This app doesn't work properly, it's absurd. It crashes so frequently and you can't even resume the video from where you left. Even the 'Continue Watching' section doesn't update itself. Moreover, you can't pause the video, it keeps on playing audio even when your phone is locked, pathetic! Screen rotation doesn't work, even I'm not able to download its update. Please fix this app.

I purchased this via Google play last year. It got auto renewed and on the same renewal day when I ask support to cancel and refund, They simply told they don't offer partial or full refund as per their policy. I have to mention their term of service page runs Google ads... what a joke to see ads there 😂 Note to developer: Don't copy paste your template here. I have already sent transaction receipt and details in mail and this is the response received. So don't try to act like a professional.

Every time I purchase a subscription , it debits my amount but doesn't subscribe. I wrote several requests and emails to the support team, they ask for a time limit of 48 hours. Its been more than 2 days now and they haven't replied to a single request or email. Absolutely poor customer service and satisfaction. If not allowing to subscribe atleast refund the amount.

Hello developers, there's one thing, that's absolutely annoying for media apps, and that is if you provide a download feature for offline viewing, why wouldn't it work when offline!!! This is so damn irritating. I have speed issues, so I downloaded the videos overnight so that I could watch them next day and then, when I try to watch, I get an error message "Your Internet is acting up"!!! Seriously!!! Edit: Also, what's with this forced aspect ratio, could you please work on these issues.

A total scam! I paid for my subscription and no trace of the transaction yet! Nor have they replied to my mails. And now I'm seeing alot of people with the same problem! Now I regret not scrolling through the reviews because I wouldn't even have installed the app. Writing 4-5 mails also is not helpful because their 48hours = infinite. Do subscribe to the app if you have money to spare!

The app isn't activated even after purchasing the subscription. I have never had an issue like this before with alt. I have been using the app since the beginning but this time I'm really put off because even after writing to the support team and sending them payment details I haven't got any response or resolution to the issue.

I have very bad experience with this app..in few seconds only it used my whole GB..i am not able to watch a single episode... As it reduce the subscription money..it cheated people with using lots of data.. I want this issue to be solve.. Even Netflix not used lots of data for viewing episode more than 6 episodes u can watch...but here v cant view a single episode Even in bad quality..it is using lots of data and finished our data .. Do not subscribe this..

It's very bad experience. I purchased the subscription.amount debited but no subscription showed yet.several time I tried to contact about this issue no single reply nothing at all. It's been 1 week still I don't get any subscription Yeah I have sent the detail of the receipt of payment and account details.but still not received any subscription after 2week. I already did so .but there is no response from ur team. I will suggest everyone not to subscribe to this app.no subscription you will get

Upon getting your response to my below comment, I again mailed to your support team (3rd time) with full details. Still no response... Please if you can't act on it atleast refund my amount. ********* Previous comment ********* I made the payment for subscription 2 days back and my account is still not activated! I wrote a mail twice with transaction copy, still no response. If you can't respond or activate my account at least refund my amount.

I have used netflix , amazon prime and now i can say this that this is the worst app i have ever used . When i subscribed for 3 months i couldn't log in so i asked them for the refund which they didn't give and neither provided any solution. So after a week or so i forgot about it . After 3 months they again renewed it themselves and now i can't find any simple link to cancel my subscription. Worst app better not install it.

Very very bad app and the worst part is the supprot team i had paid for the subscription and still it is showing i need to subscribe. I mailed about the issue and they smiply replied that they would look into issue within 3-4 days. It is not the first time i am facing this issue previously also i had to go through this. And yes onemore thing i think i need to mention is that they will make you greedy to subscribe by making the first epsiod free to watch. I just hope they read this and respond.

I had a subscription till june 2020, but they asked me to subscibe again on the app. I paid the fees for 3 months subscription but it didn't get activated. The application is full of bugs and Alt Balaji is earning unjust money out of it. Eventhough I had an ongoing subscription, they asked me to pay again and after several mails and queries raised through app with the screenshot of payment attached, I am still not getting an apt response for the same.

A very bad experience. I watched the first episode of apaharan then they asked for subscription. I did it and subscribed alt balaji for three months. The amount too deducted from my account but later I'm unable to access the content in the app. The app shows a pop up where they ask me to subscribe again and say that I haven't subscribed. I have the subscription proof with me the transaction ID. I contacted the help and support team of alt balaji via email and must say the worst team ever seen.

The worst web series app ever. To watch a series, I subscribed to it and paid for the subscription charges but when I start to watch the episodes, they asked me to subscribe again and to pay again. What did I actually paid them for ? Worst ways of responding to the claims and complaints. This is simply a mis-using app of all the personal data's, IDs, and identifications of its users. Frauds.

Horrible app to use..I subscribed for 3months and amount also got credited but still it shows subscribe now..emailed the receipt to the support team but no revert.. Again I took a subscription but unable to view series with an error saying unkown error.. such a life.. sorry! Just sitting here to take money for free!! Worst app ever and waste of money too.. Highly disappointed..

Sorry to say, but i have worst experience about this app. This app is not working properly and make fool to people if they paid amount, but don't get any subscription against paid amount still this app shows that you haven't any subscription yet. Same problem i have faced yesterday that my amount has been deducted but didn't get any subscription and i have written complaint about this and contacted to support team with my registered mail ID but didn't get any response from them till now.

Useless app ever seen paid for one subscription still can't see anything after sometime I uninstalled the app still the payment is deducted from my account it has been thrice that the money is deducted. Then I installed the app again, still can't watch anything and there's no option for cancellation or to stop the deduction too. I request you to please cancel my subscription every month it is deducting even I can't see anything.

Would have rated 0 stars if possible. Took my money and did not activate the one year subscription I paid for. Have contacted the support team via email and also help option in app, still no response. I also attached the screenshot/receipt of my payment to ALTBalaji. No response ever. Just a waste of money, and the app is fraud. Do not pay for it, if you value your money.

Firstly i downloaded the app. Watched the first episode of a show and inorder to watch the rest i subscribed for three months. My money got deducted instantly via gpay but i am unable to watch the rest. It's showing again to subscribe!! And i have registered two complaints and till now no response. I expected the admin to be as good as the shows.

Worst customer support. I have subscribed for yearly subscription for Rs 300 and have paid successfully. But still after 3 days my subscription hasn't been updated in my account. I have mailed the support team twice and also complained via help section in the app thrice but haven't received any reply till now. Kindly update my subscription or arrange for refund immediately. This is complete negligence of customers.
