Allstate Identity Protection

Overall great protection but it doesn't seem like the developer updates the app a lot. The digital footprint feature is very useful but under a family plan, you can only have one email monitored at one time. The credit monitoring is very simple and understandble. Dark web monitoring, at least to me doesn't seem to work. I have no way of actually knowing my info is being monitored. Digital exposure only tells me what info is out there not where. Overall decent but not the best. I hope more comes.

Having to login with your username and password everytime is annoying. I get the security reasons, but at least enable Fingerprint. Please also enable enrolling your authenticator app for MFA instead of text, since sms can be spoofed with sim card swapping. Make this app easier to use and more secure, and I'll give it a better rating.

Very challenged by the app.. Some buttons overlay others making it difficult to. Select options, does not allowed for biometric sign on, crashes..

Top bar/menu not accessible. pixel 9pro. not to useful if you can't see or access the menu.

The menu and controls for this app are in a non-functioning area at the very top of my cell phone screen (Google Pixel 8 Pro). app non functional.

Doesn't work well with Pixel 10 Pro. The top of the app appears behind the Pixel 10 banner. the app isn't designed to work with new Pixel Edge to Edge display

App just seems like a webpage shortcut. Have to log in each time vs using biometrics to gain access. Makes me not care to use the app at all. Needs an update and an easier way to log in and stay logged in.

This app prevents my phone from opening web links from the Google search app, because it tries to open them. This app also won't allow me to turn off that function. I force stop it, I turn on the slider, I clear the data and cache. Still turns back on. Also can't even sign in. Incredibly buggy app.

app is not compatible with my pixel 9 device. the app extends into the top notification area so the menu and all navigation is not accessible

the icons for the menu are overlayed on top of the system status bar in the latest android version so you can't actually access any menu items 10/10 peak

It's a nice security blanket. Interface could use some modernization (app feels unpolished). It does what it needs to though. Biggest issue is the constant requirement to sign in every time! Why can't we use biometrics?

the app after logging in forces itself into some kind of fullscreen mode, such that the allstate menu icon is in my android notification bar which in turn makes the allstate menu unusable. please fix this.

ID protection is no good if you can't load the app to see anything. In both app and mobile browser, info loads up but displays for a second then just says there's a problem. Cleared cache, Uninstalled, reinstalled, issue persists

After a recent update the app is useless to me. The menu is now behind everything at the top of my phone. As an example the menu button is behind the battery icon for the phone. The app was "ok" at best before, now why even bother having it

I can sign in to their services via browser but the app consistently encounters a problem when trying to do the same. Doesn't seem to be ready for production use...

If someone sends me a link in a text message, this app tries to open that link then crashes. I have to uninstall the app or I can't clock the link. Even though I never gave this app permissions to open anything

I can't even login, just sends me through an endless cycle of confirming my phone number and email and then never actually takes me to the app. It's humorously bad.

When opening app, receive message: "net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". Have tried clearing app data as well as a full uninstall/reinstall, and still get same message.

It's crazy that an app on which you need to enter your DL number and all of your debit/credit card numbers makes you use your phone's qwerty keyboard instead of providing a large pop-up numberpad or camera-supported reader.

Allstate identity protection you guys are great I love what you do you help out a lot of people I do think but that is my opinion cuz the way the world is today everybody needs protection The only bad thing I could say about you guys as I'm having a lot of trouble getting in to my app because I have switched phones if you could please help me.
