The app is worthless. Like others have said, it states that it has moved and wants to take you to the website. If you don't know your member number and call the 800 number, it tells you to use the app, which doesn't work. When you finally do get someone to talk to (hair pulling experience) their accent makes it very difficult to communicate. I used this service once several years ago with the app and everything went great. Tried to use it a few weeks ago and I will now be canceling my service.

COMPLETE ALL AROUND GARBAGE! I would give zero stars if I could not only on the app, but also especially on Allstate's "Emergency" road side service! For starters, you can't even call them to get roadside service, you HAVE to download their app just to put a request in.. I COULDN'T even do that because the app wouldn't detect my location.. I had to wait 10 HOURS on the side of the road before they finally sent a tow truck, which I still had to pay out of pocket for! COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS!

First of all, the credentials for logging into the website are not the same credentials for logging into the app! To get your app credentials (do all these steps from the app, not the website), go to the login screen on the app then click the 'forgot username' link. then do forgot password to get your app creds. If you dont get a username try registering from app. Password is up to 10 characters with at least 1 cap and at least 1 number. No special chars. Terrible support

Wish I could give it zero stars, not sure why it's even in the app store, since it's obsolete. Making matters worse, when you call Allstate Motor Club, the message says to download and use this app. But when you do, you get a message saying Allstate doesn't use this anymore, and wants to connect you to a website. Waste of my precious time.

Terrible just terrible you call the number and they tell you to download this app and when you do it loads forever and doesn't progress past a certain number of steps pretty terrific when you have a flat. Just call and dial 0 can't say their website is great but it's better than the $hlt app they copy pasted from the site.

ZERO STARS! Downloaded and installed. Been a member since 1983. Could NOT login and apparently they have NO SUCH ACCOUNT or USER ID. Can't get much worse than that. THEN I read the reviews of those "lucky" enough to log in... apparently, I stand corrected: it CAN get worse. Utterly USELESS app.

Oh boy, talk about not working. I eventually got my tow 4 hours later (labor challenges, I assume, for the most part. In fairness they did say it was a new problem with the app. Never was able to get the app working, but the tow driver was exceptionally nice.

The actual assistance is great. My issue is the inaccuracy of the addresses. I attempted to put in my location address but it kept wanting to change it from south to north and even to completely different addresses entirely. That is 100% not ok. It wastes the rescuer's time and the user's time. I had to put in an address close to me instead of my actual location.

App wastes time. When I called Allstate, voice prompt told me that using the app would save 10 minutes. So I hung up and entered my vehicle information on the app. 10 minutes later, I got a call and had to give them the same information. Instead of saving time, I wasted 10 minutes. Don't bother with this useless app!

The roadside assistance automated message on the phone continues to recommend and encourage me to get the app, and how fast and quick I can get help with it. So I get the app. The app opens and tells me to go to the website, and will do nothing else. Basically like a billboard you download for your phone. Does nothing except tell you to go somewhere else.

App won't let me update any information can't add a birthdate change my phone number or update my payment method. Not to mention even putting in the phone number in my account on the question it can never find it anyways. For being an allstate company and the roadside being as good as it is your guys sign in app and web service is trash. Not to mention every time I call it's hoops and bounds to reach a person. This will be what causes me to stop using allstate as a whole

worked well for me, but it would be great to include a note when ordering any services. this can help not waste any time and be in communication from the beginning. the app overestimated the time it would take for help to get here, or perhaps the worker did not use the app properly. im any case, the service was great and i resolved my issue.

I am unable to enter site. Informs me to clear cache and try again. I followed instruction but a notice says that the site has a bug and will be contacted as soon as the developer fixes the problem. Starting off with negative and not being able to access makes me seem generous rating as a three when I've accomplished nothing. Hopefully the "bug" gets squashed! Lol

Oh my goodness, this is a Huge No. All I can tell anyone considering signing up for Allstate Motor Club for roadside assistance, DON'T DO IT. App is useless, just like the service, if you call no service, service. Took me over a week and multiple calls to multiple #'s , waiting on hold for over 45 mins just to cancel and not get refunded for a service i never used and had less than 3 weeks. Stay clear of Allstate Motor Club and go with the tried and true AAA.

the app is stuck in the track your rescue section of the app. I got help last week and i must have just closed the app without changing to the next page. I'm trying to use it now for help again and it wont let me cancel but there isn't an option to continue. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it just took me back to the same page.

Terrible. Wanted to cancel and it took calling in to their service. They don't hardly speak any english, they harass you about why you are cancelling, they transferred me 3 times and each time I had to give my information again and again to the same person because they can't understand me. All that time on the phone and I managed to finally get them to cancel it only for them to tell me that I also have to sign a paper that they will mail me in 7-10 days. Ridiculous. Don't sign up for this.

I keep constantly signing in by entering ID # or email address with password. My phone has fingerprint recognition. Somehow, the fingerprint recognition is not connecting which speedup signing on. THIS APP IS NOTHING LIKE AAA APP. Allstate app needs improvement. The only thing I should be doing to sign in is using my fingerprint, password or face recognition. Not putting in id # or email address every time I sign in. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Only been with Allstate Motor club a few months. Had to request a tow today using app. App shows 50 to 70 minutes for service. App never updated status and does not show a timeline, not even time when service was requested. After 1 hour and no status update I called. I was told it would be another 2 or 3 hours for tow and cost would be $30 over $250 benefit. Tow request was for 1.5 miles! I canceled service request and called local tow company with an estimate of $75 for tow. I will request reimbursement from Allstate as allowed by their policy. Weather was a fair weather weekday mid-morning.

I used the app to find a tow service. I was charged up front for the service. That service did not happen because the tow company was not able to make it to my car. It has been over a month of working with the app customer service for a refund. I have been passed around on the phone, told incorrect information multiple different times, and now I am expected to send a letter of complaint because no one has the ability to send me a refund.

Clumsy. Real person to call is not really possible ... phone app. is used. Not convenient like AAA (call & speak to person) and actually can cost more. Service calls performed by local individuals who are very limited in capabilities. Not a truly professional situation. Discontinued at "renewal" time and returned to AAA. No upside to this.
