Very bad customer support. Good luck talking to a person when you call the hotline. It will say they will send you an SMS and hang up. The live chat on the app is also very buggy - it says I cannot type right now most of the time. The customer support assures they sorted the issue, the delivery gets scheduled 2 days later, and that fails; and when you talk to them again, they will say it will take 2 more days and it goes on indefinitely. Has happened to me twice.

Buggy. I keep getting notifications that something is being delivered, but they're old orders that were delivered up to and including a year ago. The notifications are constant and annoying since they're not accurate. I've had 6 in the past minute! As well, it shows orders that were sent out by me as not delivered even though they were a long time ago. Live tracking doesn't work either. The delivery crew showed up early, while the app still had them 90 minutes away at their warehouse.

Bugs bugs bugs. The app confuses mobile numbers with user IDs. Can't create a new shipment. It is a pain 😥 to setup. So many bugs like it rejects perfectly valid phone numbers as invalid. The bugs prevented me from setting it up. After I spent six hours trying to setup a shipment, I ended up deleting the app. Even the support facility is unusable. There is no phone support for anything including to set up a shipment the source of Aramex's income. There is no way to contact anybody.

My credit card shipment was delayed for more than a week though it was an urgent replacement. Although I chose home address on the app, Aramex shipped it to my work address. They indicated on the app that they attempted delivery with no one calling or showing up either at home or work addresses. I then discovered that it is at their warehouse! Their hotline was out of service and I couldn't reach them for a whole week and there's no way to contact them through the app!!

It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!

It's a glitchy app, and the WhatsApp chatbot wasn't working either, so I called customer service for help with a shipment. Twice, I was put on hold while waiting to talk to someone. Both times, after I was on hold for 6 minutes, the Aramex system said 'goodbye' and hung up on me. Unbelievable.

I received a text message with a link to schedule my shipment, but the link is not working. I tried more than 10 times and couldn’t access the page. I then used the app and requested to add my mobile number to log in. After completing the reCAPTCHA to verify that I’m not a robot, nothing happens and I still can’t log in. This is the worst website and app experience.

Pathetic experience!!!! If I could give 0, I would have given that. I have been wanting for an item to be delivered for a week... Several times delivery scheduled, rescheduled, contacted the customer care staff several times, yet it is not delivered. If you want to send/receive something in time, then go for another option... They're highly disappointing!

UPDATE - JANUARY 12 2026 Cannot login to Android app (tested on multiple devices). Tries to load captcha in order to send OTP to my phone. Captcha never loads, page resets asking my to enter phone number again. There is no option to login with email and password. Worst company ever. Review Update - September 17, 2024 App will no longer open. Accessing Aramex online I can log in, but my packages don't appear. Something is very broken and has been for at least a week (for me).

as an individual, I've previously used the service , no problem. I need to use the service today, so last night I update the app, as it's been a while. I can't get in. that stupid ####£&£ing captcha function, x3. then after that , guess what??? I don't receive the OTP. right now it's almost 12 hours since the first OTP to get into your app. and I still can't get in. unless I get this sorted in th next hour, I'm going to travel further and use the service of one of your competitors.

Impossible to login in the app even install on two different devices. Very difficult to reach aramex to get delivery of the shipment. App is not working, customer care number no direct human, email raised complaint no response. it's very hard 😔.

trying to contact aramex for 2 days to arrange shipment delivery and to report incorrect status updated by delivery guy. there is no way to connect with them. have been trying phone banking which directs to WhatsApp , no response. Downloaded their app for a live chat, nobody joins the chat. terrible.

Terrible experience. I’ve been waiting two weeks for my order. Aramex contacted me three times saying it would be delivered “today,” yet no one ever showed up. I reorganized my schedule repeatedly for nothing. This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable, and I still don’t know where my order is. Very disappointing. Absolutely not recommended.

very hard to log in. wanted to pay online and I couldn't because the app is very slow and stuck on the verification message to log me in and the delivery have instructions not to get paid via instapay/wallet. was almost impossible to get my order

I had a very bad experience with Aramex. They kept sending me daily messages saying my shipment would be delivered, but it actually arrived a week later. When it finally came, the delivery man just dropped off the package without even checking if I was the correct recipient. The contact number of the delivery person shown in the tracking details never answered any calls. I consider this a clear lack of care and respect for the customer. Very disappointing service.

Terrible experience with the app and Aramex in general. 1. I can't sign up to the app. SMS verification code is not sent and when I opt to send to email it prompts me to sign up first so gets in a loop! 2. Whatsapp live chat is useless. Live agents never show up and then the chat is stuck and can't even go back to the bit. 3. Live chat on website is terrible. Agent came after 45 mins and then archived the conversation in 8 mins and chat stuck again can't follow up or start new conversation.

Open the app and input your number. It's stuck on the loading reCAPTCHA. Reinstalling yielded the same results. This problem has persisted for about four months now, not just a day or two.

Very disappointing experience with Aramex. I received multiple messages saying my shipment would be delivered “today.” I rearranged my schedule several times, but the delivery was delayed for over a week. This clearly reflects a lack of professionalism and customer care.

This is a fraud application and unethical company. Whenever you will try to connect to delivery guy, an automated message will (immediately) appear saying that he couldn't be reached. The system doesn't even "pretend" to connect to him.

Wont send text verification, cant even sign in. App is literally useless from the start and many others say they are the worst carriers in the known universe, if the app is anything to go by im guessing they are correct.
