The UI is confusing. There is a heavy emphasis on store, loans, and other products. The app is more designed as a means for users to see availability of other products rather than ease of use to manage the accounts. I cant even rename the accounts, even though the website states you can click manage under accounts section. No such section exists, and when I finally can see the accounts after hours of difficukt navigation, no such manage button exists.
The last few days the ANZ plus app has given me big issues. Transfers not showing up in my app, unable to see transfer of funds from Flex saver to Everyday account. I contact ANZ plus team online after visiting a physical bank.. who can't help me. The bank staff can see the status of my accounts in their system, showing the money WAS moved and is there. However they cannot help me so I can pay my house deposit today. No response or help from ANZ plus on line not good enough.
lots of "service outage, trying to refresh" issues and very slow to update balance and only does so upon opening app. why not update amounts on your server while app isn't open and show the correct balance upon app opening?
If you're only intending to save and invest, it's a great app until you need to spend anything. You get little to no interest if you've taken money out say for travel or emergency, a horrible feature.
Good overall, but there is an annoying bug that truncates the first letter off payment descriptions. When I contacted ANZ about this they said it was a Samsung only issue and gave me workarounds. Very strange I don't experience this Samaung issue anywhere else.
Fabulous app that makes banking quick, easy, and convenient. Amalgamates all of your different bank accounts on the one page to allow you to see in real time your exact balance in each account. Once installed and activated, never deleted.
I was keeping this account as a back up but apparently if you don't regularly use the card they turn the security up to 11 and when you do need to use it they will lock your card after the third lockout in a row the card was retained by an ATM closed all my anz accounts immediately
Your "advice" for me to provide all my personal information which you already have is curious to say the least and a complete waste of my time & yours! You are aware that I am overseas in the Philippines which you can easily verify! Unfortunately internet access is difficult and often not available! I am almost 83 years old and my computer skills are somewhat lacking! I have attempted to follow your instructions but so far I have failed! Nothing has changed in my personal details!
I have to commend the Anz plus app for its exceptional ease of use. From the moment I opened it, I was immediately impressed by how intuitive and user-friendly it was. The process of creating an account was particularly smooth and hassle free. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this app accessible to everyone. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward app experience.
shocking-my other bank app don't ask for this many details that they already have on file, takes so long to set-up, whereas the other bank app pull your information that they've got
doesn't integrate or allow transfers with ANZ classic very well at all. The 'coaches' can't help with anything meaningful.
Unable to log in, keep getting an error saying the system is unavailable. Nothing on the site mentioning any outages or any updates. Can't even contact anyone because the app isn't working. So now I can't even access my own money. Will be switching banks as soon as possible

A so so app. The 'busiest' of all banking apps i've used so hardest to follow. its llas though ANZ is over trying. While I do bank with ANZ, the following banks provide an easier and cleaner apps and better interest rates on savings accounts: Ubank, ING and Macquarie bank. CBA bank app is also way cleaner and easier to use. Shame really as it seems ANZ has tried to reinvent the wheel rather then improve on whats out there.

Totally App Based. Fund transfers through everyday ANZ Bank accounts. Like the bonus interests. Will keep this till gets more interest payments.
I have existing accounts with ANZ but this is like a completely new bank that sets up new accounts with a new contract, and the accounts aren't visible in the other ANZ app or Internet Banking.
November 2025. This app is on a slippery slope down hill. No advancements and full of broken promises. Such a shame, it had such potential to change ANZ for the better but in true ANZ fashion the customer comes last or whatever lower than last can be. I was an advocate for this app. Not anymore!! Think twice before investing time and effort into this bank !!
in general, this app makes banking much easier. the joint account system is useful once it's set up, but there should be more flexibility in the whole joint account process. I like that the joint accounts are modular, but if it could be easier to set up 3 accounts. let me click one button, and select which joint accounts I'd like to make, then invite whoever I want. this would be a sleeker experience. Also put the joint accounts section not in the "store" part of the app, very unintuitive

overall a good app reasonably easy to understand, But not particularly impressed with the interest being lowered twice since I signed up, I understand things change but this has been a short period of time Edit: I'm updating this as I have now been notified of a 3rd decrease in interest I am unimpressed and will be looking elsewhere
