Angry Birds Friends

The game itself is entertaining but the developers you can tell don't care about their customers, only making money off their ads with no bonus, and when you do watch the ones with bonus, they freeze AFTER you watch the ad and you get nothing while they continue to get paid. Oh, and the Snapchat ad is deceptive. I immediately close the game so I don't have to watch it. I hope you get zero cents from me for that ad 🙄

Intential changes made this game a Rovio money grab! Don't bother. This game used to be fun while still being reasonably challenging. With every change they have made, they have made it much more difficult to complete levels and get stars without buying power-ups It is a vicious cycle of not being able to earn power-ups without getting 3 stars on each level, but you can't get 3 stars on each level without using power-ups. No longer a fun game.

The game has changed a lot over the years and is much more difficult and tedious now. It has evolved from being a modestly challenging game where you could get three stars on each level without using power-ups to levels that aren't even winnable without significant use of power-ups. This is, of course, not a change for the better but just implementation of pay-to-play. Eventually, long-timers like me are going to say forget it. The fake reviews give five-stars with lame comments like, "cool."

finished the main game, but after that, what else are we supposed to do in the game. Tournaments.....thats all there really is. I dont don't feel like playing some Build Tower mini game where if you fail, you start back at zero. it leaves more to be desired. I miss angry birds season, everything has been a cash grab attempt to the point where it really takes me out. I'd rather play pvz2 at least there's more there than here. I may uninstall or bring back the old games that appease the players.

FOUR MINUTE LONG ADS you can't even back out of!!! some ads make my back and home buttons disappear, then I have to restart my phone. The top 5 players in every tournament spend a lot of money to get there ... their scores are impossibly high without having paid for power ups. It sucks all the fun out of playing when it comes down to a matter of how much money you spend to 'win'. Is that even a game anymore??

Sorry guys but i have to take a couple 🌟 away because of the update. The game was doing so so until i updated it on 11/19/19! Now it freezes and takes forever to show your score, when you finish a level and try to move on it takes you back to where you were, Stuff like that and it's getting annoying! Hey, just telling it like it is...... also you shouldn't have an "automated" email response!

This game used to be fun. Until they updated it. Now the online battle cheats. Especially if you get close to getting a 6 winning streak. The math doesn't add up correctly. 😠 The levels have maxed out and no new levels for weeks now. Don't bother with this. The new update also slows the game down. Sometimes my birds would launch their primary attack by themselves. LAME.

Update - The bugs still aren't fixed and it's been a few weeks now! So many bugs lately. Game freezes right after you watch an ad to get a power up and you need to force close the game. Also, if it happens while playing Blue's tower, you lose your progress. Also, is ads are available for a power up, sometimes you have to keep pressing and closing the button before you can get the ad for your power up. They make it very difficult to contact customer support to report this issue! Very frustrating!

I've loved this game for years and play daily. However, I've been getting a lot of cloud service errors over the past month or so and periodically can't watch ads to earn power ups. Today I've done all of Bomb's Magical Garden with only one cloud service error, but when I got to level 6 it froze. All of the animations stop moving, then I get a black screen, then it says loading and takes me back to the game, but if I press on 6 again it does the same thing. My internet is working fine.

For the last 2 tournaments, I've been unable to load. It pops up the loading screen and after a few seconds, a box pops up saying "error: there's an internal server error " and that's it. Closing it out, reloading, un-installing/reinstalling, deleting all updates, nothing seems to work. I'm highly upset Rovio has allowed this to continue for sooooo long. Not cool at all!! I'm loosing my ranking. We all worked hard to get our rankings. Not cool to allow this to continue this long!!

Update: I missed this game so decided to give it a try. It seems they listened to the complaints. I'm back....(old description: I used to enjoy the challenge of Angry Birds Friends, not so much by trying to beat someone else's score but to beat mine. Now, the game is made so that you have to use power ups to win certain levels, the more power ups you use, the more temptation to purchase them when you run out. It's taken the fun out of playing. I just uninstalled the Friends version.....

Not even a month & updating again? 😲Finally was able to install & play just a few days ago. NOT near as fun as it used to be. In previous versions it wasn't necessary to have a minimum number of stars to go on, worst change in the game ever. I used to be literally addicted to the game. Now I can stop playing without any hesitation. Oh....not interested in any computer generated replies. Support should reply here directly instead ALWAYS wanting a screen shot. 🤦🤦

Loved this game since the beginning! This last update though, slowed the response time for action on flinging the birds and what is with the ads all of a sudden??? I mean come on, I can't just play this at work now if those stupid pop up ads keep blaring loudly out of nowhere. Bad decision in my opinion to do this to us. This was not an update, it's a downgrade!

Of all the "bird", this one rips you off the most. ALL Angry Bird games are, but this is the worst. You better be able to sink a lot of cash in them if you want to get much of anywhere. Of course the developers don't really care anymore. These are really good games, but money now is their main objective. MORE, MORE, MORE! 4.4 stars out of 5? I don't believe it! If you have to play, don't pay one cent for anything! Too expensive. Frustrating. PLEASE, DON'T GIVE A DIME FOR EXTRA ANYTHING!

I'm addicted to this game! I am changing my original 5 stars to 3. There are so many glitches lately, and it's $$ to get rewards, and when watching the ads to get a reward, it freezes and the only way to get out is to reset my phone. Now today every time I go on, it says server error, and last time it did this I had to Uninstaller and reinstall, and lost points. Please fix it.

When I left this game years ago, I left due to all the ads and how badly the levels were being designed to make it to where you could not get a top score unless you used power ups. I had all of the slingshots. I had a lot of power ups. I come back to the game, and not only are the ads worse, and the levels more skewed for pay to play, but all of my slingshots and power ups were just gone. Now it's even harder, and there is no recompense for someone like me. Will delete again.

After Birds went with their new server, there are many bugs in the system. After watching ads, it won't give you the powerup you watched the ad for. After purchasing a powerup, you get the circle of death and no powerup. Sometimes After using a powerup and achieving a high score, you get the circle of death and can't advance to the next board and you lose the powrrup you just used. It's getting frustrating. I may have to find another game if you all don't get this remedied.

not working since last update. have been playing game for years, now suddenly keeps telling me I'm not connecting to the internet and it won't let me log in or play anything. no issues with any other games, just this one and my internet connection is fine. I've tried clearing the catch, force stopping the game, and clearing data and reloading. nothing's working. please fix ASAP.

I've been playing this game for a lot of years.. Loved it for the most part but recent changes make it frustrating and expensive if you want to keep up with the league. It's only giving you three free power ups that you choose. It's no longer giving the three random power ups. I do think the new bundles are really great but you shouldn't have to spend money just to keep competitive.

It's angry birds so the base game is fun. However, the sketchy ads (Township Game) that are shoved down your throat are unrelenting. The entire game is designed to make you spend money. All the modes outside of the tower are designed in a way to utilize your resources so you need to buy more. On top of this, the game crashes after forcing you to watch an ad! This is an unethical business practice!
