Apowersoft Background Eraser

I am sad to give a negative review to an app which does its job very well and better than many others. Regretfully, the problem is accessing the photos you want to edit when doing One Click Cutout. It takes forever to get to the file as there is no File Browse function as other photo apps do and for people with large databases of photos, this is a big weakness. Please add a browse button as not all photos are in albums.

Very misleading. Looked like a free app, spent some time making changes to an image then tried to save it and got invited to create an account, errrr no thanks! I'll uninstall and go use something free, I'd much rather have a few ads in my way than have to pay for it. I'd be absolutely satisfied and wouldn't have left this review if it was made clear from the start that this is a paid app, bait and switch in this manner is a horrific business practice and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

1. Just remove water mark. 2. There's is no save option to download into gallery. Then why we use your app. For every photo saving we must paid it's not good. 3. Do one thing just put one ad watching for one photo savings into gallery. So we can't pay with ad you can get profit. Then you do these changes I will give more stars. It deserves 5***** but you have to do above changes.

I have been using their services for over a year (Their Background Removal Tool) for my E-Commerce product photographs - Literally the best service there is, their software is so precise! I asked them about getting a desktop version - And would you believe it, they now have a full desktop full suite! I cannot rate this app as I paid for a 3 month membership of unlimited photos and now I'm getting a watermark logo on my photos. I'm getting tired of having to constantly tell u I have paid for a service I'm not getting properly. Now your app is good theres no denying that but your service doesn't do it justice and I'm more likely to not subscribe again and find something that's not going to take my money and not care about providing the service paid for.

Had high hopes for this app, but it isn't the best. Downloaded to take photos of clothing for my store, but the watermark is an annoyance and displays over the clothing. And you can't remove background in one click because it still leaves bits undone here & there, so it has to be been done manually. Which is too time consuming for each product photo. Uninstalled for this reason.

Yesterday, I took a photos of my daughter and one of the photos I captured is almost perfect but the strands of her hair ruined it. That's why I find an app that could help me with this and thankfully I came across with your background eraser. Your manual removal tool is useful that even complicated parts of photo can be removed. Deserve a high-rating review and 5-star!

I paid for a 1 year subscription, have my invoice and everything. Try to use the app but it keeps telling me to purchase a subscription. I did the chat with support. I gave them my order number as well as a copy of my full invoice, they said my order is not found. How is my order not found when I have a receipt and the money was taken out?! They told me they can't help, contact Google play. I contact them and they tell me my order was completed and my subscription is active. THIS APP IS A SCAM.

I paid for my subscription and I have an email confirmation receipt. When I try to use the App, it's saying I still need to purchase! I have tried countless times using their help system, but when I type in my question, the automated non-live "person " gives me a tab to speak to an Agent, but it always says the Agents are busy and to try again later. I've been doing this for days. I really need this App or I would cancel. Lastly, part of my answers from them are written in Chinese???

Not all the times I can get a perfect photo esp I am not a professional photographer. One reason I need to find an app like yours bec mostly I got a dull background. Your background remover is very easy to use and effective. I will no longer need to worry about the background of my photo. Will surely recommend this awesome background eraser to everyone!

I've been selling artificial fingernails on eBay for 3 years and getting the photos just right was a high level of stress overload for me. The photos would be so dark, and getting the true colors of pinks, purples, & whites was nearly impossible not to mention the clear plastic on the box would show my lights from above or below or the sides. Apowersoft Background Eraser has corrected all of my photos, now my little fingernail online store looks fantastic. I wish I would have found it sooner! I LOVE this app.!! 1 star as I have 2 MAJOR issues! #1. When bulk uploading there is NO possible way to edit photos after the background is removed. Only option is to save them to gallery which makes bulk useless! #2. I do product photos with a white background so products that are white as well have a hard time with background removal so I have to edit. BUT when I manually edit the edges to add/remove, it leaves these EXTREMELY annoying jagged edges on anything that's at an angle & isn't smooth & VERY noticeable!

Lmao "watermark removal failed" umm ok. So you can't perform simple tasks. Like the ones you stated you could do. If I could rate less I would. I actually did get one watermark removed but it just wildly distorted and blurred what was underneath even though the watermark was see through and you could already see it. It completely just winged it and came up with some sort of computer generated nightmare

App worked well in 2022 and when re-activated in 2023 I can't get the app to work using any of my login details and keep getting error messages. After using the online help chat, they still couldn't help me access my account. I am also being charged for 3 months subscription even though I cancelled on Google Play. Definitely do not try and activate an old account. Super glitchy. All in all the app was a great tool for running my online business in 2022, but I am sure there are more good apps now

I read some reviews saw a complaint not being upfront about charging. The response from the app people said free trial if that helps doesn't bother to say there is a water mark until you pay should've said there is a huge time wasting function just in case you need help not getting anything useful accomplished can I block and ban them to make sure I don't buy any other apps they make?

Good, with room for improvements. With bright lights and a high contrast background does a fine job at editing out the backgrounds and producing a high quality image. Manual editing is abysmally cumbersome and hopefully they'll soon improve functionalitty. The option to replace backgrounds is cool but needs to be updated with more images and 2023 year. Perhaps I'm grammatically sensitive, but for the love of all things holy, could you please change selected to select? It's perpetually confusing.

This app doesn't work. The same day I downloaded and PAID I emailed the app provider requesting a refund. They asked for images in one email and in the other they were telling me I could do things manually. I have not heard from them and it has been about a month. I use bazaart without issue smdh. You want a refund and it’s more than 48 hours since you made the purchase. The developer can help with purchase issues, and can process refunds pursuant to its policies and applicable laws .

Over all the execution is TOP notch compared to other apps! Unfortunately the image selection process is a nightmare, especially if you have lots of folders and images, selecting a particular image from a particular folder which is not sorted by anyway by the app's default image selection method is a pain!

This app is amazing...You can easily remove background from any picture in less than 2 minutes. It can remove background by itself. It has 3 type of different filters for portrait images, objects images, transparent logos..this is a great thing about this app. Some apps can't remove background from portrait images but this app remove background from any picture. I highly recommend you to install this app in your device...

Absolutely love it. Extracts the images automatically and completely. The extractions are 100% clean. The only situation where the images do not extract well is if they have a white product over solid green background. Wondering which background colors are recommended when shooting the product photos.
