Two major issues: 1) having an ongoing parking session, you can't start another one without stopping the first one and losing money, 2) when you extend a session, the extension is counted as a new session - like, if you have a session for 2,5 days (you pay for 3 full days) and want to extend it to 3 days, you need to pay for the additional 12 hours although they fit into the 3 days you've already paid for. I understand that it's all by design, just to make people pay more, and I don't like it.
Garbage app with zero customer service. Try to learn some programming guys and not hand over all of the thinking process to a cheap 20$ AI, so your app doesn't decide that my car is teleported from one parking to another and i don't have to waste time and money explaining this to your phone robot while waiting in call hotline for 2+ hours.
The app asks for you payment. there is nu button to pay in the app. you contact support, an AI tells you to press the button in the app and pay, there is no such button. after 3 days they send the receipt home via post and asks for extra payment. I don't understand how this is not a scam.

worst parking app ever. When you buy a season ticket, it fails but then appears later. And it doesn't remind you that your auto renewal is about to debit you so you can stop the renewal if you have moved the car. This is because they'll lose more money by implementing this. I'll make a case against them with consumer right protection.
This app is very unreliable. Sometimes it won't end your parking when you exit, and sometimes it doesn't start it when you enter. If the automatic payment via app doesn't work they charge you extra to send a bill. The customer service is a bot, and when you email the human customer service they don't answer. I deleted the app, I'd rather have the extra inconvenience of paying on site than having to pay extra because the app doesn't work!
One of my payments was returned because my bank card number has changed, and I can’t find any way to pay the invoice that was sent to me. There’s no account number or option to update my card information on the invoice. It’s been a week since I messaged them and asked for help, but I haven’t received any reply. I suspect they are doing this on purpose to charge me extra for a late payment.
Those companies should not own outdoor parking spaces at swimming pools and other areas where you already pay an entrance. You have to pay additional 15 Eur for few hours parking if you visit such a place.
Installed. Added my car. Added and verified payment, then went to a garage marked in the app. It did not let me in without getting a ticket, so I was scammed with the higher dynamic tariff (other then promised). Uninstalled immediately. The marketing in the app looks like a scam, it just wanted to get my credit card number and then not delivering anything.
Apcoa, greedy as always, goes for the money grab. Once you select a certain parking time you can't reduce it, or get a refund for the remaining time if you stop the parking early like you can in any other parking app. They even have a "minus" button in the UI to presumably set a shorter parking duration, but it doesn't do anything. Ridiculous!
They fine you when their system doesn't work. Once I came out of a parking area, the camera saw me because the barrier opened for me, but it wasn't registered. I call to signal it, then the parking was registered several days later, but not paid automatically. Then I got a fine, and could not convince anyone that I hadn't done anything wrong. So use APCOA if it is the only solution, otherwise avoid them like the plague!
It is unacceptable that when you have a few cars registered with the app you can apply 3h free of charge parking ticket only once per day per account and not by the car itself. For example when by accident you pick the wrong plates from the list and start the free session, you can not stop it and start a free one for the correct car. Also you can not split the free 3h time during the day, you have to use it in one constant session, or else you have to pay additional parking fee. Rubbish!!!
App is helpful in some places where getting a physical ticket is always a pain. Initial authorization process (to confirm card payment) took me a few attempts before it finally worked. My biggest disappointment is that I cannot change the language of the app. It's always following system setting (which most people will have set to English). It doesn't support Android's App Language setting and it doesn't have an option in the app itself to change it :(
Like many others before me, I can't add my Visa, so I guess I'll just pay directly in the parking meter once a month (My neighborhood has long term parking, with a 30 day limit for the residents). Not really that big of a hassle, just set a date alarm so you don't forget to put a new ticket in the window. Seems more reliable as well considering what I've seen in the reviews xD
The app logs me out on its own once every few months, not related to phone restart or update. This can happen in the middle of the ongoing parking session, which will result in the cancellation of the session, and one can get fined. It happened to me twice so far. The first time, I was not sure what happened, but the second time was clear. After this automatic logging out, it is impossible to log in as it reports Invalid ID. Then logs in again on its own...
The parking itself is good. License plate reads and you can get in and out easily HOWEVER, when walking back to the garage on for you need to scan your parking ticket to get in. There is no way to do this. "Open garage door" button just shows the default Latin filler text. FAQ is empty. Contact support button doesn't actually show a phone number So it's basically unusable
installed the app, spent 10 mins agreeing to the terms and conditions and giving then all my details. "where do you want to park?". I enter the code on the sign in the carpark, and the app interprets it as a postcode in France. spent another 5 minutes agreeing to allow the app to access my location and trying to work out what is wrong. i browse the map and cannot choose a carpark. uninstalling.
When I was leaving parking the app had stopped. Also, I think that there was a problem with the parking system. Fortunately, the employee let me out. But the app was still counting fees. App support contacted me the next day (Monday). In case of a problem not count on them on spot. You have to solve the problem by our self and after that, you can complain. Good that finally, they cancelled my bill. Nice ide, implementation not very good.
Nice application but there is an issue if you are doing big shopping and quickly travel between a few shops with parking places. When I try to book a new parking place when session in the old one is still not finished I see a message saying that I can't (which is OK) BUT I don't see any option to cancel this ongoing session. I usually close the app, restart it, then I can close the session and only then I can start a new one.
Do not trust this app! I bought and activated a 24-hour parking ticket and turned on the auto-renew feature because I would leave my car parked for 2 days. 25 hours later I check the app but saw the auto-renew function had not worked. No notification. No alert. No email. No communication at all. I immediately bought a new 24-hour ticket and activated it immediately. Guess what? Next day I found a yellow ticket on the windshield. I got a fine because the app did not do it's job.
Easy parking, payment and a good price. whats not to like?
