Not a good app at all, especially after they combined it for umpires and families of high school players. I use it primarily for umpiring which makes it unusable for me to look up my son's HS baseball schedule. They only allow you to do one or the other. It's okay for umpiring, but that has drawbacks too. If you look at your list of games and click into one of them, when you back out it goes all the way to the top of the list. Also too many clicks to move your list of games across months.

The interface seems to be much better, however, the calendar is WAY OFF! Today is 11/1/2024, a Friday, and the calendar says it's Sunday. Went to put in a block for 1/9/25, a Thursday, and the calendar says it's a Sunday. The calendar is, quite possibly the most important part of the app! Update: calendar is accurate now but I can't find the contacts (other officials names and info) like you used to be able to.

The recent app that was discontinued was far better. While this app works fine for accepting / declining games, events remained unsaved despite declining or accepting. The filtering options does nothing. Additionally, there is no group messaging option. This is critical for mass association messaging.

it was the same to look up games and accept as an official, but need to get used to the format. i blocked some dates, but could not or did not see a calendar to review to confirm they were noted! I'll keep using to see if it becomes easier to use on my phone. Also, I didn't see a icon or whatever to "sign out", so i just closed the screen!

no issues with app. love the new calendar feature. since I have master schedule access for my association, it would be nice to see the master schedule within the app, and not have to go to website as I'm not always on my phone and the desk top phone version is smaller font. yes double tap or zoom helps, but convenience would be more beneficial.

The transfer process is not as simple as one would imagine! Guess Arbiter didn't care to ask those of us who have to use this program! IMO - Bring back the legacy version! Looks like the overall ratings are mostly "POOR!" What does that tell you???

Since I came to florida the app has hanged that I can get it back to what I had in Connecticut. Plus I don't recall that doingan evaluation that it's requeating scores pf the game? Is this something new? personally it's not what I need to wrong about the score in ORDER TO RECIEVE PAYMENT, if I don't a evaluation they the ASSOCAITION won't releast the money. In other's words they can keep from the officail? HMMMMM

The updated new version of the app is a step backwards. The new app does not have - the Inbox feature - Debit Card Balance - Only 30 day transaction history - Filter feature does work, nor are the words completely spelled out

25.12.30 - the update now makes it functional; 25.11.17 - App has devolved to being pretty much useless.; Might as well open a browser session; 25.01.29 -after the app update, it works like a charm; pro tip - clear cache and/or reinstall to get it to work again when it fails.

Not working....The app is not allowing me to login. Just not working....But when it works, it is a very good app to have.

What is going on with this app?! It is not at all functional...as soon as I entered this complaint, the app began to work. Go figure. This updated version changed some pertinent information in my profile. Why is this app only offering a dark background? A white background allows for a better visual field; the font is too small.

Not able to log in! Update: I was finally able to log in, but it's inconsistent. Still horribly buggy, would give 0 stars if I could. The only reason I use it is because it is somehow easier than their web portal, which loooks over a decade old.

horrible changes, lost everything that was in my account and Nothing works, whoever decided for the change must not know how to make the app change functional. hope the fix it soon for officials

doesn't give you access to arbiter pay card info. older app much better. refquest is a much better app

I used to get ALL my information...now, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Arbiter went back about 30 years with this "update"

I can't see my schedule for the month on o e page , I have to scroll. Also I can't see the dates I have blocked off.

The app has been updated, and it's much better now. I now find it faster and easier to use than the website.

calendar not syncing on the app. not receiving new assignments.

Just a terrible app for refs on the go. I have no idea why you got rid of Arbiter Mobile (AM). AM was good. It's missed.
