Ok I just downloaded this app and I went in thinking there's a catch but no just some adds . When I used the filter it blew my mind how well shaded and detailed everything is. Normally on a computer or paper it would take hours to draw a still life. But this app not only got it done in a couple seconds, but the attention to detail is astonishing. To that I say "Amazingly done."
It would be a wonderful app if there weren't so many ADS!!! I have never seen an app with this many!!!You spend a majority of the time you're using the app watching ads and only a little bit of time creating awesome photos!!! I had to turn it off and write this review instead of applying the filters to other photos (like I wanted to do) because I became so annoyed with all the ads. the filters are good as well as the enhancement features. Very quick and easy to use IF they cut the ads down.
I understand that ads are needed to support a free app, but this is way too much. Every time you tap a function an ad appears. In addition, while the app applies a new filter you see a static ad for about 15 seconds and only after the filter is applied comes another video ad, some up to 20 seconds. It takes almost 1 minute to apply a filter. And when you want to save an image, you get another ad, so it is over 1 minute to modify an image just once. Total time waster.
When I first downloaded the app, I loved it. The filters were great, and I could watch a video ad to remove the watermark. I was going to give the app 4 stars, but they seem to have removed the ability to remove the watermark, and there is no paid version. Big raspberry. Call me if you come out with a paid version or some way to remove the watermark.
The filters are pretty but it's most of the time I watched a dozen adds (literally) for every pic that I filtered. After playing for a while I realized that they mark each pic with their name. I would have considered paying a few bucks to remove the mark but there wasn't even an option. There are too many photo filter apps to waste your time with this one sadly. The mark killed it for me. All those adds just for unusable pics.
I like it has pretty cool effects/filters it would improve even a bad pix making it look interesting!! Just applay different filters to your photo until the desired look is achieved. Could take some time until one gets the final look but is worth it!!! I think.... Needs more options perhaps how to individually manipulate colors to create half tones or duo tones???
One of my friends suggest me this app to edit my photos to art or paint. The app is pretty organized and the UI of the app is quite good. The 1st time I open this app it gives me premium pop-up. After closing the pop-up, I finally found ads. Then I can edit my photos or camera. The filters are good but leggy. The most annoying thing is you have to face ads for every click. After seeing so many ads I can finally edit my photos. When I save my work, it becomes duplicate out of nowhere.
Well after taking the 3 day trial I found the app amazing, it creates great pictures with every colour imaginable. After the 3 day trial I thought I'd keep it. £18.99 for the year, great, thats not much to pay. First day I used it for my £18.99 and nothing works? I'll give a day to see if it starts to work, if not I'll come back with a review. Stay safe everyone & take care. Its fine, could have been my Internet, works great, love it, cool & amazing colours too. 👍
This is actually a very nice app, so why 2 starts? Well I understand they have to make money by showing ads but this app shows an ad for every single step you do. So in order to simply add a filter to your photo and then closing the app, you will have to watch at least 5 to 6 ads that can be 30 seconds each so to do one photo, it can take up to 5 mins and if you need to edit something else, thay means more ads. And on top of all that, even after showing all those ads photos have their mark/logo
Not loving all the ads and upgrade requests immediately bombarding me but the effects seem pretty good so far I suppose. I can say I won't be spending any money on it tho so if everything I like requires payment, it'll be uninstalled very soon (I've already got a premium app with similar features, no need to pay for the same thing again).
Downloaded and Uninstalled. The app itself has some nice filters and seems easy to use but not much different than what's offered in other apps. Each action taken in the leads to an ad. Seems to be the norm now with a lot of apps. You can purchase a monthly subscription for $9.99 or a yearly for around $60 which I assume will kill off the ad bombardment but too costly for a phone app in my opinion.
Fairly decent app, all things considered... Cons: Very little or no control over strength of effect or area it's applied to. Sometimes effect is not applied properly or wrong effect is applied. (Could be caused by slow or poor data connection) Pros: Ads are minimal and unobtrusive, from what I can tell, they're only shown when effect is loading. No "premium/subscription only" effects! All effects shown can be applied without additional purchase. (For this, I thank you!)
Edit: used to love this app but it has just turned into a money grab. The amount of ads before was a bit silly but I kind of got used to it, you were previously able to remove the remove the app logo by watching an ad.. Now you have to pay a recurring subscription fee. a total p!ss take, I would gladly pay a one off fee to remove the ads, but for a filter app to charge so much is ridiculous. I think this is my third edit of this review and it has progressively dropped in Rating to 1 star
Love this app, has great filters, but it has a tendency not to work after a month or so (and at peak times) saying something like 'try again later; servers too busy' when I try to use it, and never improves... unless you uninstall, then reinstall a few hours later. Please fix so I can give you 5, I love it besides this issue!!
great app for art users, anyone who posts selfies pictures or other forms of photography. not the best could be better. only a few to choose from. if you all put all your art apps together then one app would be great. ads are expected every time you press. un impressed about that and the fact you have to everytime you change the photo or re open app you have to watch an long as...ssss ad to unlock so your logo isnt on the picture when saving!!!
Why did you trash the ability to custom saturation, color, etc in the latest version? I just reupped my pd subscription, updated everything and am shocked that there is no longer this more precise customization. Bring it back please and I'll reconsider the stars. It wasn't broke. If it ain't broke don't "fix" it.
I love art and this app enables me to convert pictures into art. There are quite a few styles available. I love playing with this app and def recommend as it's fun. There are adverts every time it converts your picture and every time you save but the app itself is free and after so many seconds you can close the adverts so I personally didn't find the adverts annoying. My only negative comment is that the finished product puts a label on it advertising the app which spoils the picture.
The ads are driving me crazy. its not just one ad every single time you touch a button, but you have to exit out of sometimes 3 different windows. wow. never seen an app with so many ads. I'd pay the 10$ for a month if it wasn't some reoccurring thing that now I have to remember to cancel or be charged every month.

I used this app in 2020 to make some photos look like paintings. They turned out great, however I can no longer find that specific filter in the app. Also the application of so many ads is a little frustrating. It would be nice if there was an option to apply all the filters to your photo at the same time and then be able to scroll through all the various options. Instead of applying filters one at a time.
