Had to submit an order numerous times. The system issued security advice to check authentication within my bank account. On doing this I returned to the Argos app to find the payment by card details had been erased. So annoying. I understand security checks are fine but not much help when the card details are erased.

totally useless unless you have an iPhone. Trying to buy fast selling items simply doesnt work on the app (so why you changed to be app only is beyond me), the page either isn't live yet or as android you cant add to trolley or pay by apple pay, and the item goes oos! Even going in store your left with variable conditions depending on the store (mine are usually helpful and friendly) but certain stores and staff let Argos down massively. FIX your system to be in store at the desk ONLY, 1pp.

A truly appalling series of failures, lies and customer contempt leading to months of poor communication ending in legal action. AVOID this company for any large items or deliveries. Do not trust anything you have not seen and collected in store and do not expect any after service if there are issues. I wish I could say this is a one off experience.

I had trouble logging in, then when I tried searching for a brand of beaded wallpaper it showed me beads. It logged me out and emptied my trolley. It's taken me several days to make my order. I would have gone elsewhere except I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else.

Its annoying how the app keeps refreshing in the middle of a purchase. I actually went throught the same process about 7 times beforw finally being able to oay for the items. And please Argos, stop charging for delivery with items over a £100. Its a shame to pay for delivery after purchasing items over £100. Some shops do free delivery for items worth £40.

Argos really need to sort their app out. App is showing stock as in stock, but try and buy it, it suddenly becomes out of stock. The app constantly asks for my details yet I'm supposed to be permanently logged in. I've spent over £2000 in the last 6 months, but received no nectar points. An all round bit of a joke really !

I placed an order that would arrive on the 27th, I input my details and confirmed the date... yada yada ya I've just looked today (27th) just to see that the order never went through, not even a notification to say that there was a failure to purchase This may be a me issue but the fact remains that if the design of the ui can lead to misunderstandings then the ui needs work or improvement I hope this review helps. Argos 5/5 The app 3/5

The checkout process needs to improve. And please get rid of all the distractors and up-selling product cover on everything. Maybe set a value threshold? Look at how easy Amazon makes it to buy something. I hate Amazon (as does anyone who realises where the money is going) but you need to make it so painless to buy from Argos that Amazon seems like the poorer option.

The app was slow to check for stock. Also advertised next day delivery but there were no delivery slots for 3 days afterwards. Have been able to order what I want but its not as slick as it could be if it wants to compete with that American delivery app. Used it because its a UK company.

app OK but, after ordering, declining optional insurance on the app, I still got asked if I wanted the insurance at the desk, I know they want a sale, but if I had wanted insurance I would have bought it at the time of ordering. Have had the insurance in the passed and it didn't cover the broken cover on the TV, so will never have it again fro Argos.

It's a shop. It sells lots of things. Most of them boring. No one in the English speaking world has ever said that all Argos sells is toys. No one. In fact the toy selection at Argos has always been pretty "meh". So what the current TV advert is going on about it beyond me. If anything it's putting me off using Argos to buy stuff because it's running on YouTube every other advert and it's seeming more and more like a "say the same thing often enough and they'll believe you" scam.

Argos is amazing. I'm trying to avoid using Amazon and have been amazed what you can just as easily get from Argos. And you know it's not a dodgy, cheap and potentially dangerous Chinese knock off, especially important when buying electricals. The App itself is also easy to use, can't really fault it.

August is great for pretty much everything and get it delivered and know who are and no missizing or wrong item like Amazon. but I do find when you look in an item is way too much information it's showing you like. sometimes I can't even find the description or information about the item so I end up not buying it. maybe minimise it. keep it clean. find you probably have a lot more buyers.

Very handy app. Easy to order and easy to pick up when I do my supermarket shopping. I always try here first. Also, very useful if you find your size of TU clothing is missing in the Sainsburys store - just order on the Argos app in the correct size and collect tomorrow or next time you're there.

Current Argos App, Order History isn't showing items previously ordered, It briefly says: An unknown error has occurred, Please try again. Done everything to get it to show but no luck in doing so.

Either your always out of stock.. or.. over priced, I'm finding many of the items your listing far cheaper around me... looks to me like Argos is selling low level products for extortionate prices.. I have since stopped shopping at Argos and saved myself a lot of money and hassle.. sorry Argos you've lost my custom

This app is a joke. You do a search, and then this window pops up telling you to enter your postcode, and the whole app freezes. Nothing responds. You can go back, but you can't search because there's a stupid window for the postcode, and you can't tell it to go away either. So the app is entirely useless. I don't know who's coding their stuff, but I suspect it's probably one of the managing director's sons who's testing out his coding skills on GitHub.

the Argos app is brilliant. If you can't find it in the app it is not worth having. It literally has everything you need for your home, garden, and yes toys too. I also have Argos+ that lets you order a home delivery that is best for you. It cost £40 for a year, but trust me it's worth it. The Argos app gets all five stars from me

It has taken over a week and three email addresses to be able to successfully place and pay for an order. Your AI chat bot is rubbish as is the help option questions it poses.

its so easy to order from Argos and quick. Finding the item you want is simple and there are so many items to chose from. I like the delivery options as well so you can chose the day and time that suits you.
