The prices are pretty insane, especially for a 3.7 star app, and you have to pay just to find out if who you've talked to in one single back and forth isn't a bot. I spend kind of a small fortune on dating apps lol, but this setup is very very sus. I'll update this if anything happens to change my mind, but if this review is still up, nothing has changed.

I've had issues of where I've added a payment card but if I did not authorize payment, they've went threw old accounts trying to charge them even though I deleted them as my primary payment. Whenever they post free time, I can never use it. You obviously don't know what I'm talking about!! I'm talking about banking accounts..and removing old ones for a new one, and your service still illegally trying to draft the old ones...no, it has a box that you have to check for auto refill..

This app is a joke. You have to continually buy credits that don't last long. People have similar bios and interests. It really seems like a scam, and you are talking to a hot line or AI. Everyone asks or talks about the same or similar things. Twenty dollars to buy credits. Within a couple of messages, you are out and have to buy more. This app is way overpriced.

I've been having severe trouble! When I try to purchase credits I get an error message saying my billing information is incorrect. I checked and it was fine, meanwhile I was billed 3 times for services I never used. The customer service is horrible, it shouldn't take 48 hours to contact me or to resolve this situation. The first by email telling me how I used the credits I did have. Tell me how when I get this error message, why I would be charged? I was charged 3 if not more due to this error message. I'm very close to just deleting the app altogether.

The app closes by itself. Even after all the time and effort I've put into this app, it just doesn't improve with time. Girl's here now have multiple accounts. It's gone from marriage ready to just another expensive fantasy website!! Even with voice messages, video chat, and video profiles.... I just wish people would read profiles, before wasting time trying to convert other's to their way of life. Including tourist trap profiles

My profile info is wrong. Somehow it got something completely different than what my Google profile has. No way to fix it. No actual support to find out how to fix it. Support "ai" is very limited. Immediately got 5 likes on an empty 5 minute old profile which clearly means that this is filled with bots to make me think that it has active users to trick me into paying for nothing. Total scam. Wish these apps would get pulled from the store.

Scam! Don't buy it...after a few hrs setting up the account and sent 3 messages the app request to buy credits ONLY what they "offer you" I contact costumer service and ask for the money back,they said it was not their problem that I run out of free (3) text/msg so they can't return it even tho I just have sign up,so I told them to keep the money and I will make sure to write a review and right away they said "oh sorry you withing the cancelation policy" but I need it a code that doesnt exist

I bought a packages of 950 credits, I did not sent two castles, nor did I sent two headers all at the said or a chi You haven't haven't done anythingldish star the platform/ system took out 375 credits from my account and the site refuses to place my credits into my account. Serveral messages was sent to explained my concerns , the issue for me unresolved .

Overall enjoy the site and what it has to offer. The use of credits is somewhat of a hassle, and more modern, easier to use systems could be considered. Otherwise, no complaints.

Unusually high charges for a credit system that is outrageous. They charged me 15.99 for 20 credits tht didn't even last 5 seconds. By the time I wanted to use them, they were done! I understand you try to make business out of this, but this is too much. I requested a refund and they replied saying it can't be done because the credits were used! Well of course they were used in a blink of an eye the damn credits were gone without me using them properly. DO NOT SIGN UP! THIS IS A SCAM!

the app is a sham and a fraud. You have to pay a subscripiton fee and then on top of that you have to pay to send messages! Everyone just happens to be a model - if you click on a profile they contact you straight away - even though there isnt an option to see who has viewed you - as each text costs money - You would want to switch to another free app when you started a conversation with someone - noone will come of the app - they only want to talk on the app and you have to keep paying more

I don't appreciate how you have to pay for credits to communicate. it gets very expensive if you do find someone you connect with. that's is why I won't stay Update- 2-28-24- this site WILL fraudulently charge your card!!! I haven't used this site since I left my previous review and I just got off the phone with my bank because of fraudulent charges that I DID NOT authorize!!!

It very over priced for what you get and things that you can do on the website you can't do on the app and vice versa it's really annoying then random people appear on my favorite list when I didn't add them or when I do add people they disappear and I can't find them anymore and on holidays there's never no specials or deals at all ever

the amount of money that you pay to have a conversation isn't worth it, the company can do better. You write more than two paragraphs they charge you extra credits, u open a letter, that's like 10 to 12 credits, don't let their be a picture attached it will cost you 20 plus credits. So 16 dollars everytime u have a conversation it's not worth it, sooner I will be gone from here. Orchidromance, at least give u 45 credits for 19 dollars, better deal

firstly in your policy you don't say that for every email opened you lose credit. secondly you app must have alot of trolls or people you have hired to write emails in order for a person to want to buy more. I have sent not even one email and I used up 100 credits. cost of a one month . currently seems like a stick in the mend. I appreciate your efforts in what could have been an amazing app.

Bad cost way to much money to talk to anyone, slow to load and you can not log out. I have hit the do not auto reload on my account numerous times but I have to Uninstall and reinstall the app and if I forget to check it auto reloads my account. Don't waste your time the web site is the same way if you log out and then log in later your account will automatically reload even though I have checked not to every time I notice it. They offer the chance to find love just hand over your 1st born.

Every message is censored so it's almost impossible to pass real contact details, messages are very expensive, & worst of all it seems that even though some profile photos are real, very few people are genuinely looking for a relationship. They all want you to keep chatting in the app and don't (or can't?) chat with you outside the app. Feels like they're all paid by the Co. to drain real users of credits which quickly adds up to $00's. Waste of time/money.

too expensive. not enough filters. not able to delete unwanted messages. the concept is great. app looks pretty good. just needs work. and pricing is unclear. i paid 2.99 but then have to purchase credits to chat. in my opinion a smaller flat rate per month would be better.

you find a lot of interesting people. you can meet people from south America. especially from Colombia. But the down side is that is too expensive. you would need a lot money to make a conection. use sparingly. Do not get hook on someone, which is the reason , to be on the site , to find someone you like. Sometimes the time you buy seems less and less. there must be something more affodable.

No confirmation on Emojis when sent accidentally while typing a message. conveniently they are right next to when you type a message so that accidents will happen. Some Emojis cost like 999 credits which is a heart equivalent to about 200 dollars. Worthless, would be a lot better to send a real gift. I have brought this up repeatedly but they blame the customer rather than make changes to their app. Moving the location or a confirmation that you meant to do it would be a simple fix
