My review is just shy of 1 star...but it may as well be 1 star. This isn't the first time I've had to uninstall and reinstall in attempt to try to navigate through the app for simple functions from anywhere to picking shifts, check the VOA board, to checking my PTO,...anything at all before the app may occasionally freeze or crash on me. As a delivery company, we're oddly inconsistent with using military time to standard time. This makes it especially frustrating when picking particular shifts.
The app has gotten slower to open. Take's forever to load on some occasions I have to reset my phone because it won't load at all which makes it impossible to pick up extra shifts or take vto before the oppertunity is gone. I rarely or never get notifications (even though notifications are enabled) that shifts drop for my department. Ex a shift (7:30am - 6:00pm) droped for my department for sept 20th it is full, I never got a notification. Went through all of my previous notification's nothing.
The app is so painfully slow and useless. It reminds me of the Windows days when we'd open it and leave our desk to come back 20-30 minutes later and still can't use it. It's so much easier to use the desktop... even that isn't saying much as it isn't much better. Too much bloat, less is more. Stop making changes for the sake of change, the app was its best 3 versions ago.
The app itself keeps getting slower and slower with every single update. just over 6 months ago it was absolutely perfect. Then there was an update and since then it takes 1-2 minutes to load every. single. time. Now it's at the point that after it finally loads, it won't let me navigate through the app. I opened and closed it about 4 times now, waiting for it to open each time, only for it to freeze on a blank screen every time I click anything.
Since the last update the app is atrocious, you have to keep closing and reopening it to navigate to different pages. When shifts drops and you try to accept, there are error messages. If I am looking at my schedule and trying navigating to any other page it just freezes and I have to close the app completely and reopen. Fix it please, it is beyond frustrating
I would have given it a 5 star, if it would load faster so I can pick up shifts. Now 2/21/26 Now the ap has gotten worse. Now when you do in and say you want to look for a shift,and you click on find shift..it freezes up...dead stop..do not pass Go..type of freeze up. This is annoying 😑 😤 Some up grade you did back on January 25..about stability upgrade..Ha!..it does not work. it just made this worse.
This app has always been slow, but at least it's usable. Now with the newest update, it freezes whenever you select a tab, making it completely unusable for shift swap, transfers or viewing your time card. PLEASE fix this. You'd think Amazon would have the money to have a decent app for employees, but nope.
Hi, I usually like the app, but after the recent update, whenever I try to go from My Schedule to Time Card, it's a blank screen and it gets stuck, not showing me to choose any other options. I have to exit the app completely to get anywhere else. This is both on my phone and tablet after removing and re-installing the app. Thinking it's a bug in the system
Continues to keep getting worse. Slower load times, less responsive, ai garbage and other bloat. The development team lives to redesign and rearrange everything and always finds a more annoying way to get to the sections people actually want to access. Used to load instantly, login was fast and easy under 30 sec even with 2fa. Now can take two minutes for it to try and login, load browser, and display login screen. but has to then reload and offer passkey login in before you can try to login.
the most recent update broke the app 2/20/26. the app takes forever to load which was already an issue to begin with. Clicking Find Shift, Timecard, and VTO instantly freezes the app and I have to restart it, just for the process to freeze. Say goodbye to getting VTOs that go quick or shifts with limited availability when you are effectively locked out of the app.
Not sure what's going on with this app but it's not letting me log in for the past couple of months. I had to un-install it & re-install to get it to work. It worked for a month & now it's doing the same thing again. I have to use the website, which takes longer to get into, to accept VTO or VET. Can yaw pls check out the bugs in this app. It used to be so great and so convenient... I use it everyday. I'll change to 5stars when bugs are fixed... Thankyou!
This app takes way too long to open (typically, at least a full minute or more) both at work and away from work. These issues have gotten steadily worse over the last few years. The latest "update" takes this app to an entirely new level of terrible. Still takes forever to open, and now, every time that you open it, you have to go through the slowest ever login process. Since this app is required for work can you PLEASE make the damn thing work?
horrible update, I'm not sure why they changed the app but it's absolutely dog water now. we are no longer notified of what days shifts will drop on and also we can no longer pick up shifts that were just dropped. they just vanish. it has been extremely difficult to get any shifts at all for whatever reason, many have reported getting stuck at a loading screen and then getting "something went wrong" or seeing "shift available" and there's nothing there. revert the app! it's almost peak!
Filled with bugs and unnecessary hoops to jump through. For example, when I want to transfer the money I just made, I have to login, verify that login, verify that verification, then enter my password again. Not to mention the aggressive information collecting, where it will beg for my fingerprints or facial recognition. Just feels like a lot of malice disguised as a necessary tool to do my job.
Who ever decided to touch the A to Z bootup splash screen needs to be fired. It now takes longer for the App to boot up. Also, I dont know what has changed recently, but the app is constantly logging me out. I already missed picking my schedules because I have to close the app out and reopen it or it'll make me sign in repeatedly. It's almost unusable and needs to be reverted back to how it used to be. Its supposed to help us, not make us work to use it.
The most recent update is TERRIBLE! It takes waaaay too long to open, it buffers for like 60 seconds. God forbid if I'd like to take advantage of a VTO or VET before they're filled up! I don't stand a chance. Also, why must we log in multiple times per day? I understand security but at least give the option to stay logged on. Oh, and since the option to remember this device is there, it would be nice if it remembered the device when the option was selected. Frustrating is an understatement!!!
seriously this thing keeps getting worse and worse. I'm on flex and up until here recently it was working flawless on picking schedules. now it's asking several times a day to log in your credentials. when I go to take shifts it says error. please try again. it's getting ridiculous. not to mention half the time you can't get it to load. please fix it.also everyone go look at the permissions this app wants from your phone that it's doing in the background..
Hi 👋. I'm constantly having to enter my login information, sometimes multiple times per day. Previously, that wasn't the case. It's always taken a long time for the app to load for me, however, now it seems to take even longer to the point that my screen begins to dark before I can get in. I appreciate the changes made to keep the app fresh. I just really don't want to enter login info every time. Edit: Since posting this comment 3-4 days ago, I haven't had to sign in again. 🙌 I'm satisfied.
Yall need to rescind this most recent update. Im getting logged out CONSTANTLY whereas before I was never logged out EVER. On top of that, the new startup graphic is cool but the app takes way too long to load, and im also assuming thats why the logouts keep happening. Keep the app simple. Don't add a bunch of stuff it doesn't need to make it look nicer. Functionality over form. Its a work app.
This app is ALWAYS slow. It takes forever to load, forever to do anything. If you click on a notification for VTO or VET good luck getting it to go through. The app is so slow I have missed out on many opportunities due to lag time. I have updated it, closed it out and restarted it and nothing works. No excuse for this, coming from a big corporation like Amazon. They need to fix it to where it's not so damn slow.
