EDIT: I have since reached out to customer service and they sorted everything out, including quickly sending out a replacement part for a piece that was damaged during shipping. They were prompt and very nice, so I would now happily recommend Aosom. Input a coupon code for 10% off, the price reflected the discount. Made the purchase, and I was charged the price without the 10% coupon code. Very scammy and insincere practice, working on getting my order refunded.

Purchased a polly tunnel from Aosom and was initially impressed with the quality and service offered. They encourage and incentivise their customers to leave a positive reviews early on in your experience with them. Initially I'd given them 5 stars. However, 5 months later, the cover to my pollytunnel started showing signs of deterioration. Because my email to them was sent 10 days after 6 months from the date of delivery, they refuse to resolve the fault in the product.

Great service, good quality items. All arrive in good time and they make flat pack furniture so much easier to assemble.

I'm very happily surprised at the prices. They also offer free delivery. I purchased a pagola on sale for $259. and a devider 6 foot wide, for $72.99. With the app, we enter the code APP15, I got a $50. credit and we get points so that our next orders are even cheaper. Their product are the same as other popular vendors. I can't wait to receive my order.

I found this company completely by chance and took a chance with the unknown. I think it is a great place to shop and have done a few times. Good selection of items and really good quality. Customer service was great for me when something arrived broken it was quickly dealt with and replaced.... I will be buying more and have got others onto the app as well.

I love this site, I have bought 2 items off here now. They offer free delivery and always seem to have some form of extra discount for the items. Managed to get an office chair £25 cheaper than on Amazon with free delivery and it came the next day so cannot fault the service either. Multiple payment options including Clear Pay and PayPal Pay Later makes it easier to buy higher priced items to spread the cost.

Bit of a scam as the heavily promoted app discount codes don't work. When using the website I was bombarded with notifications to download the app to get 12% off my order, so I tried the app but when entering every single code on the website and in emails etc I just get the following annoying error: "Oops! This code is not valid yet. Please try again later or use another code."

Great app with one little bit of a glitch for me, the delivery tracking system on the app works but it seems to be (out/late) by an hour or two. Very fast delivery service just like they say as well also plenty of discounts for each order. So come on, install the app and give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

User interface is so substandard. Their customer service via email is beyond atrocious. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ordering anything through these people. I do want to give a nice bump to 2 stars only for the apparent one rep answering the phones. He was very professional. Otherwise, their website, app, and customer service skills sans the one gentleman are appalling. I ordered an item 1/1. It's 1/5 and I still cannot track anything and it says it hasn't even reached UPS.

1st time order. I was weary due to some negative reviews. I'm so glad I ordered my coffee table. I have only positive things to say. Fast delivery - 6 days. Easy to put together & it was less then half price then in the stores. Love my flip- top coffee table. I will definitely order again!!!

False advertisement: They guarantee delivery dates that they do not meet. Happened to me twice in the last 2 weeks. The products are not delivered: This can mess all the plans you have with your ordered products. After 2 weeks I still did not receive the products which are stored in the same city with me. Stay away!

For anyone trying to get the discount for downloading the app you need to click into the discount field and then it presents as an option. It was very easy. I will comment again once received, but I placed the order this morning and it has already been dispatched, so all good so far 🤞

I am terribly unsatisfied with these service lines that are brutal and can't get through all automated. I called every main country USa helpline, German, UK, and Ireland. All useless, no answer. emails, the same waited more than an hour on the phone. I had to hang up, which was called multiple throughout day. No return in answering machine calls. Emails and track and trace totally failure. Would give zero if I could.

I have received the worst customer service from this app. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and never received it. After following up, they mentioned UPS couldn't read the label, and I decided to ask for a replacement guess what it happened again. I am not sure if they are telling the truth or not, but one thing is clear for me now never ever buying from them. I asked for a refund and am still waiting for my money. Usually, PayPal refund is instant, but I am still waiting. Avoid them at any cost!

The app itself is not bad. The products are ok. And I have ordered from here. The problems arise after you order. There is no customer service. Emails go unanswered. Any problems you deal with the delivery firm. Yodel is their main delivery company. My first order from here went missing, I had to chase yodel for days. The order was split into 2 parcels, Then it turned up damaged. My second order is coming in 4 deliveries. Box 1 was dumped on the road and went missing.

We have ordered twice recently, and the service has been excellent. We had a slight problem with the first item we bought but their customer service were very good and sorted it quickly and that's why I ordered again. The delivery was quick and the quality of the item I ordered was very good, and good value for money. We looked everywhere and couldn't find it cheaper.

Aosom is a great place for furnishings and home decor. Also some great skincare and make-up products. I have just ordered some soft furnishings and an LED TV unit. I shopped around and the best price and quality I found here. You are kept updated with your order progress, which is great. I got free P&P and a £5 voucher. I have just spotted a lovely light fitting I might buy now too. I could browse for hours on here. My first order is expected on Monday. I am impressed up to now. Great App
