The app is very slow, and the tabs take forever to load, as well as only being able to upload 1 picture to your profile at a time amd half the time it just freezes up and if you hit upload more then once it'll upload everytime you click it but there's no indication it's working there also seems to a limit on pictures but they don't say that just had to figure out why my pictures weren't uploading.

The app has some bugs. It continues show 1 new lead when there are none. The bogus customer phone numbers and 30 day time limit are a problem. Some customers can't make a decision that fast. I have called the number provided and got an Angi switch board saying, Sorry that number no longer exists. Make sure that you get the customer's information before expires. It does have good features and I am still working to learn all of them. For the most part, it works really well for my small business.

Horrible service. They reel you in by the amount of "leads" guaranteed. The "leads" you get are 90% of the time dead end leads. The client success manager will tell you that response time is key, having a certain amount of reviews sets you higher, maybe adjust your service areas. Tried it all, this is not the issue. The issue is that Angi doesn't verify anything coming through to you. Highly recommend staying away from this app. Haven't even been able to get enough work to pay the monthly bill.

Randomly decides when to and when not to load to open the app. 50/50 if I get notifications from customers' messages. Very irritating because I'm always nervous that I'm missing messages from my customers and looking unprofessional. Also, prices depend on who you talk to and how much of a karen you want to be about getting a better price. For how much I pay for this, it should work top notch. I hope this post is helpful to people looking into this platform, as well as Angi, to fix these issues.

3 things I don't like. The reviews from customers processing is terrible. I have customers who have given up on trying to get their review to publish. Next is there is not a specific category for Excavating, it's built in to the plumbing category and that should be separated since they are nothing alike. Last one, the leads are ok, most of them are non-responsive, just getting prices, or just don't have the money to do the jobs they are hoping for.

seriously, garbage app. never get notifications when clients reply to my messages. there's also a small red dot next to the "message" button that pops up when new messages are received and 90% of the time the red dot will remain on screen even if there isn't a new message. after updating my phone now I can't even message clients! the on screen keyboard on my phone blocks the text field!? so I can't even see what I'm typing! I pay hundreds of dollars for your service but can't use ur app?!

Doesn't even let me log in with an auto saved user name and password, keeps resetting over and over and over.......endless loop, makes it pretty difficult to answer customers when I can't even access the app. *Update* I have deleted the app (wish it was forever) re-downloaded it, changed my password, it works for about a day or two then stops allowing log in again... The app refuses to recognize auto log-in. This isn't a bank account, it's a lead source. It doesn't have to be this complicated.

The leads are expensive. They are supposed to be warm leads but they're not, many never respond when we reach out. Angi says to try attempting contact right away (within a few hours), across multiple days and via multiple methods. Angi says if you do all that and can't make contact then they will credit back lead fees. That's a lie, they decline the credit request without explanation. Project info that comes with each lead is not helpful, it's more of a subject line, not much to go on.

I just started using this app, and it's been freezing when typing. The keyboard will freeze, and the box type marker will double blink very fast. It's definitely an issue here. Fresh phone updates, but this behavior happened beforeandafter and updates. It's annoying while trying to work and set up a profile. I'm not sure if this is right for me.

We have been paying for leads from Angie's list for quite some time and are happy with the way the app opened to our leads, with all the customers info on one page. You changed the format. NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT!!! We now have to continually click from page to page for customers phone numbers, then again for their email address, then again to record contact feedback, and yet again for any notes we need to make.Please change it back!!!! .

Edit: updating this to say I am deleting this app because the login hasn't worked in over half a year. I can only use the website. The login just keeps resetting the app. Things just CONSTANTLY break all the time. You never know what to expect will break next but you can be dang sure that something will. Screen glitches, crashes etc. Plus the customers are atrocious and half are fake data mined from Angie's fake websites that funnel their numbers and they say "I never went on Angie's list". 😉

The new system is absolutely horrible. Customer just don't understand the idea of the temporary number and why you have called them but don't have the number, the routing number doesn't work all the time, the automated message Angi keeps pushing you to use is too slow in going out so, many times I've talked to the customer before they get the message. I did well on Angi ads before the new changes rolled out. Now it's an unjustified expense.

One of the worst apps I ever used. It crashed my whole phone more than once and I had to reboot. The notes on leads function does not work at all. The leads we have been sent so far (which are paid for!!) have both been duds, but I am unable to make notes about that as I go along because thavlt function keeps crashing everything. One part of the interface says my profile is 75% complete, another part says 25%?! No notifications, ever! I will contact my account manager about multiple issues.

It's bad enough that your sales rep lied and told me that the leads I receive would be exclusive and not presented to competing contractors. Next, you should do away with the temporary number unless a client is specifically aware that contractors do not have the actual phone number. Every client I speak to is not aware they've been given a temporary number and that I don't have their real number. Next, why haven't y'all taken the time to fix your own app! It freezes up, and it sucks!

I can never get the message tab to come up. I can read messages going through the client's lead, but I can't use the "Messages" tab for months now!!! It's really annoying and wastes time when I have to go through and scroll to look for red dots on leads instead of just going to the tab that is meant for that specifically. So frustrating

All around good app. Some cons I would like to point out is I wish there was an option to report some as spam, cause I have come across a few that are, so a report option would be wonderful so they can look further into a specific account. As well as I can't access the messages, it just loads, I usually give up about 5-10 minutes. I think if not for those issues, I would rate 5 stars.

Auto renew ads. Angieleads is disorganized . No one in the company knows how to help the situation. We were advertising for 6 months. We told them we want to cancel advertising. They let the advertising auto renew. They admit it was there software issue. They still charged us over $5,000 for additional 6 months. I stoped advertising with Angie leads. They need to get organized.

App is glitchy, won't let me view my profile in app and says I've only completed %25 of my profile when all areas are completed. Beyond that sales reps for ads will call you daily multiple times to get you to pay for ad service. Once you have a contract you're on the hook for a year and have to pay %35 of total balance if you cancel service during the year. Reviews take multiple days to be verified by a "team" you can't reach directly. More devoted to customers than the pros that pay for the ads

if your a pro and looking to get new clients STAY AWAY from angie's list. I listened to the sales pitch over the phone and signed up. With two month pass and no phone calls from Angie's list clients I decided to cancel my subscription. Angie's list charged me for early termination even though I didn't get a call from one of there customers. Be aware of this no one told me there was a early termination fee, if I was told I wouldn't have signed up period.

Buggy and slow It's a hit or miss on if it will let you log-in, same goes for the browser portal. Images don't upload, period. Description boxes regularly bug out and prevent you from finishing your writing and making you start over Only reason I'm salty is because I actually pay for this company's product and the app is the primary way to make sure the product is provided. For the amount they charge their app should be seamless, but it seams it just goes towards their hound dog sales team.
