This app on Apple TV 4K does not match the rest of the other platforms when it comes to accessing the subtitles. On other platforms, all you have to do is press up and select the subtitle button, but with Apple TV you have to use the stupid touch wheel to get to the subtitles, and even then it is almost impossible as the remote is very sensitive and keeps moving. For people with disabilities, this makes it very difficult to access the subtitles. Hope to see a change soon.

App randomly chronically and continually just quits, WHILE I am actively watching!! Have cleared data then uninstalled and reinstalled twice... and it STILL keeps booting me out. SO annoying I want to cancel my subscription.

says no internet but every other app on the tv works great. support didn't offer the "connection timeout " as suggested in the troubleshooting. will no longer be paying for the app I can't access

There is a glitch that persists that states there is an error loading due to the internet connection. No other app has this issue, and my TV is wired and not wifi. My connectivity fine when tested. In order to correct the issue, I must delete then reinstall the app.

app doesn't present the 'connect to a provider' option on my tv so I just straight up can't log in... contacted customer service twice and still nobody has been able to help me access my account so it’s ultimately worthless!

I have Verizon FiOS and it doesn't show that on one of the provider for the app.

resolution 720P???!!!!??? WHY ?!? And IT'S NOT EVEN WATCHABLE 720p TWD series are completely distorted in any dark areas. video res @720-48fps should be watchable but you're videos are not. they're more discolored than 340p on the TV app.we purchase quality/expensive 1gig internet & 8k or 4k 120hz Android TV's ONLY to find out we're stuck with outdated below subpar AndroidTV apps

Cancelled my subscription and uninstalled the app because of the bad video quality on every movie and tv show watched. Big ups to creative and show development teams for bringing awesome content, thank you shudder, ifc, sundance for bringing amazing content into the streaming service App development team needs to really improve this app towards minimum benchmarks for a streaming app

This may be the worst app I've used for streaming. It rarely works or loads, just a grey screen. It's the only app I have installed that does this.

App not working even after reinstall. Keep getting the message "Something went wrong. Contact support". Please fix the app. Many with the same issue.

I love the shows that are on here that I can't watch anywhere else. But first off they didn't honor the 3month price they offered to me. & the app hardly ever works. a ripoff

Love the quality and genre's on this service. scratches my sci-fi, horror and action itch. even went annual and bought some stock. want more. app works fine. ignore the hater reviews and make your own assessment.

not impressed with this app at all.constantly having to uninstall and reinstall so that I can just watch my shows.not to mention the fact that I paid for a year and none of my shows are on till next year :(

Oh my goodness!!! How do I delete this app? We are trying the free trial. There are not very many movies. Canceling is a nightmare. Help!

UI is a horrible, clunky, stuttering mess. There are 30 second (albeit skippable) pre-roll ads on the ad-free plan.

This app still doesn't work after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. It may be time for a refund.
