward to a game. I only get tickets through corporate stuff, it this app makes the whole process way more cumbersome and difficult than it needs to be. I would rather spend the money doing other things
Literally just installed the App, entered my name and phone number to set it up, and I'm told : the App is outdated please download a new version to be able to use it. Well I just downloaded it so it should be the latest version and there is nothing else I can download! So I just spent £200 on tickets which are on an app I can't open and the match is in 2 weeks time...
Awful app, baffling design. The ability to send someone a ticket when they can't even log in to the app because they're still waiting for a code, so that up until 30 minutes before we got there the ticket was completely inaccessible to either of us. Managed to make something very simple needlessly complicated. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
Downloaded the app, started putting my details in but then it came up with a problem and I couldn't register. Uninstalled the app and tried again but now it keeps saying my name or phone number are wrong and locks the account. Don't know what to do now as I need this in just over 2wks!! It also text me a verification code that the app never asked me for when I downloaded the app (that was over a month ago). No idea what to do now as I think it's decided I'm already registered.
Can you imagine.... it's 2025. You are forced to install an app because you want to go to a stadium (nothing new there sadly), and then, after finally downloading said app, you are forced to watch a video for 90 seconds, with no option to skip. It gets worse tho, their video autoplays, with sound on, with no warning. The final nail in the coffin, the video it's just a people who own the stadium trying to pretend they do a good job, and persuade you the same thing, despite decades of decline.
Still no tickets after nearly a week, bit more than the hour quoted! There is no way of making changes to account details in the app (address, mobile number etc.) but these seem to be critical to what you need, rather than a log in like other systems. You now jabe to ise this app to get tickets but the app just does not work. If I could give minus stars I would. Getting started is clunky. What along winded and user unfriendly system. It takes payment then leaves you in limbo.
Absolutely useless. Asked for my mobile number then sent a verification code via SMS but never asked me to enter it. Then asked for my email address and said it would send a verification code which it did ask me to enter, over two hours later and multiple requests to re-send still no email so I can't sign up and get my tickets. Why do I have to ho through this over complicated process which doesn't work when in the past all I had to do was print off a ticket?
I never leave reviews but this app is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Awful sign up process, too much data, 2 verifications required and then the email doesn't arrive! Tried multiple times, checked spam all the usual and nothing! No support either, stuck unable to get the tickets I paid for!!! Appalled, @Twickenham Stadium You MUST do better!
Poor App. Also very poor stadium communication. APP No clear map of the stadium. Directions for parking take you to the stadium. Hidden in small text are post codes for different car parks. It says to 'invite contact' to the app to transfer their ticket. There is no 'invite contact' facility. It's also unclear how long it might take to transfer, others seem to have problems, so we kept the tickets on the original phone. Staff knowledge of what is where is awful, lifts, seats, bars, the shop...
Slow to open, overly complicated, unnecessary data collection and took 3 restarts to recognise that one of my contacts had the app to transfer the ticket. What on earth was wrong with a barcode on an email? Utter trash, would give minus stars if I could. Another thing to thank Covid for I guess.
Looks like a scam. So bad that it doesn't look genuine. I received a whatsapp from a friend (which is genuine because we have discussed it). It contained a photo of a match we are looking at attending. 20 mins later I received a text with a link to this app. It contains two tickets (apparently) to an unrelated game. Obviously something majorly wrong.
So far, so good. Download & install OK. Registration somewhat lengthy, involving verification codes both by text (received but not actually asked for - might have been automatically entered by Android) and email. Feels slightly intrusive and data gathering for gatherings sake. Ticket for match in 48 hours apparently transferred from group organiser OK, but no entry QR code yet. Presumably will arrive shortly before the event, but all relies on my phone being present and functional on the day.
Lots of unnecessary data collected, poor user design (what happens if your app/phone isn't working on the day?). Really stupid design to not allow one person to manage all the grous tickets, instead you have to transfer them to everyone individually, otherwise you can't get into the ground. No non-app backup option.
Unnecessary data harvesting. Why do you need my email & phone number? Once finally registered the app is laggy and has no function other than displaying the tickets that should have been emailed to me when I bought them. Disgrace. Will be deleted as soon as the match ends.
Terrible - as my colleague's phone showed I didn't have the app & so couldn't get my ticket, so I deleted the app & reinstalled it, - that didn;t work so I deleted the personal account and again deleted the app to reinstal- except you can't reinstal the account - the helpdesk say that whilst my phone says the personal account is being deleted their systems show no such thing - I imagine it will register that just as I go to enter the ground. -you'd think they could develop an app that worked ?
Unfit For Purpose. I appreciate and support the need to cut ticket touts out of the loop, but this app is not the solution. It is not possible to transfer tickets to the people with whom you are going to Twickenham. All you can do is send a link to others who have to download this useless app. You can't actually transfer the tickets. That wouldn't matter if there wasn't the insistence that "you MUST transfer each ticket to its respective ticket holder". Happy to do that. Just make it possible.
Took 40 mins to download, wanted way too much personal data and then I (eventually) got a ticket sent, and the attached map didn't even relate to where I was sitting. It could be awesome. But it isn't. Uninstalling.
App is awful. It deletes tickets that have been transferred and you have to do it all over again but live in fear that it will delete them again. Surely you would make this glitch proof. Now wondering if I'll be able to go to the rugby this weekend, with the constant anxiety that the app doesn't work. Appalling.
