Re-rated from 5* to 1*. The delivery are extremely unreliable. Delivery agents give a one second miss call and mark as 'customer not reachable'. Every one I know has faced the same issue. Amazon is not at all bothered to fix this widespread problem. When other apps are delivering things in minutes, the Amazon is failing to deliver even after days and there is very poor support system.

The app keeps getting worse. Now its exponentially challenging to reach Customer support. you have to select a category and none of the categories are relevant to the problem I am facing, which is I'm unable to place an order. The checkout page just keeps refreshing and staying there when I click on Pay now without showing an error. Its stuck there. But no hope for help.

1. App takes too much time to load and works way too slow. It's so laggy and it crashes sometimes as well. Please fix these bugs crashes and give a smooth app experience to customers. 2. The prices of the products are a bit higher comparing to other shopping apps like Flipkart, Meesho etc. So please improve the price range according to the quality of the products.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the recent decline in delivery service. There are no guarantees of on-time delivery, and the customer care team is nearly unreachable. Even when I manage to connect with them, I don't get any positive results. The reasons mentioned in the delivery tracking details are often illogical and frustrating. I had the worst experience with this app. Whenever I order something, they always notify about the order details, take around 15 days and than order gets undelivered. This has happened 4 times continuously with different orders. This is frustrating. Also this app in my phone never shows the option of cash on delivery. I have always paid the amount beforehand.

Absolutely no accountability for orders of many big sellers. High ticket prepaid orders are placed and Amazon takes no responsibility to ensure the product is shipped in a given timeline. After following-up multiple times, they just cancel the order if the seller hasn't taken action on the order after weeks. Why show prime benefits when there's none?

I cannot give 1 star too, Amazon customer care has been extremely disappointing and unreliable. My last three orders were either delayed, damaged, or repeatedly cancelled, causing serious inconvenience. For almost a week, I have been told daily that the order is “out for delivery,” yet nothing has been delivered. This is unacceptable service, and if it continues, I will escalate this issue and move to other platforms.

Worst experience with Amazon. I paid extra for fast delivery, but the product was not delivered on time. The refund was processed, but the time and effort lost for a special occasion cannot be refunded. When I tried to reorder, the price had increased and fast delivery was unavailable. Also, during mobile exchange, the offered value was much lower than shown earlier. This has seriously affected my *TRUST* Amazon should also clearly provide an official complaint email for customer feedback.

Amazon is the classic example of how people fall from the top. the recent experiences of shopping with you guys has been nothing less than an absolute nightmare. Scammy sellers, horrible customer support. When prepaid orders are not honoured you know it's time to move away from such a platform. It's downright pathetic and absolute fraud.

I recently ordered an expensive New Balance shoes with color grey/black, which was the only color option available. But I received the shoes in Beige/blue which was clearly a mistake. when I spoke to the customer team, i get to know that it's some sort of technical error, so instead of solving this problem and approve my return request, they still pin it on me saying that this is what I ordered. and when I appeal it in some form, I get a stupid generic reply again and again. Poor experience.

Whenever I try to scroll through photo reviews on the Amazon app, it gets incredibly laggy. I tried dropping the screen resolution to 720p, which helped a little bit, but the stuttering is still there. It seems to happen in any app that uses an image carousel (where you swipe through a row of photos). I have checked with multiple smartphones, iphone's, pixel's, and samsung's midrange as well but on galaxy s24 ultra it's lagging and crashes the app.

Amazon used to be the best app to order things online, however it's becoming horrible day by day. 2 of my orders that I ordered with the one-day/ overnight delivery got delayed. The whole point of ordering overnight was because I needed them immediately. Not to mention that I have the prime membership as well. What is the point of having prime membership and ordering stuff overnight/ with one day delivery if it's gonna take 2-3 to deliver.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order and completed the payment, but not a single product has been delivered yet. There has been no proper update or clear communication from the delivery side. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I expect either an immediate delivery or a full refund. Very poor service.

I had ordered something from Amazon for the first time and they returned my product without my permission and also deleted my order history. Now nothing is showing in it, Now it is written in it that I have not ordered anything for three months. They do not even call me. I ordered from another website, it arrived in two days, their time was about a week, even after that there was no delivery.Flipkart is better than this, I have not done any advertisement but whatever is there will be said.

I am literally disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with Amazon 😡..If you order a parcel once, it's fine. If you order it twice, it's fine. If you order it three or four times, the parcel doesn't arrive. It shows that they delivered the parcel but the parcel hasn't reached us. If it's out of stock, mention it there, It's out of stock or You don't have that thing.And this hasn't happened just once.So I think this app is the worst

Amazon is good . but it's return policy and refund policy was too late ... amazon have a complicated return policy and refund policy was also not easy ... Delivery was too too late in our area , it's about 8-10 days delivery schedule in all products... in recent times amazon scamming the customer that not giving exact order/items. give totally opposite item inside the box.

The New AI substitution for castomar service is terrible. It helps with nothing. The new app is causing trouble, i.g. my returned item isn't showing in the order section and I have no idea where my refund is gonna be as there was no option for me to choose, if I get refund that is. Right it's as if the item wasn't returned at all. And it should have been a replacement that without any explanation became a return. And was advised to seek the customer service but that was entirely useless.😡

Very worst delivery experience. This issue has happened 2–3 times. The product was not delivered to me, but the app shows it as “Delivered.” The delivery person did not call or attempt to contact me. This is highly irresponsible and unacceptable. Please improve your delivery system and take strict action.

Instead of shopping apps Amazon became a scamming app. Incorrect product detail, very bad return/replacement policies, worst customer support. Although at the time of purchase it will show return/replacement under 10 days, still they will not accept anything post delivery if you received any damaged product too. Also it would take you atleast 10-20 minutes to find out option to place return/replacement request and another 30 minutes just to connect with customer support.

Poor customer care app quality gone down horribly don't understand for why they are hiding the options for chatting or connecting with customer care team. i have been chasing them for an item exchange / later refund, but I got status as delivered without any delivery, put otp for every delivery irrespective of the price of item , this is really a bad experience. Decided not to buy any small items from Amazon after the previous incident anymore as they don't track the delivery through otp.
