Very impressed w/this app. The rest period between exercises is perfect, but I like that you can add more time, & even skip the rest altogether. I like the fact that while you're basically doing the same exercises, it's a different routine each day. I really like the "rest" day. The routines have a gradual increase, that is quite manageable. The "coach" is great. It tells you a variety of things, such as: what muscles a particular exercise targets, how to modify an exercise if you can't quite do it, even how to intensify an exercise, if its easier for you, how you should be breathing. I also like the fact that when it gives you an exercise that has reps, there is no timer, you can go at your own pace. You can also pause the workout, if need be. Lastly, I like the fact that there are different levels of intensity. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I've been very happy w/this app.

I just loved it! Was looking for a consistent exercise schedule but I didnt know where to start. this app gives you a series of workouts that actually work to give your arms some shape. I immediately saw the difference after just one workout. Totally recommend. however, some ads pop up during the course. while some ads are relevant, some others are more irrelevant and inappropriate. other than that, enjoy!

I've been using this app since I was a kid, and I have been build up quiet good amount of muscle with only this app. it super great for working out in home with no equipment at all, and it's a great way to start calisthenics without any experience 💪.

I love this app! I've never worked out before (except with weights) and all though I struggle with doing different movements normally, I manage with this app. If there is something I cannot figure out, I just do hand weights instead. 1 day away from finishing the 30 day beginner program. Just a bit nervous that I won't be able to keep up with the next level!

Great UI, not cluttered, is straight forward and simple, and has great workouts. I'd just adjust some of the exercises based on the weight of your dumbbells. For example, bicep curls in one exercise seems too easy for an exercise that also includes x20 punches while holding weights, which will just damage your shoulders if they're too heavy.

I love this app . If you want biceps without any equipment then this app is for you . All relevant exercises. Packed with many useful features. You can set a reminder for your workout. It also gives useful instructions during exercise. You can adjust your workout plan from easy to hard level. In my opinion it is the best app on Playstore if you want to make muscles. You have to be consistent for good results. Good luck

Just started and it’s already great! I’ve been using this app along with the Six Pack one, and both are super motivating. The arm workouts are short but intense — I can feel it working my biceps and triceps even after Day 1. No equipment needed, easy to follow, and great for doing at home. Can’t wait to see progress over the next few weeks. Highly recommend if you're trying to build arm strength and muscle!

Great app, easy to follow with helpful links to videos if you're not sure exactly how to do a particular exercise. Mixes it up each day and the tracking motivates you to keep it up. Started from the beginner and I am now half way through the advanced only having missed the odd day here and there (on top of the rest days) and honestly I feel great, I'm noticeably more toned, I've lost some weight where I wanted to, gained muscle where I needed, my core is stronger and it's also good for the mind

I love this app. It already has your plan done! I love seeing how my arm muscles are growing every day! You only need dumbbells and water!! For beginners, there are 2 rounds and for advanced 3 rounds. Put your music aside because this app does not have music, and if you do not listen to music, it's also correct! 👌 GIVE YOUR MAXIMUM, YOU ALWAYS CAN! 🔥🔥🔥

This app is crazy! On the sixth day it is bearable, but the seventh day is overkill, even in the beginners section.

It's crazy to imagine this app is free. I don't go gym so the fact that most of these exercises can be done from home is perfect for me. You can switch between different types of workouts and even to one's not focusing the arms. I recently found out about the morning warm up and it's really effective at waking me up and getting my body ready for the day. I've also seen great progress in my arms in the few months of using this app. Overall, great app for home workouts or if you are new to fitness

i don't go to any gym as i don't have any gym in my area so this app helps me a lot it's like virtual trainer if it is possible please mention weights of the dumbbells which will be used in that perticular exercise according to weight and height

Really great! Makes you want to do it just for the sweats and challenge! Nice app. Although there are some I would like you to put as a feature, if you can: * Add a feature where it tracks my weight by simply subtracting my input on weight and the calories I did at a work out. * Challenges or speed workouts. * tips and stuff. The helpful ones.

I love this app. I finished the intermediate workout although I am a beginner, and it showed off. But the excercises are so well planned, that even that didn't matter. My arms didn't grew as much as they promised, but they grew a ton and I am super glad that I went for it. This app is amazing for those who can't force themselves to do excercise... Let the app do it. Thanks Leap Fitness group.

Great app! After a month and a half seeing some proper results (note: using it in combination with protein shakes), the only thing I noticed is that inchworms after the final update are now 10 seconds instead of 10 times. Same goes for elbows back, 12 seconds instead of 12 times. Even though the inchworms would be great to do only 10 seconds as it's a very exhausting exercise, I think it's best if this gets fixed :) Great app, keep the good work up!

It makes the plan according to the person and the voice command is the way good option. There is no need to touch the phone between exercise voice command explains everything in a great way. After every exercise one will get rest of 30 sec and he/ she can skip it if they want to but rest is also important for the beginners.one thing which I feel that there is need of music while exercising if you can add option of playing music from any app or local music in it so it becom more great to use

It's an absolutely great app for monitoring your routine, and I've successfully finished my 30 days just now. What's disappointing though is that, after the 30th day, it simply records it and resets your progress. It'd be better if it'd give you another set of 30 days, maybe new types of exercises or maybe increase the number of reps accordingly per exercise so I do not have to set it manually all over again.
